I drove down to Apple Ford today, David F. had called me Monday evening, and I told him that I would come down today. He was busy with a customer and took me to Neville D. Neville was great and so was every one that had a part in the sales process. David took me to Neville, Mike, and Teresa were great. David and Neville filled the truck with fuel, put the tags on, and helped me get my belongings out of my trade. Everyone was fantastic. Thanks to all of you.

The flip side is the service department. Lot's of attitude. They are very busy. And that's great. But are they too busy to be courteous, accommodating or fix it right the first time. My experience has unfortunately been negative. I did complain to Carol who is the customer coordinator. She is great as she is part of Orlove's team. But I made an appointment with a different Ford Dealership to bring my car in for service.

Went to purchase a uses truck, ready to buy. The truck was listed online at 23k. The deal was slide across the table to me at 27k and was told this was their "no haggle" price. I explained to the salesmen the online price and the manager subsequently pretended they were looking at another "database" . It was obviously they tired to dupe me. They then pretended the new price was the true "no haggle" price, unwilling to negotiate. Was also told it didn't matter to them as their cars have always sold at top price at auction lol It was clear they had no time for the "little guy ". Go elsewhere where they atleast pretend your sale is important.
Hidden fees to rip you off - Disappointed customer
This dealership has a $1, 250 fee that they try to pass off as a Maryland state inspection fee when it should really just be called a profit padding fee that they add on to the price of every car that they sell. Slimy business practices like this are what give car dealers a bad name. Shame on you.

Service Dept. prices are very expensive but they play games with the prices. If you decline the price then they will act like they are working out a deal for you and slowly attempt to lower the price. If you constantly play games like that, you are not to be trusted.

We purchased the exact car for the exact price that we wanted without pressure from any one. They did not play any games with our financing and we were out in about an hour. We will buy another car from this dealer in the future.
