Andrew in the service dept. has helped me over the years at Chapman Dodge. Anything from routine oil changes to “I swear it was making that noise” type of situations. He’s always patient and takes the time to listen and understand what your saying. He doesn’t interject his “hypothesis” on you; or go off into a bunch of “maybe it’s this” scenarios. He’s efficient, to the point, and great with communication. I appreciate someone who understands your time is important and you’ve probably got somewhere else to be too.

I would recommend Dolan Dodge in Fernley to anyone! The staff is very helpful and trustworthy! I went in for service on my car, but was curious about how much I could get for a trade in. Charles and Darrel who are service technicians spent all day helping me get in touch with the right people in order to get the most value possible. Once I got through the qualifying process with Robert, James came over to help me find just The right vehicle for me. There was no pressure just advice and information. From start to finish my experience with everyone there was great!

Seller was nice but overall worst experience from the guy trying to call in the bank. He was rude and pressured me with questions. He didn’t even come and introduce himself and was already demanding my pay rate, saying I had to put money down, repeating my pay rate like it was a joke and talking about my credit. He was even rude to his own sales guy. Definitely did not enjoy talking to him. You need to treat people with respect and manners.

It does not surprise me that they have a 3 star rating, it should be lower. I went hete in hood faith to purchase a van they had advertised. We could no agree on their usery financing, so I offerd to pay the advertised price plus taxes and fees, they refused. That should tell you evrrything you need to know about these crooks. Bate and switch artist.

This is the worst dealer in LV, maybe the country. They are just a bunch of liars and crooks. They promise to correct deficiencies on the vehicle just to get it off the lot. Then when you try to get the things corrected they play stupid and say they have no record of these issues. Also when you are signing the sale or lease they try to slip in extras the jack up the price and increase their commission. STAY AWAY!!!!!

You guys are great. No pressure to buy anything but several options to look at. Jason Tate really took care of us and helped answer our questions. We really feel he tried to give us the best deal possible and he patiently dedicated his time to us. Unfortunately, during our last visit, we were unable to get the right price and vehicle. We'd like to continue to work with Jason. The main building is nice. The doughnuts were good and appreciated. The back lot was too crowded to get a good view of the inventory but Jason brought out the vehicles to look at. I would recommend that more phone or on-line communicating when shopping for a vehicle. That way less time would be spend away from home. Kind of narrowing the field. BTW, the follow up text and calls were appreciated as well. Anyway, good job guys!

The service department is the worst I've ever seen or heard about the co-owners grandson is head of service department and is arrogant and argumentative I've had property stolen from my vehicle degreaser used on the front of my vehicle when washed and when I said something about not putting it on my vehicle I was told that he the service manager the grandson had been doing it since he was 12years old that doesn't make it right
