Key fob goes bad while on vacation plus a tire sensor. Key fob and tire sensor were replaced but while replacing the sensor a dangerously worn tire was found and replaced. Saved the vacation twice.

I live in Atlanta which is 3 hours from Asheville. I contacted Harry's on the Hill through its website to inquire about the price of a 2017 GMC Acadia. The price on the website was different from the price on GM's Shop, Click, Drive buying portal. The price on the portal reflected GMC's current 17% sales promo. Sales Manager Macon Nutshall responded saying the price on the portal was the correct price, and he would have the price on the website updated. I responded that I was interested in the vehicle. I told him I had a vehicle to trade, and I provided him the information he needed for an appraisal. I was not happy with the first value he provided, and I told him what I was hoping to get. He offered to meet in the middle to make the sale which I thought was a fair value for a vehicle that was sight-unseen. He requested a credit card for a deposit to hold the vehicle. He said the deposit could be applied to the balance owed or would be refunded once the sale was completed. After the sales agreement was signed, Macon requested all the personal information from me he needed to complete the paperwork for the transaction. He offered to shop his banks to see if he could beat the rate I could get from my credit union. Because the best rate he could get was not much better than my credit union, I told him I would use my credit union. I asked Macon about having a rear DVD system installed. He gave a fair price for the part and installation, and he said he could have it installed before I arrived.
I drove to the dealership early Saturday morning. On Friday, Macon told me he was not going to be there, but he arranged to have Ronnie help me finish the transaction. While Ronnie was showing me the Acadia and its features, I saw a ding in the front drivers side quarter panel over the wheel. Ronnie had Assistant Sales Manager Chad Stamey look at it. He said they would have fixed it if they had seen it before I arrived. Since I came from Atlanta and it was Saturday, there was not anything that could be done to fix it at that time. He said it would probably cost $50 - 75 to get fixed by a paintless dent removal tech. He said to get it fixed back in Atlanta and to send him the receipt so I could get reimbursed for the cost. The rear DVD system was installed as Macon said it would be. Because all of the paperwork was completed before I arrived and I brought my own financing, I spent a total of 5 minutes signing documents at the dealership. I was at the dealership for less than I hour. My deposit was refunded on the same day.
I had the ding fixed for $55 Wednesday evening and sent the receipt to Chad on Thursday. I received a check for $55 from the dealership on Saturday.
Overall, it was a great buying process. The price of the Acadia was really good, they gave me a fair trade in value, and Chad stood by his word in reimbursing me for the ding repair. I would definitely consider buying from Harry's on the Hill if I am in the market for a GMC in the future.

The service department provided excellent service on two recent repairs. We were kept informed through text messages and the hours of operation were very accommodating to our busy schedule. Additionally, we dealt with one service manager the entire time who provided very personalized service to us and recognized us upon entry into the service center to retrieve our vehicle. Furthermore, the service department was a very low pressure environment and I did not feel like the service manager was forcing repairs or services upon us. She was very much an adviser on the condition of our car, and allowed us to make the necessary decisions.

Bought a 2017 Cruze Hatchback with 2100 miles. It had previously been used as a loaner and had sat on the lot for a while. I noticed a vibration on the test drive and stated that I would buy the car, but the vibration needed to be fixed. So the sales department added the concern to the we owe, and told me that it would be looked into.
After taking the vehicle back twice during the first month the issue had still not been fixed. The service manager told me he didnt feel anything, so there was nothing else they could do.
I went to Steeve Moore Chevrolet in Charlotte to have it looked at, and within twenty minutes that had verified my concern, and offered a solution. The tires needed to be replaced.
I contacted Flow about the recurring issue and was told they would not do anything to correct it. In my mind, this means I was told a fairly blatant lie just so I would purchase the vehicle.
Now I am out $600.00 for new tires on my brand new car. Thanks Flow, I just love being ripped off.

