Good service. The appt was scheduled for about a week out, but they had a cancellation and got me in within days. Kept the vehicle about 2 weeks for repairs. When I picked it up it was very clean. Jeep seems to be running well now. Needed a new transmission.

My husband & I shopped @ all of the dealerships in Reno-Carson area for a new Jeep. I wanted a Jeep, however I didn't want the payments on a nicely equipped Grand Cherokee. As a result, I was moderately interested in finding a new 4x4 vehicle. The TV advertisements on Jeeps in Fernley CDJR got my husbands attention. In Fernely we were shown a variety of new Jeeps, but none really got my attention. Marcus finally showed me a attractive looking 2014 Grand Cherokee Overland, fully equipped with 22,000 miles on a 5.7L HEMI engine. It was emasculate, & well taken care of by the previous owner. Reyes & Robert Heslop got my asking payment with life time warranty. Thank you Marcus for the find I was hoping for, and Reyes & Heslop for the low interest rate deal!

You guys are great. No pressure to buy anything but several options to look at. Jason Tate really took care of us and helped answer our questions. We really feel he tried to give us the best deal possible and he patiently dedicated his time to us. Unfortunately, during our last visit, we were unable to get the right price and vehicle. We'd like to continue to work with Jason. The main building is nice. The doughnuts were good and appreciated. The back lot was too crowded to get a good view of the inventory but Jason brought out the vehicles to look at. I would recommend that more phone or on-line communicating when shopping for a vehicle. That way less time would be spend away from home. Kind of narrowing the field. BTW, the follow up text and calls were appreciated as well. Anyway, good job guys!
Screwed my kid over - Pissed off father
They manipulated my kid and screwed her over. Do not purchase from them. They are thrives. Had her go back 3 times to sign new contracts and last one was to convince her she had to get the extra warranty for 3200 added to her contract. They should be ashamed. It’s all about the money. Not the client. They don’t care.

The sales team is underwhelming at best. Slightly rude but just friendly enough to sink you in the deal. If you don't have substantial amounts of money down, these guys have no desire to work with you. You don't make ANY money if you don't sell cars guys! We were constantly pushed off with " hey we will work on that and get back with you tomorrow"... I had patience with it for two weeks and gave up. Even when pursued several times trying to buy a new car, they could care less. Lets not forget the finance guys ( remember they are separate from the sales guys). Just scribble some BS down on a piece of paper and send it... The first couple times we purchased vehicles here it was a breeze... these new people and "sales methods" have ruined the car buying experience at Carson Dodge. After 4 vehicles purchased here, we will not be returning. They just don't care about you...
Service Dept and Parts is great by the way. Always easy to work with and usually pretty fast.

The service department is the worst I've ever seen or heard about the co-owners grandson is head of service department and is arrogant and argumentative I've had property stolen from my vehicle degreaser used on the front of my vehicle when washed and when I said something about not putting it on my vehicle I was told that he the service manager the grandson had been doing it since he was 12years old that doesn't make it right
