If I could give Homer Skeleton Ford zero stars, I would. My vehicle has been sitting in their service department for two months. They misdiagnosed the issue, and I was forced to pay over $5,000 for a repair that didn’t even fix the actual problem. I had to bring the car back in—only to find out something else was wrong, something that should’ve been identified the first time. Now they expect me to pay again for their mistake. School starts in two weeks, and my truck is still not drivable. This situation has been a nightmare. The service department is completely untrustworthy. I wouldn’t even send my dog there.

After being without my truck for an ENTIRE MONTH (and hanging on to what little sanity I had left 🤣), I can honestly say that Cannon Ford in Pascagoula has been an absolute blessing! Here’s what makes this experience so special: I didn’t even buy my truck from them! They had absolutely nothing to do with the original sale, yet they went above and beyond to help me through a frustrating situation that wasn’t even theirs to begin with. A HUGE shoutout to Ms. Margaret and Garrett! These two deserve some serious recognition. Their kindness, patience, communication, and willingness to go out of their way to help me meant more than they probably realize. They didn’t HAVE to go the extra mile, but they did, and that speaks volumes about the kind of people they are and the dealership they represent. Car troubles are stressful enough without feeling like just another number. But they never made me feel that way. It was the second time they have had my truck since end of August and both times I have to say, the way they treat their customers… it’s just different. I am beyond grateful. I live in Gulfport, but I will GLADLY make the drive to Pascagoula for future service. And when it’s time to purchase another vehicle, Cannon Ford will be my FIRST stop! On April 6, 2026 I bought 4 new installed tires. On April 8, 2026 I went back to the dealership thinking that I didn’t receive the tires that I had agreed to buy. I spoke to Mr. Kevin whom sold me the tires. Mr. Kevin researched my concern and then personally investigated my complaint. In the end I was incorrect and apologized to Mr. Kevin and his Supervisor Management Staff. The sales team were very diligent and eager to satisfy my concern.
