I was in the market for a 2019 Ram and I worked with Lloyd Hicks. He was very knowledgeable and patient with me as we looked at the different options available, pricing, etc. This was my third vehicle I purchased from Towbin Dodge and every time has been good, but this was the best! Lloyd showed care and compassion for not just me but my family. Once we decided on the truck, the paperwork process went smooth and when Lloyd delivered the truck he walked me through everything from setting up Bluetooth, to explaining maintenance, how to operate the audio, how to use car play and the truck came sparkling clean! You guys are great. No pressure to buy anything but several options to look at. Jason Tate really took care of us and helped answer our questions. We really feel he tried to give us the best deal possible and he patiently dedicated his time to us. Unfortunately, during our last visit, we were unable to get the right price and vehicle. We'd like to continue to work with Jason. The main building is nice. The doughnuts were good and appreciated. The back lot was too crowded to get a good view of the inventory but Jason brought out the vehicles to look at. I would recommend that more phone or on-line communicating when shopping for a vehicle. That way less time would be spend away from home. Kind of narrowing the field. BTW, the follow up text and calls were appreciated as well. Anyway, good job guys!

Had to go to their own website to show their advertised price for the car i was looking at. Pretty stubborn on the price, but thats how dealerships go. Overall nice people, tried to help make us comfortable with our 1 year old and let us test fit car seat and stroller in car before purchasing.

I brought my Jeep Wranger in for a repair. The service team did not communicate with me at all through out the entire process. Calling into the service department is almost impossible its a continuous loop that never ends and if you actually get through for someone to transfer you the voicemail box is full. I know service departments across town have much left to be desired but this one was by far the worst one I have ever experienced.

We went into Sahara jeep just look at the new gladiators. We were greeted by Lily and her boss answered all of our questions. They asked what kind of vehicles we drove and asked why I was still in the current vehicle I was. I explained my situation and they assured me they could get me into a new car. Next thing I know I'm driving out of there in a brand new Jeep. Lily was the best, she never left her side and always made sure we were comfortable. Thank you Sahara jeep.

So my wife and i went in just to take a look and see if they had any chargers on the lot that she liked sure enough they had two a black one and blue i was so far upside down in my trade in i thought there was no way they would be able to get me into a brand new car at a reasonable payment. However they where able to get it done and get me financed at a great rate. over all a great experience there where a few flaws with the car but they quickly got me in with the service DEPT to get them taken care of promptly. JP my service advisor is always quick to return my calls right away if not pick up on the first ring. Now my sales guy all i have to say is wow his name is Pete and he didn't bombard my wife and I as soon as we got out the car (unlike other Dealerships) that was the best feeling in the world he came over slowly introduced him self and asked what we are looking for and as we spoke he offered water and said please wait inside while i got pull these two up for you and we can take a look immediately after he showed them both to us my wife fell in love with the indigo blue charger what a perfect color. So after all said and done we where right where we needed to be with payments the finance manage (JOE) was great he did everything in his power to make sure we where absolutely happy with our purchase. i am still looking to buy another vehicle from them due to the best service i could have asked for.

The wife and I were looking for a truck to pull a fifth wheel. I knew I wanted a RAM as I have had one in the past. This time I was going to get the 4x4. We found the perfect used vehicle. It already had the mounts for the fifth wheel hitch. It was a top of the line 2013 model that had all the amenities, and had all the towing electronics built in.
Two weeks after we bought it, the perform service light came on. It also had a small leak in one of the radiator hoses. I spoke with my sales guy and he told me to bring it in. They corrected the problem at no cost to me, even though the truck was bought as-is.
I am extremely satisfied with their customer service.

Most unprofessional service dept I have ever used. They don't take the time to listen to a person needs. Never get a call back on an update on the vehicle .would never by a dodge again. John was very arrogant. Must know the owner in someway to keep his job! Told us when we complained we didn't have to use Carson service dept.

The service department is the worst I've ever seen or heard about the co-owners grandson is head of service department and is arrogant and argumentative I've had property stolen from my vehicle degreaser used on the front of my vehicle when washed and when I said something about not putting it on my vehicle I was told that he the service manager the grandson had been doing it since he was 12years old that doesn't make it right
