General service manager very unprofessional - Shana
I had not planned to go to buy a Nissan vehicle I just wanted to look and see what other used vehicles they had. There was a sales lady outside while I was looking at Vehicles no other customers were outside but this lady never once asked me if she could help me. Miss Jazmonique, another sales lady came outside to help me and when I tell you this lady is an angel. She is so polite and was so helpful and she made me feel comfortable she didn't pressure me it was all about what I wanted. I found the right vehicle for me we went inside and sat down to do paperwork and Mr. Pierre came over to introduce himself and he was such a gentleman and so polite and friendly. They got everything ready for me and when it was time for me to sign papers the general manager came and asked me to come to his office. Mind you in the beginning I told them I had someone who could Finance it for me and I gave them the financing rate. I was told that I could get a better financing rate by financing through Nissan. Now back to the general manager mr. Joe Nash. We went to his office and he was throwing papers left and right Sign Here sign there but as I started signing I was looking at paperwork and the amounts were looking off to me the interest rate was very high and I told him no I wasn't going to continue signing papers because my bank would Finance it for me cheaper which is what I told them in the beginning. This man. So mad. He marked an X across the paper got up and told me I can get my bank to finance it and walked out of the room and across the hall to mr. Pierre's office. Through the paper on the desk and you could hear can fussing and see his gesture. Is if I wasted his time and I made him so mad because I did not sign the papers. That was so unprofessional. He had the nerve to not only get upset because a scene because I did not financed through them. I left out the door so upset and another team member came out and asked me to please not leave. Then Miss jasmonique came and I explained to her what happened and she apologized. I told her I would go talk to my bank and I will come back because she was so helpful and Mr Pierre was so helpful but I would not talk to that Joe Nash man again. I went to my bank and they communicated with Nissan. I came back with a check in hand and got the perfect vehicle for me. This time I spoke with miss Nicole... another Angel. She took her time with me and she made me feel it was all about me. Mister Pierre, Miss jasmonique, and Miss Nicole I with highly recommend anyone looking for Nissan to go and speak with these three people. They will get you what you want it's all about you and they are very professional. If they send you to Joe Nash's office, get up and leave run as fast as you can because if it's not his way then you have a problem.

A dealership with integrity - Ann
Finally an honest dealership (and I've been to many). Purchased a great vehicle at a great price. Very knowledgeable, answered every question my husband threw at them, which was a lot. My husband even went one step further and asked questions about the car we drove up in and the guy actually asked him to pop the hood and showed him what needed to be done (this was before we purchased anything). I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. I'll never shop anywhere else.

BUYER BEWARE they promise everything and deliver NOTHING! - 4tommy
I purchased a 2011 used GMC Sierra with a 7.5 inch lift. It was a “cash” sale meaning I had a certified bank check in my hand to pay for the truck.
I signed the purchase agreement around 7pm on Thursday June 21, 2018. The sales manager “Mitch” agreed to the price and he would fix all of the mechanical/drive train issues at that time including but not limited to the front end issues including alignment, window switch, regular service items and key fobs. He agreed that everything on the truck would be in proper working order. We also agreed he would not address cosmetic items such as the cracked dash and missing fog lights etc. The sale also came with a warranty so this was NOT an “AS IS” purchase.
Fair enough, right?
Next day, Friday 6-22-18. I text the salesman several times checking on the progress of service so I could give him the certified bank check. 5pm and the truck still isn’t ready. I was told for sure it would be ready Monday.
Wednesday, nope. So I go to the dealership again, Mitch tells me it’s all getting fixed and they will have the front end work done by another shop that can handle a lifted 4WD truck. Blah, blah, blah. (This day is also when Mitch yelled at my salesman in front of everyone on the showroom floor which was completely uncalled for! )
Friday June 29th comes still getting excuses but told it would be ready by the afternoon. I leave work AGAIN mid afternoon, the truck isn’t ready but they want my check. I meet with the f&i manager to do the paperwork. He takes my check. NOBODY HAS MY TRUCK READY.
I am told the oil change is being done and I will be ready to go.
(Meanwhile, I leave with my papers, go to the tag office for my county only to be told the state will NOT sell me a license plate because there is a title problem. I go back to the dealership, speak with f&i guy again, he assured me it’s a mistake and I will be able to get a tag on Monday)
Wait, wait and wait some more.
It’s after 6:00 and the detail guy gives me my truck, NO service done and NO REPAIRS WERE DONE. I never saw a manager of any kind, no salesman NOBODY. The truck was even out of gas. My keys have the dealer sorting tag still attached!
I later spoke with a manager and was told they would make it right but didn’t really have the equipment to service such a large truck. And also reassured the title problem would be resolved. (You have 7 days to get a tag without penalties) All of this still drags out over the 4 of July week. It is literally July 9th before I can even get a license plate on the truck!
