It was Phenomenal. Mrs.Traci Freeman deserves a Raise immediately for her Customer Service Period. We were traveling from Louisiana to Tennessee when our check engine light came on three different times. We still had about eight more hours of driving ahead of us and didn’t want to take any chances if something was wrong with the vehicle.
We immediately searched for the nearest Hyundai dealership, and thankfully, Hyundai of Meridian was only about 15 miles away. We called, and an angel named Traci Freeman answered the phone with such a pleasant and reassuring voice. After explaining our situation, she kindly told us to come in and let them take a look at the vehicle. About 15 minutes later, we arrived, and Mrs. Traci was just as warm and welcoming in person as she had been over the phone. Their team checked our vehicle right away and, thankfully, found no issues. I had filled the gas tank about 20 miles earlier, and shortly afterward the check engine light came on. Mrs. Traci suggested that we run that tank of gas out and use a fuel treatment at the next fill-up, since the diagnostic test did not show any mechanical issues.
I am so grateful that Mrs. Traci answered our call and was so pleasant, compassionate, and willing to help during a stressful moment. She truly made our experience much less stressful through her outstanding customer service.
Meridian has a precious jewel on their hands. Mrs. Traci’s professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help were exceptional. Thank you for turning a stressful situation into a positive experience!
