I made an appointment to get a oil changed for my 2019 charger..I met with Ethan soo very friendly and very customer focused he said my car would be ready in about 1 and half hours and I thought ok sure...never get my car back that fast but low and behold Ethan was true to his word and if I could I would give Ethan a ten star review.... he even shook my hand when he walked me to my car...what a gentlemen.

If you're dedicated to a particular dealership, a lot of it has to do with their service department. Once again, I received great customer service from Chapman Las Vegas. My Service Advisor was not available and instead of me standing there at her desk looking around for help, Sean "Shocky" Morgan stepped up to the plate by coming to her window and ensuring that I was assisted. He made sure that I received my car quickly and that I left completely satisfied. Great job as usual to an amazing service department.

The service department is the worst I've ever seen or heard about the co-owners grandson is head of service department and is arrogant and argumentative I've had property stolen from my vehicle degreaser used on the front of my vehicle when washed and when I said something about not putting it on my vehicle I was told that he the service manager the grandson had been doing it since he was 12years old that doesn't make it right
