I was interested in a very specific truck they had in Transit for the Labor Day sales rebates.
I made an appointment with Jake, Internet Sales, for my day off the upcoming Friday.
Jake called a verified our appointment in the morning Friday. Told him I had a slight schedule change , but would be at the most 15 min later than planned.
I arrived 10 minutes later than originally scheduled and Jake reported that the truck hadn’t come in yet , but he had a solution.
He had the exact truck I wanted with all the options I wanted pulled up in front ready for me to check out. Only issue it was the wrong color. I wanted a specific color that was coming in transit.
I ended up buying the truck in Transit and took a little longer to process because the truck wasn’t actually on the lot and everything was verified twice.
Jeff the Finance manager was also quick and professional and going over the finance portion. Thanks Jeff!!!
I was in and out in a 2.5 hours signed on a very busy day.
A week later my truck arrived with everything I wanted and as described.

Purchased a new Buick yesterday, one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had (over 30 cars purchased throughout the past 50 years). Matt (sales manager introduced my wife and I to Carlos Velandia who was prepared to introduce us to the car we came to test drive. Carlos is simply the most knowledgeable, competent, patient and respectful car salesman I have ever had the opportunity to work with. His knowledge of the vehicle was complete (no BS), and delivered in a calm well-paced manner. My questions were answered fully and respectfully.
The test drive revealed a “rattle” on the driver’s side. One technician couldn’t identify it, sales manager thought it was related to a broken license plate. I retested it and still heard it.then Ryan and Sean from the service department drove the car and quickly determined the cause and had it fixed in a few minutes. Thanks again guys.
The buying process was typical with a little back and forth negotiating, but proceeded as expected. The delivery process seems to be the bugaboo with many local dealerships, no exception here. It took about three hours from the time we agreed on a price until I drove off the lot. I realize the finance department has a lot of paperwork to process but it always seems to me, the customer who is waiting to drive his new car home, that it takes a long time. That being said, Alex presented the paperwork in an orderly and efficient manner.
Monica handled the delivery orientation in a pleasant and efficient manner. Rather tediously explaining every feature (most of which I was already familiar with) she asked me what she could help me with, then proceeded to help me with what I wanted to know, great approach!
Then the ever present Carlos went over a few additional items with me and sent me on my way. Job well done by all.

Sales person was very knowledgeable about the trucks we were interested in. We were offered a very good purchase price on the one we chose first time around with no back and forth. We also received a very good trade-in price. Finance dept made the experience quick and painless. Highly recommend!

I am EXTREMELY upset and frustrated with the service at Wild West. I am already scheduling what will be my 5th time in 40 days for them to 'fix' the exact same issue on my 2014 Chevy Cruze Eco again. I have already contacted the executive team at G.M. regarding this negligence. Add in the blatant lies from the management team and owner of the business during a very difficult time in my life! I personally feel that these people at Wild West with who I once considered friends, and have also referred many people to purchase vehicles from, are taking advantage of my current vulnerable state since they know I am caring for my dying mother during her last 3 months without a reliable car that I paid them $25,000 to avoid a situation like this only for it to sit in their shop repeatedly and by repeatedly I mean weekly!

Horrible service. Unprofessional. Liars. I was told my deal was good to go, well I guess it was- just kidding! Don’t go there its a waste of time. unless you want be lied at, experience horrible service, deal with unprofessional people. I won’t mention names cause at the end of the day they know who they are and well they need a job I guess. I provided them with all the info of trade in, I submitted a credit app (I was told my credit was magical, whatever that means). I confirm terms of deal not once not twice but five times. I asked to start paperwork and then my salesperson decided to stop all future contact. Confusing in so many levels. You learn your lesson. What’s the lesson ? Dont go here, trust me you will regret it!
