2011 Legacy Engine Light plus 3 others. Shop determined it was the PCV hose from bottom to top of engine Made an appt to replace and once that was done. No lights on the dash. It's fixed. I had been worried because online I saw there were various causes for the engine light, but Falcone's Shop zeroed right in on what the exact problem was.

Amazing place - Vw girl
This was my first visit to Highland VW. I had gone to a different location for 8 years. I am sticking to Highland VW. The service was great, Sam, Cheryl, everyone was so nice and knowledgeable. I learned more about my TDI engine in 30 minutes with Sam than I did in the past 12 years of ownership. It was also remarkably cheaper than I'm use to paying.
I came in for an oil change

I just wanted to let you know how I’m always amazed at the customer service provided to Service customers at Dreyer & Reinbold VW. From the very beginning, Julia Denham was fantastic getting my car scheduled and working out the pick-up and drop-off process. She kept in contact with me throughout the process and made it so seamless. Then, I met Mike who brought me the loaner car and picked up my car. He was so professional and made sure to ask all the right questions to ensure that my car was well taken care of. He even reminded me to grab whatever I might need from my car before he left with it. Mike brought my car back to me sparkling clean.
I’ve always thought no one could ever beat Chick-Fil-A with their level of customer service but let me say, y’all have taken the number 1 spot in my eyes!!
Thrilled to be a Dreyer & Reinbold customer!!

They only got one star because I couldn’t figure out how to give a worse rating. Most of the time they refuse to answer their phone. They add charges to your bill and act like you should have known it was coming. The only person I would recommend this dealership to is My ex-wife.

Had one of our BMWS in twice for issues and service advisors insisted that no problems were found. Our son is an employee at the dealership and he figured out the the problem before the “master techs” could. Simply scanning codes on the DME he found the problem. Should have been done the first time around
They Damage my car and Refuse to fix it. - Gina
I wish I had read these reviews before taking my car here. Stay far away as possible. Had to take my car here because the person who was at fault had USAA insurance and this is their preferred provider. They fixed the front of my car fine. But also somehow damaged the sides, and broke off my antenna. They tried to tell me it was like that even though looking at the photos you can see it wasn't. Now I have to take my time and go through small claims court. I will continue to warn as many people as I can to stay away from blossom on shadeland.
Hello, all! If you're reading these reviews, I bet... - Josh_M
Hello, all! If you're reading these reviews, I bet you're probably in the market for a new vehicle. Well, I'm not here to tell you if Gates is the place for your new purchase, but I am quite prepared to say you should never try to get a vehicle serviced at this dealership!
I came to Gate and attempted to have my low-mileage, under-warranty vehicle diagnosed for a knocking sound. After a 2.5 hour wait (was told 1 hour, and watched another customer enter, get service, a loaner, and leave before me) a serviceman approached me and outright refused to diagnose the issue, stating their refusal was due to 'snow on the ground', and that I should come back when it's nicer outside. Seriously! As soon as I left their service center and hit the road at 20mph, the knocking was CLEARLY audible! After calling the service center to set a date and time *they* find appropriate, and not being given one, I requested to speak to the floor manager. The gentleman I spoke to was very pleasant and helpful, but said he could not arrange a diagnostic until the following week, which I found unacceptable.
I'm sure their salesman are quite genial and the deals superb, but I would suggest staying away from their service center: they seem selective about who they want to serve and who they do not.
Courteous, knowledgeable and prompt service - Borst
Purchased my car from previous owner of Mike Alsop Chevrolet. OnStar was installed and operational in the vehicle. Got an air intake system error, and was advised OnStar to take for repair immediately. Took to Alsop's multiple times and was sent on my way because they could find nothing wrong and to ignore the warning as a false computer reading. After getting error for the 4th or 5th time, I took it to Mike Raisor's in Lafayette and found within 4 hours of arrival that the air intake manifold had a large visible crack in it. I was given a loaner car while awaiting the part to arrive and to be installed. It was in in about a week and fixed the same day! Now that's what I call service.
Ripped off too - Vw girl
Ripped off** post. I had a similar situation. I had the door panel removed and everything worked, it just needed a new part. When I got there after I bought the new part online, they told me the handle was broken and demanded $650 to fix it. I paid to get the window fixed because I had to go out of town. I wrote a review. They sent me a coupon to come in for an oil change so I went in thinking they would apologize and maybe give me a discount on my oil change. They let me sit for over an hour and then told me I was banned because of the bad review. They refused to give me my keys back and threatened to call the police. I patiently waited and fortunately recorded the entire interaction on my phone. I have video and audio of these guys threatening me. I sat another 1 1/2 hours with the owner saying,” you know I’m going to call the police” while pacing around me. They called the police because I “wouldn’t” leave, even though they had refused to give me my keys back. They then handed me my keys right when the police arrived so the police wouldn’t see it and the police questioned me. The nice officers must have done this before and they advised me to go to a better, more reputable VW dealership. I took their advice and went to Highland VW. I was afraid to post this because of the backlash I have received after writing the first review. I contacted VW and they sided with the dealership because they are independent and cannot have actions taken against them. They told me they requested Team Volkswagen to apologize, but they said they couldn’t enforce it. Moral of the story is this, any interaction with Team VW should be recorded with video and audio for protection of the consumer. The constitution protects freedom of speech. A dealership can pay for a bad review to go away. Unfortunately they cannot pay me to go away. Support Highland Volkswagen! They care about their customers unlike this antiquated dealership Team Volkswagen. I asked for my file on my car and Team refused to give it to me. Luckily I have all of my records and photos of my estimates I received from Team. Including an estimate of $900 to rotate my tires because they said they were frozen. I took it to Highland and believe I paid under $30 for them to help me, and they were not frozen. I found out that Team had been using cheap oil and charging me for synthetic. Dont let the bullies at Team Volkswagen threaten you. Maybe with enough bad reviews where the same things (broken window regulators, bad service and threats from a Dealer, maybe someone will stand up for the little guy (the customer). Remember to push record the minute you arrive to the parts department or interact with a person at Team.
