Chris my salesman was just so attuned to my needs and worked with me so I got the best deal possible and had the patience to explain about all the electronics on the new vehicle which were not on my 2010 Equinox . I have been a customer at Henderson Chevrolet for over 26 years when we relocated from NY and bought a 2001 Venture & Cavalier. Service needs competent mechanics. $1000 charged and still didn't fix the problem. Returned 500 miles later with same problem. They called and said it would be $3500 to fix. I asked why they didn't fix the problem the first time. He stated "he didn't know". I asked if they would credit the $1000 I had already spent. Just a definite "NO". I have bought 4 new trucks from them and this is the way they treat their valued customers. They use to be a great place to do business, but not anymore.
