An Utter Disgrace to Customer Service Bill Collins Ford’s service department is an absolute trainwreck, and my recent experience confirms they have no regard for their customers’ time or trust. I arrived promptly at 9:00 AM for a scheduled transmission flush and oil change, clearly stating I’d be waiting on-site. Carrie, the front desk staff, was polite and initially seemed competent, but that’s where the positives end. At 9:27 AM, Carrie called to say the mechanic questioned my request for a transmission flush, as my truck was shifting hard in and out of gear. They claimed a flush wouldn’t fix it and pushed a $190 diagnostic fee. Fine, I agreed, expecting progress. By 10:35 AM, another call: they “didn’t have time” to diagnose and asked me to bring my truck back the next day, promising to at least complete the flush and oil change. I waited patiently, assuming they were working on it. Fast forward to 3:00 PM—six hours of my life wasted in their waiting area. I finally approached Carrie to check the status, and lo and behold, my truck was “ready.” Suspicious, I asked what they’d actually done. Her response? Nothing. Zilch. Nada. Apparently, a “miscommunication” with the dispatcher meant my truck sat untouched all day, keys in hand, while I twiddled my thumbs. If I hadn’t asked, how long would they have let me sit there, oblivious? Carrie’s apologies, while sincere, don’t excuse this incompetence. The dispatcher, whoever that is, clearly has no system to track jobs or prioritize customers. This isn’t just a one-off either—it’s my second time leaving Bill Collins Ford with zero service despite a scheduled appointment. Last time, I swore I wouldn’t return, but I foolishly gave them another chance. Never again. Bill Collins would be rolling in his grave if he saw the shambles his namesake has become. This service department is a masterclass in disorganization, apathy, and disrespect for customers. Save your time, money, and sanity—take your vehicle literally anywhere else.

I wish I could rate this place lower then I did. I took my car in and it sat for hours. I came back and they said they drove it and gave me a list of parts it needed. I went to my car to look because I hadn't had a call. The car was in the same spot with not one mile put on it. I went back in talked to the service manager who called me a liar. He said they don't do business like that and if I didn't like the service there to leave the property. I have never been treated so badly in my entire life. I'll never be back and I'll make sure people know what happened. The service manager isn't fit to sweep the lot he's a complete joke

Anyone know a good attorney that will be good in a case against Champion Ford Service Center? They have had my car since October 1st of last year over a recall, an electrical issue with the radio and trunk latch. I have repeatedly been put off on how long it is taking to get my car back. I have called FORD Motor Company Complaints and they keep telling me that the Service Center says it will be ready at the start of the week, that's been twice now and 3 more months and my car still is not ready!! This is some of the worst service I have ever dealt with!!! I need someone to help me and tell me what my next steps should be now because they are also telling me that the issue with the transmission(TCM) has caused damage to the bands and it will be $3000 to fix it!

Firmware upgrade - Elmer Fudd

Took my F250 6.7 in for software/firmware update ("10 minute process - max"). Personable service manager, but didn't appear too comfortable in his role. After 3 hours of waiting and no updates by SM as to progress, I asked for a status and I was finally told that the service tech blew up three computers trying to get the update installed and that I'd have to bring the vehicle back in three days (to give them time to acquire another computer). Next morning the batteries were completely dead "due to a setting the tech failed to return to default". Hunh.... DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. They're either incompetent, or don't care.

This service dept. is top notch. They will work to schedule you and complete the job as promptly as possible. In addition, they don't recommend services that are not needed on your vehicle.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would absolutely. NEVER take your vehicle to this place for service. I have taken my vehicle in several times for "the works" oil change and my bill has never been more than $65-$70 which is reasonable for an oil change. My bill was $190!!!!! A service was performed on the bill for "replacement of lug nuts" for a whopping total of $130 for that service alone. FOR LUG NUTS. The kicker is that I was never told this service was being performed until after it was finished. So I call up there to ask a manager about the service. Victoria in the service department answered the phone and I explained to her this issue. She got a huge attitude and rude tone of voice with me, called me a liar and stated that she told me of the service before it was performed WHICH WAS NOT AT ALL THE CASE, I was told after the fact. She proceeded to argue with me, and once I called her attitude out she called me "sweetie" and "honey" which is extremely disrespectful because she was trying to be a smarta** about it. She kept calling me a liar however, and refused to correct this situation. She stated her manager was not in and there was nothing she could do. So I am following up on this but I have a feeling it will not be made right. For a local business, y'all sure do treat your local customers with such disrespect to make a buck. This was appalling. NEVER TRUST YOUR BUSINESS HERE, THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MAKING MONEY AT YOUR EXPENSE AND IGNORANCE AND WILL NOT RIGHT THE ISSUE. DISGUSTING!!!

On December 12th, 2023, we dropped our Ford F150 off at Greenwood Ford for some minor Collison repairs. My experience with this has been very unpleasant. On February 7th, 2024, I was told by Cliff that the truck was complete and ready to be picked up. Upon arrival, I noticed there were missing parts and I detected flat spots on my tires from the negligence of this facility. I brought this to the attention of the service manager. After reviewing the situation, he stated that my tires were a result of suspension issue. As a result, they were not willing to cover any cost associated with replacing the tires. According to Greenwood Ford’s website, the service technicians are “Highly trained to conduct comprehensive inspections and repairs”. If my vehicle had a suspension issues, why was this not brought to my attention during my regular scheduled maintenance or my multi point inspections. All of which have been conducted at Greenwood Ford since I purchased the truck in April of 2022. On Saturday Feb 25th, 2024 I had to purchase new tires. The cost of those tires were $1646.69. This could have been easily avoided if your “Highly trained technicians” took care of my truck while it was in their possession. I urge you to avoid this dealer ship and any dealership that operates under Renshaw Auto Group.

We were traveling pulling our 5th wheel. Developed a vibration in the F350 diesel. This dealership took us in, diagnosed the problem and had us back on the road in 2 1/2 hours. Very pleasant to deal with. I would go back there to trade or buy a vehicle even though it's quite a ways from my home. Great dealership with great people.

As a military, I always look for somewhere reliable and professional place that I feel like getting trustful services and this is the place. And also it's cheaper here than one in clarksville for the lower sales tax.