In the past month I have purchased three vehicles from Steve Lynn at Flow Motor Company in Greensboro, NC. Theses are a few simple reasons: professional salesman, quality vehicles, and tremendous service. I first visited Flow looking for my daughter a Jeep Wrangler. I met Steve Lynn and was immediately impressed with his knowledge of the vehicle and professionalism. Steve never once pressured me for a decision I truly felt he cared more about our choosing the right vehicle for my daughter rather than simply a sale. after purchasing the jeep my oldest daughter found an Audi she liked on-line at the Flow dealership in Winston-Salem, we called Steve and he immediately drove to Winston-Salem and transferred the vehicle to Greensboro. She is a college student with a very busy schedule and Steve made the process simple and quick so she could drive into town make the purchase and get back to school with missing classes. With these two great experiences I asked Steve to keep his eye out for my wife a BMW for her birthday. Within a few days he found her the exact model and color she wanted and had it ready at the dealership for her to test drive. I cannot express enough my satisfaction of dealing with Steve Lynn at Flow Motor Company in Greensboro, NC. In the past dealing with a car salesperson felt like a tug of war battle leaving me irritated at best, but with Steve I truly feel I have gained a friend and a car salesman for life.
Flow Motor Company has also been a great surprise in the world of car dealerships. To start with they where above and beyond fair on trade in offers for the cars I brought in for trade. Secondly I was very pleased with the two years free routine maintenance , lifetime free inspections, and the free 100,000 mile power-train warranty this gave us peace of mind purchasing pre-owned vehicles. The service after the sale has been just as tremendous taking care of every minute detail.

I went to Liberty Buick GMC to have the transmission checked on my Pontiac grand prix. It was having trouble shifting. I mentioned that there was also a water sloshing noise that I can hear while accelerating since I thought it could be related.
The service advisor told me I needed a new solenoid for the transmission and the water noise was the power steering pump. After the solenoid was installed and the power steering pump was replaced I still heard the water noise.
After telling the service advisor that water noise was still there, he told me that the car was making a whining noise during their test drive, the power steering fluid was leaking, and the power steering fluid level was low. I was not told this information before I authorized the new power steering pump and I have no way of checking. I did not hear a whining noise while driving.

I am from Louisiana but am working here close to Lumberton, NC. Two days after I got here my truck would not start. After checking everything I was knowledgeable of I decided to have it towed to this dealership. Since then I have had multiple people who live here tell me I should not have taken my truck there. Now 7 weeks later of which I've had to take my truck back 2 more times and after the second time they still have not repaired it. This is week 4 that they have had my truck consistently. Altogether they have had it for 6 weeks. They've replaced multiple parts and still have not found the problem. They have never offered me a loaner vehicle up until today. Since then I have been paying $200 a week for a rental.
The service manager had the audacity to tell me that when I got my truck back if it messed up again to call them instead of a tow truck because it was costing them too much to keep having it towed. Total of $200 they've payed for towing. I contacted GM corporate and they called me today saying the dealership has knocked off a large chunk of what they are going to charge me. Now I only owe them $500. Plus they were supposed to give me a loaner vehicle today. After 6 weeks of them having my truck. They told me yesterday that they found if the brake switch was causing a diagnostic code my truck would crank but if it wasn't it would not. I told them twice that the brake switch needed to be replaced the first time I took it to them and the second time. It doesn't take 10 minutes to change it. They still haven't changed it to see if it could be causing a problem. Their excuse today was they had a major strive to do for some people who were traveling and they needed to get back on the road. Called them back and I was told the tech still had not changed out the switch because he was working on the other people's car and they had blown their transmission. So after all of the BS I've dealt with and them having my truck for 6 weeks altogether, me paying $800 for a rental, they couldn't spare 10 minutes to change althea brake switch.
This is by far the worst I've ever been treated by any business much less a Chevrolet Dealership in my life. I've owned 8 GM vehicles and my family has owned even more. This service department is a joke and in my honest opinion the whole dealership should be shutdown. They are a insult to General Motors and should not be allowed to operate.
Arrogant overpriced and will harass after the sale - Never buy here again
We bought a used car here and they tried to charge more than the online price. Then after us working out a deal they called the day after the purchase to say they didn't get it insured right the salesman started yelling over the phone. Then they called to say they didn't get the payoff right on a car we traded in and insisted that we immediately come pay the difference of their mistake after all the paper work was done and signed. I will go to the other side of the USA to buy a car before going there again
Refused to sell vehicle at advertised price - sharpie4
Do not even bother walking into this place. Saw a new vehicle advertised on both Cars.com and the dealer’s website for $18700. I also had a GM Earnings of $2000 to apply, making the final price $16700. I was paying cash, not financing. After visiting the dealership and test driving the vehicle, the sales manager said the final price was $22000. This is flat out false advertising. They would not budge on the price. We are looking at legal options since they would rather have customers walk than sell at the advertised price.
