I had filled out a Transunion form and was told I was approved. It was just a ploy to get you in the Dealership. I was even told to come in after work everything will be good. Again this is after I asked if I was approved. Wasted over 2 hours of mine and my childs time to tell me we will need a five thousand dollar down payment. So the site said I was approved the person I spoke with on the phone said as well and to come in after work to be denied. I have seen this is something Landers does it is the second time I have had a instance with Landers. The first time I was told to pick something and they said I was good so I did so to be denied after I was told I was good pick a vehicle. Landers needs to change thier way of doing things and be honest. Oh wait a honest car salesman lol right.

I've always heard that a dealership is no better than their service department. Anthony Doss in the service department is reason enough to do business with Acura of Jackson! Ask for him if you need to get your vehicle serviced. He's friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and prompt with updates! The waiting area, has a TV room with a charging station, free snacks and beverages, last but not least, a children's play area.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Porsche Jackson. I placed a $10,000 deposit in March 2024 for a 718 Spyder RS allocation and waited nearly two years based on repeated assurances. Eventually, I was told the allocation would not come through. During that process, I was also told an alternative allocation (including European delivery) was available. Based on that, I cancelled another secured option and lost a $5,000 broker fee, only to later find out that allocation was not actually available. Communication was inconsistent, timelines kept shifting, and key information turned out to be inaccurate. This wasn’t just an inconvenience, it resulted in real financial loss and a complete breakdown of trust. I cannot recommend working with this dealership if you are pursuing a high-demand allocation. Make sure everything is confirmed in writing and do not rely on verbal assurances.

Bought 2023 Nissan Sentra in Aug. 2023 .Salesman was nice but the man in the finance dept was not..He pushed about 8 or 10 pages to me and when I was trying to read them he just rushed me to sign. In the end I got with a loan shark finance company and the both of them got me This was my first time I bought a car on my own. The interest rate is too high, I am paying $500.00 a month and only $160.00 is applaud to note.trying to get in contact with FTC tolet them know. Also in Nov. Battery lost power and instead of getting a new battery the service dept simply charged it up.

We brought the CRV back and they tried to get the spots off but could not get them off. We thought we were out of luck and that this was an ordinary dealer, but wow did they pull through for us.
