another vehicle bought at Sheehy Ford Gaithersburg - rr1759
This is my go to Ford dealership for personal and business vehicles. They make it very simple and give a great price. They even deliver the vehicle and send me the paperwork to sign and send back via FedEx. All I did was call Nick Constantine and tell him what I needed and there it was a few days later. Great service.

Great dealership employees and the owner - RedBull
I purchased a new Taurus from loons Ford, however if East West Lincoln Mercury had been able to give me the same deal I got at loons, I'd be driving a Mercury today, but the handle ALL of my service needs and quite professionally and quick might I add, my buddy Mike mike mike is one great S. A. And the other guys aren't slouches either, but I was most impressed by the owner of the dealership, he's approachable, friendly, and he does not act like someone usually acts when they are as fortunate as him, I thank you all for being great people persons.
Best salesman - Lisa329
Although I did not purchase a vehicle from here I did visit this place last Saturday and dealt with Imo. This man was extremely helpful. He not only made this process of purchasing a vehicle stress free but was very attentive when I told him what I needed. After I left he followed up with me to let me know if I changed my mind on what I was looking for or if I found another vehicle on their site to just let him know and he would set up some time to show it. On Monday I did purchase a vehicle but once again it was somewhere else and that salesman literally was handed a sale because Imo was so thorough with all my options on Saturday I already knew what to expect. After I made the purchase I was sad to call Imo because Saturday he worked so hard to help me. Not only that but he had already called to follow up to see if I found something on their website I liked. But unlike my pass experience with sales people they tend to be defensive Imo actually was the exact opposite he not only congratulate me on my purchase but he asked me if I was in the area to swing by to see my new ride. That right there made my experience with this dealership worth the 5 stars. Ourisman of Frederick you all are truly lucky to have a wonderful salesman who displays amazing customer service skills and that personal connection with customers. That goes along way and I even told Imo how impressed I was because a lot of times finding good people with those skills you can’t really teach is difficult. Thank you all for a wonderful experience!!!

I had a great experience getting my car serviced at this dealership. The General Manager was fantastic at making sure the experience made me happy and that the issues with the car were taken care of. The service was very friendly and they knew what they were doing. Thank you for a great experience. If you need to get a new car or get your Ford/Lincoln serviced this is the dealership I would go to. They are remarkable.
Preston Ford has a culture of bad customer service - DoItRight
The Preston Ford experience started out really well, our salesman, Selbe was great, to the point, had good answers, didn't waste your time, loved it.
When you look back on what upsets us with Preston Ford and their horrible post sale customer service, it is totally at odds with their behavior while they are making the sale. We looked at the truck and then went to check out a few other dealers. In the period of the hour that we were gone we got more than 10 calls, some from Selbe and some from Chris Marks, the GM. Funny, how they had the time to make all those calls in the lead up to the sale but for a question and concern that I had after we drove it off the lot, no one seems to have time to make a return phone call . I 'reached out, then reached out again...then reached..you get the point, no one is calling me back. Funny how they ask for all your info to stay in contact as the sale is going down but must lose it very quickly after you drive off the lot!
My advice would be to say Buyer beware- the culture of bad customer service begins with their VP, David Wilson, whom I called several times asking for a return phone call. He is the one that actually sent us the email inviting us to call him PERSONALLY should we have any questions... Hmmm. I would tend to think he may have never got the message except that I know he did, I talked with his assistant. Oh well...We came home with a beautiful truck, but along with that it would have been so sweet to not only say we had a great buying experience, but also that Preston had wonderful customer service after the sale, which they do not and that is important for the longevity of a dealership. You can get away with crappy post sale customer service for awhile but most of us are smart enough to get burned once and move on. We know there are too many good dealers that offer tremendous post sale customer service. Preston Ford was just not one of them in our case so buyer - Beware!
Not as good as they used to be - Theresa257
I have dealt with this dealership for many years. In the past I had always been very satisfied with my experience with them. Over the last few years the service department has gone down hill with many times not having enough mechanics they would need for work that comes in on that particular day. I don't like using the fast lane and had to use it several times when I came in for oil and filter changes and minor things being checked . My last visit was with the body shop and the repairs were being paid by another company's insurance and they were doing the work for me. I was told it would only take three days to repair. On the third day I called to make sure it was going to be finished and I was told they were going to have to keep it over the weekend which meant I was going to have to pay out of pocket for at least three additional days. They ended up calling me back and said that they would have someone else do the repair then originally assigned the job to and it would be done the next afternoon. They completed the job and I think they did a good job but I don't like last minute changes and stress added to my life. It wouldn't have been so bad but I had scheduled an appointment for when the work was to be done. That is why I didn't understand why it couldn't be done when promised. I just feel it is just best if I start using another dealership for my automotive needs.
Service department needs help - pickupman227
I was 1st in line for a Saturday service, "The works". The scheduled service went on a timely manner but the closing of the work order did not. My truck was sitting outside the service entry for 25 minutes before I was told it was competed.
Hidden fees to rip you off - Disappointed customer
This dealership has a $1, 250 fee that they try to pass off as a Maryland state inspection fee when it should really just be called a profit padding fee that they add on to the price of every car that they sell. Slimy business practices like this are what give car dealers a bad name. Shame on you.

Service Dept. prices are very expensive but they play games with the prices. If you decline the price then they will act like they are working out a deal for you and slowly attempt to lower the price. If you constantly play games like that, you are not to be trusted.

We purchased the exact car for the exact price that we wanted without pressure from any one. They did not play any games with our financing and we were out in about an hour. We will buy another car from this dealer in the future.