All along still refusing to fix the agreed to repairs at this point.
I had to get the repairs that Mitch, as the sales manager agreed to, done on my own with a shop that could fit such a large truck. 1500$ worth of repairs to be exact.
ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS
This was my second purchase from this dealership BUT IT IS MY LAST TOO!
It’s a shame too, I need a new 2019 Hyundai Tucson this fall but I will drive anywhere else to buy it!
They could still make it right but based on this experience, it will not happen.
Awsome! - Car girl3

Review for WESLEY !!
And so much more !!!
My awful experience began by me searching for a car on CarGurus.com, I was looking for 2019 Dodge Charger GTs, which this dealer had for sale. So I texted the company a few weeks back asking for a certain amount to negotiate, they never contacted me, so I tried to get in contact with them again about a week later, and they still served inconsistency, so I finally got in contact with them again last night and finally got a response, however, it was a response I didn’t expect.
At 10:42a.m. today, I got a text from (662) 416-1130, which is this company, in which said:
“Hey this is Wesley with King Kars got your lead on this 2019 Dodge Charger where do you get your 16- 17k from outer space? Wish we did have that much up. Are a democrat , or just that dumb.”
So I then replied with... :
“Very professional and intelligent of you to confront me in such a way as a car salesman acting as a savage. I will be reporting this rude message to the manager. Thanks for making it that easy. Oh, and maybe next time it would be more convenient and intelligent if you asked about a down payment... Smh shows exactly how ignorant you are and you should be terminated for coming at me in such a way. Hope you learn something because this behavior makes this dealership look a mess, such a bad vibe...”
“Oh, and in the first sentence I was using sarcasm which you wouldn't know.”
“But I will call and discuss this with your manager, and maybe he/she and I can work out a deal. Thanks for your unprofessional and inconsiderate time.”
Wesley simply, rudely, sarcastically replied with:
“You are very welcome.”
I replied to that comment which was obvious sarcasm with:
“Are you a democrat, or just that dumb.” Wow. If your manager allows that kind of behavior and these slick racist slurs, then this is a terrible company that should be shut down, no wonder the reviews online are so xxxxty, because it employees low class, unintelligent, unprofessional, racist people like you. This is terrible service that has earned a 1 star review, if I could I would give 0 stars.”
So this pretty much sums up my review for this company, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO EVEN MY WORSE ENEMY, it is employeed with nothing but unprofessional, racist, inconsiderate, ignorant, unprofessional, messy people. Glad it didn’t get to a point where I did purchase a vehicle because im sure it would break down within a day :/ ...but wouldn’t recommend purchasing from this company, if they have a car that your interested in, KEEP LOOKING IM POSITIVE OTHER, MORE PROFESSIONAL DEALERS CARRY THE SAME VEHICLE.
Thank you for reading and I hope I have saved someone from purchasing from this terrible dealer that should honestly lose business.
Roof Damage on Suv - Juniorboy65
I bought a used suv at night, trust the dealer words that nothing was wrong,it drove fine, did my first wash, roof had damage
If you are looking for a CPO Buyer Beware! - frustrated
I am so unhappy with the service I received from this dealership. I purchased a CPO 2015 Infiniti Q50 in March of 2018. I have taken my car back for service twice due to the manufacturer's suggested maintenance schedule. I know this seems like such a small complaint but it lends to a bigger picture. The ad for Herrin-Gear service states that a complimentary car wash is included with each service. I have had my vehicle serviced twice with a combined amount of $500 in expenses. The first time I took it I had them do the next stage maintenance since I had run past the suggested guidelines of 45000 miles and was close to 48000. I got my car back and the only thing I could tell that had been done was that the inside of my car smelled different. I asked about the car wash and they told me that they no longer did that and that I would have to pay for it. I left disappointed but later became irritated when a coworker told me that they always wash her car.
A week later the tire maintenance light came on saying my tires needed air. My mother had fallen ill and has since passed away so I didn't not take it in for air immediately. When I did take it back it was for the purpose of an oil change and to have my tires checked. I had picked up metal in one of the tires so they repaired it at $35 DOLLARS!! They still managed to miss airing up the tires. Now the warning is worse than before.
Not only did they not wash my car but the technician left a 12 inch long black shoe scuff on the driver's door. I did check the oil to see if it had been changed because this was the second time I had come away with less than the service I expected. They did at least change the oil. One last point.
After I purchased my car I realized that the little metal emblems were missing from the fenders and trunk. My paperwork says that my car is a Sport edition. I discovered that the car had been repainted. I did have a Carfax that showed no accidents but now I have lost confidence in that as well. They did put the 3.7 emblems on it but told me that my car wasn't supposed to be a Sport edition.
