Andrew and the staff at Homer Skelton Ford went out of their way to help us when we had a breakdown on Friday, while traveling cross country. We were bringing my sister and her 2 dogs to FL from KS, and pulling her car on a trailer behind us.
We were able to exit the hwy, & pull into a truck stop in Olive Branch MS, where I started searching for a nearby Ford dealership, and called HSF. Andrew came to us in his personal vehicle to bring us and the dogs to the shop.
After checking the truck it was decided we could drive to his nearby dealership, and he led us there.
Unfortunately we needed a part that could not arrive till Monday, in spite of the service departments best efforts trying to get it same day.
This would mean a 3 day hotel stay. Your staff tried to help us find a rental car, so my sister and I could go home, but couldn't get one, so they helped us find a hotel that accepted pets. Andrew loaded all our luggage, the dogs, and the 3 of us into his personal vehicle and took us to the hotel, stayed until we were checked in, & gave me his cell number in case we needed anything. He also came back for us Monday to bring us back to the shop when our truck repair was complete.
Everyone was very helpful, and professional, dealing with us in a stressful situation.

Quick Lane is not quick. For an oil change and tire rotation you need to be ready to wait at least an hour and a half. They have a place on their website to make a reservation but when you call them they don't take reservations. I think they all need to figure out what they are doing. The service tech brought in my air filter and left it. It took the counter guy 10 minutes to tell me about it. Just rename this place your service center and don't call it Quick Lane. If you can't get a oil change and tire rotation done in 30 minutes you should tell your customers how long it is going to take so they can make arrangements.

My wife has a Volvo V50 (now Volvo is owned by Ford) and we wanted to get the oil changed locally. I dropped it off for the service, after I picked it up as I drove it home it was smoking and having all types of problems (it did not start until about half way home). I got to the house and checked the oil level and they had over filled it. The level was as high as the dip stick would show! Idiots!!!!!!!!!! I had them tow the car to their dealership and fix the problem. Unfortunately the car now has constant issues with the check engine light. Now way for me to prove it was this incident but the problems started about a week after this and nothing was wrong prior to that. Only had 63K miles on it and it was only 3 years old, just out of warranty.

Took my Tauruses and my dads F-250 for service on several occasions. Each time, there were issues with ordering the wrong parts (an astounding FOUR TIMES), taking MUCH longer than was promised, or poor workmanship resulting in damage to the vehicle. To top it all off, they sold my information to a terrible extended warranty company that continues to harass me. The compamy claims to represent the manufacturer (Ford, in this case), but theyre so stupid that at one point the guy called my 2012 Taurus a Nissan. I have given Courtesy Ford enough chances now. My family has been doing buissness with them since my dad bought a new Ford Torino GT back in 1971, but no longer. Selling my information was the last straw.

We are traveling on a 6-mo RV trip, so need to take care of our Ford F350 when the oil/air filter lights come on. We researched ratings and reviews and decided Davis Ford Sales was our best option. So glad we drove a little out of the way to go there! Most dealership service depts have disappointed with high prices and meh service. We are only looking for dealerships now because of a Ford maintenance agreement. This is the highest quality service experience we've had in decades; 1-Tab told us when to arrive for immediate service, 2- they did all the tasks on the agreement. (Sadly this had not been our typical experience) 3- they found another issue, had the needed part and took care of that problem. 4-Tab answered all our truck performance questions. We were in and out with our fully serviced truck, faster than we wait for work to begin in most other dealer service shops! Everyone at Davis Ford Sales was super kind. Wish they were closer to south Texas!!!

We took our F-250 diesel to this dealership because we had heard our friends bragging about the friendly and professional treatment they had been receiving at Hallmark Ford. We will now be the ones bragging on Hallmarks service from this point on. We had taken my f-250 to other repair shops previously and had very mixed results. That was not the case at Hallmark we are 100% satisfied and will return.
