A shout out to service manager, Brett and service tech Randy. I took my 2011 Honda Accord in because of a water leak when the car was in the rain. It was not an easy bug to find, but they were very persistent in finding it. Randy said it was very rare to have a leak where it was. Thank you Randy for finding and fixing the problem. I would trust Superior with all of my car's needs.

On 07/20/2023, I stopped at Baxter Ford, West Dodge, because I could not figure out how, while I was driving, to have the miles per hour show up on my screen. I went inside, explained what I needed, and Alex was kind enough to come out to my car and help me. He was so patient, fixed the problem, and he explained if the problem ever came up again, how I could fix it myself. Also, I told him I could not figure out the USB Cable, and my phone, worked together. I explained my son said he would help me but that was 2 weeks ago. Alex told me I could bring in the USB Cable and he would help me, whenever I wanted. How wonderful was that! Oh my gosh, it is great knowing I can go to Baxter Ford whenever I want, and Alex, a person in the know, who is comfortable to talk to, will help me. Thanks Alex for your patience and kindness. And if my son does not follow thru you will be seeing me with my USB Cable! Baxter Ford has a wonderful employee in Alex!

The Service Department is Second to None!!! I was kept updated on the progress truthfully. My Service Consultant Steve French was Outstanding!!! Very Knowledgeable and People Friendly. He went all out to get me back home in Kansas City, MO. and upon completion, contact me, came and picked me up from the Greyhound Bus station prior to the Service Department opening up!!!... Now, that's customer satisfaction!!!