One more small issue..I had purchased a leather kit for my seats. When I left it was not given to me even though it was paid for. No one called. I went back a couple of weeks later and got it with the receipt.
I did email and received a response from Kyle who said he had forwarded my issues to the Used Sales and Service managers but needed my phone number so they could call me back. I bought my car from them and had it serviced so I have no idea why they did not have my contact number. Needless to say I have heard nothing back in the last 5 days.
Did I get what I have paid for from March 2018 until now? You decide. For me, my answer is no!
Horrible Experience - MSMese
I spoke with the salesman regarding the car I was interested in. He ran my credit, agreed upon my down payment, and told me what my monthly payments would be. Everything was great, and I told him I was headed to the dealership. I traveled 96 miles. Upon arrival, he told me that he had just sold the car before I got there. He didn’t call, text, or send a smoke signal to notify me before traveling an hour and a half. He explained that he was too busy to call me. I felt as if I didn’t matter. I’ve never seen business conducted like that. Ever. I used a personal day, traveled, and left empty handed.
STARTED GREAT/ENDING BAD - COOLGUYKEL
This is more directed to American financial but I am totally not please with American Car Center as a whole. My Car Broke down about 3 weeks ago, the engine blew in my vehicle while I was driving almost causing me to be in a head on collision with a 18 wheeler when my car broke down I asked the dealership to tow the vehicle it took them a week to tow the vehicle from the place where it broke down to the dealership, the day the vehicle was towed it was towed to another dealership besides the one where I purchased the car. After sitting at the dealership for day it was sent to a repair shop. The repair shop came back 3 days later and stated that the engine blown. a representative from the warranty department Rudely contacted me and told me the repairs would be 4 thousand something odd dollars and that I would have to pay half up front and then the other half they would provide me with a ''side a loan" to pay for the rest but I would be required to pay it back, weeks have gone by and nobody has been keeping me up-to-date. with whats goin on I keep being told that they are waiting on one particular "VP" in the company to make a decision on what to do with the vehicle whether the vehicle should be deemed unethical to repair or not. this week makes a month that I have been without my car, this past Monday I called Hyundai to run a recall check on my car and turns out there are 3 recalls the ENGINE,RADIO AND SEATBELTS which is everything that ive had wrong with the car since I've had it. I called in to relay this information and sill nothing has changed. I was actually yelled at the last time I called in, the man on the phone told me that he has been around other co-workers when I've called and nothing is going to change by me continuing to call, I just don't see how they can get mad for someone calling in and being so concerned I HAVE SENT 7 PEOPLE TO THIS COMPANY FOR A VEHICLE AND THEY ALL THE CAR THEY DESIRED BUT I WILL NEVER SEND ANOTHER PERSON TO THIS UNPROFESSIONAL establishment again. things started off so great but this situation has showed the company true colors.--
My 1st time buying a car; turned out to be worst - Micox2
I purchased a 2017 Chevy Malibu car from this dealership. While the car buying experience was decent. The car itself gave me issues after 2 days of purchasing it. I've been back to the dealership twice letting them know about my concerns. The car vibrates while driving. They didn't offer to trade the car in for another 1. They were made aware of my issues a couple of days after financing. I just wanted something reliable to drive. The minimum wasn't done to resolve the issue. They sold me a bad car and refused to fix the issue. This dealership doesn't care about customers satisfactory. The front desk salesmen who answer the phone are rude and arrogant. They knew it was a bad car when they sold it to me.
Can I please give less then a one star. - Dontfallforit
Please do not do business with them. My car was recovered because I was late which is ok I understand so I went in with the money to get it taken out my late payment, my current payment and the 300 recovery fee. $780 gone because they took out my stuff from the car, oh and never call it your car because it’s not yours, and stuff was missing. Tried to talk to the people but because there was a “mess” outside of the stuff they put in the car which was not mine that was put outside and stuff in their building. Then the manager or investor idk what she is cane screaming in the building asking whose car it was and was told that they no longer do business with me because there was a mess outside in their lot. Which was their mess because they put stolen stuff in my car when I tried to get it out of my car because I’m not going to be dumb and accused of stealing the bag ripped. 1. My stuff shouldn’t have be taken out I was there to pay within an hour 2. Don’t put other people’s stuff in MY( I PAY for it) car. She then goes on to tell people including my father a different story playing victim. The “Manager” or “investor” what ever she is has a stuck up attitude because she thinks she is above you. Also was probably mad because I came to actually pay the car and they couldn’t re sell it. I also talked to the “owner” his name was Royal trying to explain the situation and then to be told he doesn’t have to listen to me and that I brought and animal (my boyfriend) to his lot to mess it up. They just want your money and do not help you. we are seeking legal action. Don’t even search up their numbers they are fake one goes to a visa call line and the other is a dial tone.
