My call was answered promptly. I was given a service appointment the following day. The diagnosis was made while I waited. Once the exact repair was known and the duration my vehicle would be in the shop, the shuttle took me home. I was notified when the repairs were complete and the shuttle returned me to the service department. Just like clockwork.

While traveling through from Alberta Canada we encountered problems with our 2014 diesel pickup. Laurel ford service and staff treated us very well😊. We felt very welcome here. The first time I went there for the works. Oil change, tire rotation etc. they decided on their own to not rotate the tires. But they still charged me for it.
The next time I went to get some work done they charged 10.00 more than the quote I got. And nobody would tell me why.
My daughter bought a new vehicle from them and they lowballed her on the trade in. Blue book showed it was worth $12,000.00 trade in value but they used auction value of $8,000.00 . They sol it for just under $15,000.00 I have never heard of using auction value before. I’ve mentioned that to several people and they said the same thing happed to them and they just walked away. l sure won’t use them again.
Dangerous!! Take your car somewhere else! - Toyota Owner
I had my Toyota Sequoia into Helena Motors to have a safety inspection done and the tires rotated. Three days later our front tire fell off the car at 75mph on the freeway. Scott, the service manager dodged phone calls for weeks. Jim the owner backs Scott. We have a report that our entire front suspension and tires passed inspection by their 'certified mechanics.' We are currently speaking with a lawyer on this issue. Very dangerous. Take your car anywhere else for your safety!!

Went in for an oil change and check engine light. They said I needed a new engine, new tires, and about three thousand more in repairs. The tires have less then 10K Miles on them. Took it to another dealership in Miles City that said all it needed was a new casket and the other repairs were not needed. I was warned about this dealership before hand and learned my lesson.
Worth the drive into the Missoula - everett headley
Poor customer service. Ownership does not want to take responsibility. There is no extra mile. My truck had a warranty work and was returned to me in non working condition. I recommend passing on this place and going into Missoula for better service.

Courtesy Ford knows customer service. They scheduled my vehicle service at a time that worked for me and gave me a ride back to work and delivered the finished vehicle. Service men and women had smiles and a pleasant attitude. It's nice to have someone working to make my day better!
