My "sales person" was Justice Harris. - J

My "sales person" was Justice Harris. His manager is Tony Davis. Justice and I spent the better part of a couple days over text and calls working on a deal for a 2024 Ford F-150. I was trading in my 2024 Bronco Sport. I was given an online appraisal app to fill out, which I did and it gave me an amount/offer good for 10 days they would take for my Bronco in trade. After a full day of back and forth of me asking, Justice finally sent a written quote, which reflected all the amounts we had agreed to by calls and texts. I took off work the next day (Aug 28), specifically to travel the 3 plus hours to complete the deal. Approx. 2:00pm on August 27, I received an additional online trade appraisal request from Tony Davis, the "manager", according to Justice. I filled it out, with all the same information entered on the previous appraisal app, and within 5 minutes, was told my Bronco was now worth $3,000 less, Literally the time between the sales quote, including my original trade amount and the "new" appraisal amount of 3k less was 7 minutes. What an absolute bait and switch. I immediately called Justice to ask what the deal was, he repeatedly apologized and said he'd talk to his manager and see what he could do, and call me back within 30-45 minutes. This never occurred. Apparently, this is normal operating procedure for Mac Haik Ford. I do not expect anything more from them, and I'm no worse for wear. But this should go as a warning to anyone that chooses to business with this Ford dealership. I have since heard of the many "last minute changes" they pull on unsuspecting people, especially if they travel long distances and are basically stuck at that point. Good thing I was able to avoid that xx. Buyer beware and stay away.

On April 6, 2026 I bought 4 new installed tires. On April 8, 2026 I went back to the dealership thinking that I didn’t receive the tires that I had agreed to buy. I spoke to Mr. Kevin whom sold me the tires. Mr. Kevin researched my concern and then personally investigated my complaint. In the end I was incorrect and apologized to Mr. Kevin and his Supervisor Management Staff. The sales team were very diligent and eager to satisfy my concern. My patron was reinforced by the team’s professional and personal support. I highly appreciate Mr. Kevin Poe’s attention to detail and willingness to help. If I could give Homer Skeleton Ford zero stars, I would. My vehicle has been sitting in their service department for two months. They misdiagnosed the issue, and I was forced to pay over $5,000 for a repair that didn’t even fix the actual problem. I had to bring the car back in—only to find out something else was wrong, something that should’ve been identified the first time. Now they expect me to pay again for their mistake. School starts in two weeks, and my truck is still not drivable. This situation has been a nightmare. The service department is completely untrustworthy. I wouldn’t even send my dog there.

They sold me a truck and after 2 months it broke and they are saying there’s nothing they can do to help me because if they did it for me then they would have to do it for everyone else but they sure don’t mind bending over backwards for all the big money people that comes in there and that’s pretty sorry in my book

Awful in every way. I brought my car here for a transmission fix. To note: I made sure they were aware I had a transmission issue and they swore they were fully capable of fixing it. A full 2 weeks come and go, and all they did was stare at it for 2 minutes and charge me $136. They did not do anything. I paid them over a hundred dollars so they could look at it, sip a beer, and walk away. When I tried talking to them, all they said was they can't fix it, and I'll have to take it elsewhere. Terrible service.
