Elgin was my salesman and he took me by the hand through - rjbarnesjr

Elgin was my salesman and he took me by the hand through the whole process of choosing a car.He did a great job. It’s a big step going from a Mercedes SUV to a GMC Terrain. I’m still learning. learning. The dealership experience was very good.

We have purchased vehicles from Thompson Buick GMC, and I - Susanna

We have purchased vehicles from Thompson Buick GMC, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Armando for the exceptional service he has provided us. Armando truly goes above and beyond. He is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and most importantly, he makes you feel like your business genuinely matters. Buying a vehicle is a big decision, and having someone who is patient, honest, and willing to take the time to make sure everything is right makes such a difference. Our experience with Armando was outstanding from start to finish. He made the process smooth and stress-free, answered our questions, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. You can tell that he takes pride in what he does and cares about building relationships with his customers—not simply selling a vehicle. Thompson Buick GMC is very fortunate to have Armando on their team. We truly appreciate the way we have been treated and would gladly recommend him to anyone looking for their next vehicle. Five stars all the way!

If you see a negative review about this dealership, - S.Brace

If you see a negative review about this dealership, BELIEVE IT. This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. They clearly do not strive to “Provide efficient communication and a positive experience for every guest.” The constant staff turnover says a lot about the environment and the level of service you can expect. I’ve been a loyal customer to Buick/GMC since 2017, but sadly, this dealership specifically has ruined that experience for me. I won’t be returning. And don’t let any follow-up response to this review fool you—beware. 0/10 I don't recommend.

This is the second vehicle I have purchased from them, - wriver54

Wow! - Lakashiamcmillian

Wow! Such an amazing experience dealing with Josh! He worked extremely hard to make sure we find the perfect vehicle, even if it took months! He was not pushy but caring. He most definitely had our best interest at heart! He has earned a customer for life! My family will be purchasing from him in the very near future!!

Just purchased a used Lexus from Sale Auto Mall and the Sales representative "Paul Jarman" was great to work with. Pricing was excellent and service was fast and easy. There was a manager who helped with the sale who was great to talk to while we waited for our paperwork. I will definitely purchase my next vehicle from Sale Auto Mall and recommend it to all my co-workers at Moen Inc.

Absolutely the most unprofessional and shady dealership... - Mhh3177

Absolutely the most unprofessional and shady dealership to work with. DO NOT BUY HERE. They will lose your paperwork multiple times to avoid paying you money owed and then attempt to defraud you out of more money by claiming you were the reason paperwork isn’t submitted properly. They like to play charge back games and screw the customers all the while laughing in your face over the phone.

Excellent service, friendly and fast! - timhowle6

Excellent service, friendly and fast!! Boy has my view changed! Be very wary of purchasing a used car here! I purchased a 2018 GmC Canyon October 29 2024. They were all so great! Got a full 90 day warranty on all components including AC. After 10 days heater would not work. So I am thinking I have the warranty so I take it in. $2700 dollar repair that the “full warranty” refuses to cover. Fast toward to 3-4 days after the warranty runs out, truck won’t start. Turns out the AC compressor, evaporator, and condenser are bad, oh and also the starter! $3800 in repairs! Truck only has 59000 miles. DON’T BUY A USED VEHICLE HERE! Their warranty is not a true full warranty.

Skip this dealership and go elsewhere in - Dave

Skip this dealership and go elsewhere in Asheville/Morganton/Rutherfordton/Burnsville areas. As an out of state customer, I was interested in a cash $75k+ purchase because the truck I wanted was in their inventory. The salesman was irritated that I had not read an email he sent with the final numbers on the evening that he emailed them to me. I told him that I reviewed them the next morning and had a couple of questions. I asked Mr. McNeely two questions about the accessories on the truck and whether the delivery fee could be waived. He immediately said, "you are just making this too hard and we either get this done today or we're going to have to move on." This was literally within three days of my first contact with the Sales Manager and my second conversation with McNeely. I was, and continue to be, dumbfounded. Business must be great for this dealership to treat a new customer this way that would have probably closed on the deal the next day and picked it up in the next few days (since they wouldn't waive the delivery fee). I live 200 miles away and work full time and have a family...not an unreasonable request. After thinking through it, my guess is another customer drove onto the lot and wanted the vehicle. Proves these folks (Sales and Management) have no integrity and are simply lazy. Please go elsewhere. Who knows what these people with no character will do to the next unsuspecting customer....just honest feedback folks!

This is an awesome dealership. - Strickland460

This is an awesome dealership. Very friendly Customer Service from the front desk person, the Best Salesman Ever, and a finance department that rocks! Highly recommend Bleecker GMC Red Springs!

Although I am happy with my car, I cannot say I am really... - planetcoffee

Although I am happy with my car, I cannot say I am really satisfied with this Dealer. My salesman was not very knowledgeable. When I was told a Ford Expedition drives at 27 miles to the gallon, I knew right away that he had no idea about the vehicle. I found it very frustrating that I could not get a real Yes or No answer to any of my questions. The vehicle I bought was used and I was only given 1 key and 1 key fob. I was told they would call the original owner to try to get the key. As I figured that was unsuccessful. I was told by my salesman to just go to Homedepot or Lowes and get a key. I did this to find out that it cannot be programmed. I told the salesman this after it was unsuccessful and he basically told me to try again. I decided not to deal with the salesman can call the manager. It took 2 days to get a return call. All I wanted to know is if I could come in and get a working key. Again I could not get a Yes or No answer. I tried calling the manger back and left another voicemail. It is now day 4 and still no return call. On top of all this the key fob they gave me did not work. I replaced the battery and that fixed the problem. My guess is that they knew this before giving it to me. Something as simple as a key has made me decide not to recommend this dealership. I will not recommend this dealer to anyone I know. I will not be coming back to buy another vehicle again. If they would have just said, go buy your own key as we only give what we have, that would have been fine. Instead they gave me the wrong information and I do not believe there is any excuse for someone to not return a call. To me, that is just poor customer service.

They scammed me into a $3900 service package when I made - sunbeamfanhua

They scammed me into a $3900 service package when I made my purchase, I request refund on 4-17,I still do not see the refund until June.. After 2 weeks waiting, a few calls and even went in person, my refund check is mailed on 6-30, but it is not the full refund, only $3122. Watch out buying vehicle with them.

Everyone was very nice there, but when I had an issue - Kwallin11894

Everyone was very nice there, but when I had an issue with my car, they didn’t seem to be too interested in helping. Also, my second key was taken home by someone and it has been almost a week and they still don’t have it for me. Very disappointed with how they are handling the conflicts I have with my car.

I'd called about an hour bfore I went there and Brandon - tomlane222

I'd called about an hour bfore I went there and Brandon had it parked iut in front for me when I arrived. We went for a short test drive and began the "negotiation" process. I think we both knew I wanted it, the price we agreed on was very (all thinghs considered) reassonable and we concluded the deal that day and I drove it home that afternoon. Everyone involved from the dealership was cooperative, knowledgable, courteous and the entoire process was, in a word, great.
