Service Advisor was Chris Dove. Glad I was able to have my Roadtrek towed earlier than scheduled appointment. Got prompt feedback as to why the engine light was on and what parts needed to be replaced on or about the appointment date. Able to keep Roadtrek there about a week after work was completed due to hazardous road conditions over the passes. Picked up vehicle on Monday and the check engine light is off. Hopefully the problem is fixed. I click on SERVICE below but system stays on sales/sales dept. so I am not completing any more of this survey. Roadtrek powered by Mercedes-Benz was not purchased at this dealer's but this is the dealer that services the Mercedes Sprinter Van. Bev Axelsen

I have now bought 6 vehicles from Gem City and their service and pricing is next to none, not only in the auto service and sales industry; but in terms of customer service in general. I am very particular about my purchases and they have never seemed inconvenienced. As a matter of fact, they have given me great advice that wasn’t in their best interest but in mine as they understand the seriousness of a purchase of a vehicle. We paid cash deal for our truck which after a few days we had to drive it all the way back to Kalispell to get things fixed we have had the truck for 3 months now and have had to replace tons of things and then 3 weeks ago we had to shell out over 4 thousand more for a motor this is messed up.. I had a bunch of issues with my new ram and went to buy a new one and was told they were to busy to deal with me and to come back later.
