I hate this place it is a joke. This dealership has the worst service department! I now drive to Ronan. They lie to your face and try to make you feel better with smooth talking. The bottom line is they shouldn’t be in business. I’ve had my tire come off because they only tightened two of 8 lug nuts. I’ve had parts ordered that they say will take time because of COVID. You call them every month for seven months asking about parts only to have them say a half year later they haven’t heard of you. You ask them to rotate tires, and when you come back to pick up your vehicle you find they haven’t done what you asked. Instead you get the response well they looked fine, even though you just drove 10’000 miles and they need rotated. .your pickup goes into limp mode and goes in on a wrecker three times and they tell you your pickup or your turbo just needs reprogrammed. A week later they replace the turbo and you make it 25 miles before it fails again. Then they replace it a second time and rip the wiring harnesses from your pickup telling you it came it this way. Need I mentioned this pickup has under 30 thousand miles at this point. The best is they will tell you well I’m now the new service manager and that was all in the past, from this point forward I’m going to make changes. Well if you believe this good luck. I’m to the point where I think the owner is to blame, not the sorry managers!

Just bought a toyota rav 4 hybrid. Car would not start twice due to drained battery. Dealership keep car for 2 days battery drained to 40% and they said nothing wrong and cannot do anything unless it is drained more than this. There is a nation wide problem with the 2020 rav 4 hybrid starting battery and they they can do nothing. Had to jump car twice in past 3 weeks because it would nit start. If you buy a car from then and they tell you battery is under warranty they do not stand behind their word. What a shame. Would not recommend this dealership and would not recommend buying a 2020 Toyota rav 4 hybrid until they figure out what is wrong

Went in for an oil change and check engine light. They said I needed a new engine, new tires, and about three thousand more in repairs. The tires have less then 10K Miles on them. Took it to another dealership in Miles City that said all it needed was a new casket and the other repairs were not needed. I was warned about this dealership before hand and learned my lesson.

The first time I went there for the works. Oil change, tire rotation etc. they decided on their own to not rotate the tires. But they still charged me for it.
The next time I went to get some work done they charged 10.00 more than the quote I got. And nobody would tell me why.
My daughter bought a new vehicle from them and they lowballed her on the trade in. Blue book showed it was worth $12,000.00 trade in value but they used auction value of $8,000.00 . They sol it for just under $15,000.00 I have never heard of using auction value before. I’ve mentioned that to several people and they said the same thing happed to them and they just walked away. l sure won’t use them again.

Courtesy Ford knows customer service. They scheduled my vehicle service at a time that worked for me and gave me a ride back to work and delivered the finished vehicle. Service men and women had smiles and a pleasant attitude. It's nice to have someone working to make my day better!
