I recently decided to purchase a Ram 1500 and began the tedious process of finding a good deal on a used truck. After finding several that were equipped the way I needed I then began trying to negotiate prices with several dealers. Nearly every dealership I dealt with made me feel that my business was not that important. When I contacted Kristen at Williams Buick GMC about a 2017 Ram Laramie she immediately began by telling me everything about the truck and asked me if I felt that it was what I was looking for. I then started negotiating the price and she was able to help me get the price I wanted for the truck. She then put me in touch with Greg who was also very helpful and asked me when I would like to come test drive it. I drove two hours the next morning to the dealership to inspect the truck and drive it before making my decision. At no time did I ever feel pressured to make the purchase and Kristen and Greg both made me feel welcome there. We finished the deal and I was out in no time heading home with my truck. They have followed up with calls to make sure I was still happy with it and that there were no issues. I plan to help my youngest daughter purchase a car later this year and I will definitely be going to Williams for that purchase as well. I highly recommend that anyone who is in the market for a new or used vehicle should check out Williams Buick GMC first. With my salesman, Miguel Leon, refusing to communicate with me after the sale to simply answer some questions about getting my tags, delivery of my vehicle and possibly getting an owners manual to help me with programing the features on my Lincoln MKZ, I contacted the General Manager, Peter Fridrich, and he couldn't answer my questions or help me either.
He took my name and number and assured me someone would contact me and help me with my questions.
It's been a week and a half and I still haven't heard from anyone... just left hanging out to dry after the sale.
So, the old adage of the guys on the bottom are a reflection of the guys on top certainly applies to Griffin Motor Co., especially if you're buying from out of town.

We had scheduled an oil & filter change at 11:00am about 3 weeks ahead of time & got calls & emails confirming it. My dad shows up & waits there. 1 hr 45 minutes later the car is still sitting outside. I call to speak with Lee the advisor for the service because my dad speaks broken english. He said 15 people had booked for 11am that day & they were behind. He tells me the car is getting worked on now so it'll be 10-15 minutes more. He says this as the car is still in the parking lot. My dad waits another 30 minutes & the car is still parked outside. He decides to leave. He waited over 2 hours & is late to work. The drive there is 1 hr 15 minutes then another to get home. Wasted over 4 hours of his day. Terrible service.

Very disappointed how the manager took up for the worker (Cindy) who held my car on the lot several days after it was repaired. This is the first dealership that I have ever experience keeping a car on the lot for several days without calling the owner. A professional dealership would have called the owner once the car was ready and a good manager would have questioned and notice that the car was parked for several days in the same spot after being repaired. Who can afford to leave their car at any dealership without a loaner car for several days when the car is ready for pickup and staff refused to notify you that your vehicle is ready?

Since I’m new to the area did not have time to change the registration since I’ve only been here for a couple weeks so it says New Jersey. Don’t trust your vehicle to be serviced by Flow of Fayetteville. We took our Jeep in for a oil change and picked it up after the oil change to find our floor board on drivers side completely soaked and passenger slightly wet . We were told the service manager would call us first thing in the am, after four calls and two txt she called me at 2 pm, to tell me we either had a leak or it rained into the vehicle . We have floor Mats that were completely dry!! After ten minutes of her telling me they did nothing wrong, but they would vacuum the carpet, I asked to speak to her manager . When he called it was one in the same. “ We did nothing to your vehicle , you brought it in like this “. Very disheartening to have such poor customer service . The vehicle only had 33,000 miles on it, smelled terrible due to the wetness... we had to pay to have it cleaned and checked for a leak... Guess what? NO LEAKS!!

I found Randy Marion GMC through the GMC website while searching for a 2021 Sierra 2500. The salesman informed me that they had several 2022 2500HDs in transit. This search first started at the end of July, and he told me he was unsure I could even reserve one with a deposit as I was out of state and they wanted to make sure all of the deals occurred before the end of the month (odd).
They finally allowed me to put down a non-refundable deposit in early August for a truck. At that point I had not seen a buyer's order other than what was shown online as the MSRP of the truck. Once my deposit was received, the communication began to suffer. I was having to reach out to the dealer to get updates on the delivery of the truck. I received several different dates for delivery, and found they had no idea if the truck was in Flint, Michigan or Dixiana, South Carolina. Come to find out, the truck had been sitting in South Carolina for over a week before they picked it up.
I finally received a buyer's order that had several dealer installed options, with one being Resistall. I noticed this right before I was going to commit the full amount on the truck, and after discussing with Steve Vann (sales manager), he informed me he wouldn't re-negotiate our deal. He was happy to try and sell the truck to someone else if I wasn't happy with the deal we agreed to. Keep in mind they still had yet to pick up the truck and install this option. I also wasn't aware of what Resistall was prior to receiving the buyer's order, which occurred AFTER they happily took a non-refundable deposit.
Make sure you understand that their stance is that every car coming out of their dealership is required to have Resistall installed, and they will shove it down your throat if you weren't aware of what it was. I have bought several cars over the years - this was the poorest transaction I've had and wouldn't recommend dealing with Randy Marion for your car buying needs.

Although I am happy with my car, I cannot say I am really satisfied with this Dealer. My salesman was not very knowledgeable. When I was told a Ford Expedition drives at 27 miles to the gallon, I knew right away that he had no idea about the vehicle. I found it very frustrating that I could not get a real Yes or No answer to any of my questions. The vehicle I bought was used and I was only given 1 key and 1 key fob. I was told they would call the original owner to try to get the key. As I figured that was unsuccessful. I was told by my salesman to just go to Homedepot or Lowes and get a key. I did this to find out that it cannot be programmed. I told the salesman this after it was unsuccessful and he basically told me to try again. I decided not to deal with the salesman can call the manager. It took 2 days to get a return call. All I wanted to know is if I could come in and get a working key. Again I could not get a Yes or No answer. I tried calling the manger back and left another voicemail. It is now day 4 and still no return call. On top of all this the key fob they gave me did not work. I replaced the battery and that fixed the problem. My guess is that they knew this before giving it to me. Something as simple as a key has made me decide not to recommend this dealership. I will not recommend this dealer to anyone I know. I will not be coming back to buy another vehicle again. If they would have just said, go buy your own key as we only give what we have, that would have been fine. Instead they gave me the wrong information and I do not believe there is any excuse for someone to not return a call. To me, that is just poor customer service.

Yeah they tried to sell me what they could, that is their job, but what really impressed me was how they kept working for me after I signed on the dotted line. I was in an out with my new vehicle (exactly what I wanted) in one afternoon and they called me back the next day because they made a mistake and ended up redoing the paperwork and saving us $25 dollars a month on the payment. The promised us a second key, and I came in on the day, they knew I was coming, were right on it and treated me like they were genuinely glad I was there. Kash greeted me in the waiting room and asked if I was happy with the van so far and I would honestly seek him out next time I need a vehicle. I have been looking for a dealership that treated me like they wanted me to be a customer, and so far they have done a wonderful job. I see no reason to ever go to another dealership.
