I would highly recommend to use TASCA Ford in Seekonk MA.. I especially would ask for George. He is knowledgeable and helpful. This was the first time I had my car serviced there. George was more than accommodating and the service station is not over whelming and enormously large. As a consumer I did not feel uncomfortable and lost in the shuffle of mass production.

First, I’m a busy person, just like everyone else, and this morning was no different and instead of scheduling my oil change like I should have, I just drove into the dealership early thinking that it shouldn’t be a problem to get me in. I could easily rationalize that I am the customer and say that I didn’t have a lot of time and that my schedule was tight, and I just needed to get this done so off I went to Patrick Mazda. I was greeted by the Service Advisor, Joel Marrast, and he began to explain to me that they were booked up this morning and it would be very difficult to get me in, but he’d be happy to schedule me for another time. I was extremely irritated and pressed for time and upset with myself for not doing what I know I should have done, which was schedule the oil change. Joel said that maybe he could get me in at 9AM, so I told Joel that I would wait. I want to say that throughout this time I was very irritated and difficult to work with and even though I was not the most pleasant person to be around, Joel was professional and did his best to accommodate me as soon as he was able to. After a short while Joel came to the waiting area and told me that he was able to rearrange some things and was going to be able to get me in for service. So let me tell you about the service. As you can probably imagine, I’m a “picky” person and I have now been to Patrick Mazda a few times and the service has always been fast, and top notch! One of the things that I find fascinating is that you also get a video of all the work that is being performed on your vehicle along with explanations about what the service technician is doing. How awesome is that! Cool right!? I don’t know how popular that is, but I have never received that from any other dealership. My car was taken care of perfectly and they even washed it for me. I know that it’s always great to read reviews and hear about when things go exactly as planned, but I always find that the reviews that are the most valuable to me are the ones when things don’t go as planned and how a business responds to that. In this case, Patrick Mazda, and more specifically Joel, did a great job in dealing with a rash customer that did not plan accordingly. Thank you, Joel, and thank you Patrick Mazda for dealing with my craziness! I’ll be back again for your amazing service and next time I’ll plan and schedule accordingly.

My Mazda has not needed much service; it is a great vehicle. Whenever I have gone with a question the staff made sure that question was answered before I left. Today Darlene went above and beyond to help me with a battery issue. She was helpful on the phone and at the dealership. I couldn't be more grateful. Blake sold me my car. I have known Tony since he was about 9 years old. Courtney was especially helpful with transportation. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I had Miguel guide me through the leasing process of a CX-3 sport. He was friendly, professional, and considerate -- also very knowledgeable about the car. Although I didn't end up leasing the car because the bank didn't approve my application, Miguel's service impressed me.

On 1/3/08, my ‘05 VW Passat had a burning smell and began to smoke from the rear. I had it towed to Barry VW. Service Manager Carl Evans had me sign a form to have the car diagnosed and arranged a courtesy ride to Enterprise car rental. The next day, Carl called with the results of the diagnosis: $1700 and 4-5 days, as the car needed “a new turbo line and turbo charger,” coming to $970 in parts and $670 in labor. I asked him to be more specific about the parts, to break it down by item. He said the $970 included the turbo line, charger and any necessary gaskets. I requested a written estimate. He said it’s not written down; he could just tell me over the phone. I said I wanted to stop by and pick up a written estimate; he said they don’t write them down. A $1700 repair, plus accruing rental car costs, put me in a financial crisis. I called Carl and asked if Barry would do any financing or payment arrangements for a repair that costly. He said no, but to try VW credit. I applied online at VWcredit.com in an attempt to get enough money to cover the repair bill. I considered not fixing the car and trading it in at the dealership there for an older car for my daughter in college. I asked friends and family for help. I sweated it out. Meanwhile, I had the car towed to another garage for a second opinion. As I paid the $100 diagnosis charge at Barry to get the key back, Carl told me again, “It needs a new turbo. Let me know if you decide to get it fixed.” The second opinion at Village Garage was radically different, resulting in a $147, hour-long repair. The diagnosis was a plugged breather screen. The mechanic cleared the screen and replaced the air filter and the problem was solved. This was nearly $1600 less than the repairs needed as stated by Barry VW. As a result of Barry’s fraudulent diagnosis, I incurred over $500 in car rental expenses, missed two days of work, tried to secure a credit line to cover the high repair cost, and had a week of extreme duress handling all this. When presented with the opportunity to take responsibility for the situation and make it right, Barry’s “powers that be” would consent to only one thing: refunding the $100 diagnosis fee.

I have been taking my IS250 to Lexus of Watertown for a while and then I switched just for minor tune up to Ishkan's Bazarian Motors thanks to my friend's recommendation, who is a car enthusiast. Since then, I never took my car to Lexus of Watertown again. Now, I pay between 50 to 70 percent less than I was paying at my dealership and get the same (or even better) service - the only thing I miss is the nice coffee machine and leather seats:) I love my experience at this little shop - first, I knew I am not being screwed, second, I was getting superb service and third, my service finally got more personal. Ishkan is really friendly, trying to always help out anyway possible. Once, I had two flat tires after going over a huge stone on I-85 north at night and just towed my car to his place and left him voice-mail on his phone that night. I knew my car was all set, hassles free - and yes it was! He called me the next day and found really good replacements for the tires. I could never get this kind of service from my Lexus dealership. Although, I moved from Waltham to Wellesley, I still go to service my car here. I LOVE THIS PLACE!

The service department is a no-nonsense operation. The video file the service department shares on how the service is progressing provide a clear understanding that the service requested was delivered. THE SALESMAN THERE PROCEEDED TO SWEAR AND USE VERY STRONG VULGER LANGUAGE TOWARDS ME IN FRONT OF MY YOUNG DAUGHTER.
