It was delivered the beginning of July by them to me in Polson. Tim who drove it pointed out a small dent in it that he said was made by a rock hitting the fender. He assured me that RimRock would reimburse me to have it fixed.
I have tried and tried to get them. The will not answer my calls.
I called Cadillac and they said they could not make them fix it.
So I will have to pay. They just stiffed me. I would not trust them

Have a issue and have called the dealership 4 times over the last 3 days and left 4 messages and not one return call!! They are excited to sell a vehicle but the customer service after the sale is terrible.

I have now bought 6 vehicles from Gem City and their service and pricing is next to none, not only in the auto service and sales industry; but in terms of customer service in general. I am very particular about my purchases and they have never seemed inconvenienced. As a matter of fact, they have given me great advice that wasn’t in their best interest but in mine as they understand the seriousness of a purchase of a vehicle. They are truly in it for customer retention and it shows in their pricing, service department, and their business mode in general. If there were negative stars I would mark them. We have got 5 cars from Taylors. You would think being loyal customers we would be treated and shown appreciation. Instead, we were given a warranty that wasn't even what we were told, and instead of working with us basically told they are a dealership and is the way it is. The financial department seems to just want a sale. I would think customers that have come back and have referred others to them would be treated with some concern and appreciation. I would make sure you get in writing exactly what you are being offered not just told one thing and be given something else.
