I my salesman Mike Canon was the best sales specialist I ever dealt with while car shopping. He didn’t pressure me, went over EVERY feature that I had questions about and was most of all patient and showed respect to my timetable of purchasing a vehicle. During the initial test drive he knew I wouldn’t be purchasing for a couple of weeks but that didn’t have any negative impact with his professionalism and willingness to go over the vehicle. Additionally he didn’t badger me with phone calls. He simply followed up with me when I asked him to which was much appreciated. It’s because of his approach that I decided to work with Flow verses other dealers in the immediate area.
I also can’t say enough good things about the sales manager Justin or Sheldon in Finance. They went above and beyond for my business and never once engaged in anything other than upfront honesty. They found me the truck I needed and helped me achieve the numbers I needed for my trade in. They also went out of there way to find me a truck in Tennessee that matched my preferences. Many other dealers would have thrown in the towel and/or tried to switch me over to a vehicle on their lot. These guys didn’t do that.

Yeah they tried to sell me what they could, that is their job, but what really impressed me was how they kept working for me after I signed on the dotted line. I was in an out with my new vehicle (exactly what I wanted) in one afternoon and they called me back the next day because they made a mistake and ended up redoing the paperwork and saving us $25 dollars a month on the payment. The promised us a second key, and I came in on the day, they knew I was coming, were right on it and treated me like they were genuinely glad I was there. Kash greeted me in the waiting room and asked if I was happy with the van so far and I would honestly seek him out next time I need a vehicle. I have been looking for a dealership that treated me like they wanted me to be a customer, and so far they have done a wonderful job. I see no reason to ever go to another dealership.

This place is a complete joke. Before actually going to this dealership I worked with Jerry over email. We worked everything out including a few modifications I wanted done. I had a long drive before going and picking up the vehicle. I let Jerry know I was on my way so he would have a good idea on when I would arrive. He allowed me to drive the entire way without once mentioning the modification were never done. These guys have no issue lying right to your face which includes the sales, finance and management staff. Jerry remeber when you said "I hoped you learned your lesson" in regards to the thousands of dollars that was stolen from me? I learned that even if you get stuck with people like this you still have options like contacting General Motors. For 3 months the dealership ignored me and I was forced to reach out to GM. GM did force them to partially refund me and I recommend contacting them right away should you take a chance on this place. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

I recently purchased a certified pre-owned car from Hendrick and overall my experience was outstanding. I worked with Evan Smith and Adbul Aldanab and they were both friendly and professional and patiently took the time to answer all of my questions (even though I had quite a few!). Being a first time car buyer, the experience of going to a dealership can be intimidating but the staff at Hendrick really made it easy and pleasant. I highly recommend Hendrick and will certainly be going back for any future car needs!

I had scheduled an appointment to get my oil changed the Friday that Hurricane Florence was due to arrive. The dealership proactively called me to see if I could bring my car in Thursday, which I did. When I arrived, I was greeted promptly and professionally. I told them I only needed an oil change and the "inspection" that comes with it. They said I could wait and directed me to the waiting lounge. I was there less than an hour (just to clarify - they were not busy at all). They had some honey buns for a snack ;)
I was NOT subjected to any suggestions for extraneous service work like I had experienced at Hendrick of Durham. I was treated as a VALUED customer at Medlin.
I also explained why I was coming from Durham to have my service work done in Wilson. I had been taking my Buick to Hendrick in Durham (please read my review of that dealership as well so you can see how I was treated there )
I can recommend Medlin based on this experience. My Lucerne will be serviced there in the future.

We had visited another GMC dealership and were pretty serious about a Terrain SUV. When we went back, it had been sold. Since it is near the end of the model year, there were no deliveries planned for the current model year. We searched the internet and found a very similar vehicle at Williams GMC. I filled out the form and within minutes got two responses from two different people at the dealership. I called the first one and we had a nice conversation and I explained my thoughts. She said she would check inventory and send me a list of options. I never received any more information. Five days later, I got TWO emails again from the same two people asking if there was anything else they could do. I responded to both telling them I never received an inventory list or more information like I was expecting and we just agreed to buy another vehicle at a Toyota dealership the night before. The vehicle I bought was just a little bit less... so the price of GMC was not far off. They lost the sale because they didn't do what they said they would do.

Just bought a 2018 Accord EX-L and came all the way from Richmond VA to purchase this new Honda. Mark the sales manager was by the far the most honest and easy going sales manager I have ever had to deal with and my sales rep Marshall understood I was on a time crunch and got me in and out of the dealer within 49 minutes. Every single deal they promised me was taken care of and it was the most rewarding deal ever. Great job guys and would recommend anyone to use this dealer!!!

My first review ever.....Looking around for a used car I came across Griffin Motor Company and the car i was interested in. I called and spoke to a sales person that seemed to really like his job and told me all about the car. I set an appointment and the next day headed over. On the way there my car stalled and I had it towed to Griffin (I was told prior in the week my motor was shot) When my car got to Griffin Motor Company a Service person contacted me and told me my car was at the shop and they noticed checking it in that the Battery cable was loose. They told me they tightened it and that the car was fixed. I told them what the other shop had told me and Griffin said they must have made a mistake that the problem was the cable. I was so impressed I took an Uber right over. When I got there I expected a bill but was told it was literally fixed before it was off the wrecker and there was no charge. they saved me from having to buy a new car...SERVICE WAS AWESOME!!! I want to the sales department and met with the gentleman who was helping me and explained what happen to my car and he was so polite. I had such a great experience I could not wait to find them another customer to buy a car. My co-worker ended up going over and buying a new GMC and could not be happier

Antennae Problem - Waldo
In August I brought my 2017 Buick Cascada in for a radio reception problem.It wad diagnosed and was told that the antennae was bad.They had to order a new one.
I went in to.have the new antennae installed and was tod that the sharksfin antennae wad no longer available and wad shown the substitute.
It looked like a coat hangar .It dif not git the sleek look of my convertible.I refused it .
Harrys said that was the only one available.I called GM on numerous occasios2 and they would not even respond.
My last hope was talking to the service manager.Frank was very apologetic and said he would do everything he could to secure the old antennae.It took about 2 months but he came through.Great job Frank!!!!

Recently bought a 2015 GMC Canyon not in the best shape, previous owner didn't take care of the truck. Bought on a Saturday asked to have the truck cleaned up because the drivers seat had a large white stain. Sales guy says he took the truck across the street while the paper was being done. Truck came back to the used car center worse than it left, sales guy says we got you cleaned up. What a joke, seat stain has gotten worse to the point that I will replace the front seats. Stay away from this place sales guy is lazy and couldn't even get the used vehicle clean. Go elsewhere you will be better off, will not do business there ever! Scott C

They having trouble figuring out problem. Without car 4 days and counting. Loaner car from service depot has cracked windshield, tape residue on windshield, smells of cigarettes, trash in car - rags and bottles.

Paid for balance on two separate occasions, both times steering wheel vibrated. Paid for bumper to bumper service last month - couple weeks later battery dead. Now my engine light is on, which has never happened before. I finally call Service thinking they would kindly assist me as I explained my situation. I was put in my place, told abrasively "the service was done a month ago WHY didn't I call earlier if I was having problems!?" Was told nothing they did would have caused my car problems! When asked if they could get me in to check my engine light, nope; they're down two techs so next week was the earliest. :( Terrible experience.
