The worst car buying expierience I've ever had.
I am currently on day 17 of not being able to drive the car because Everett won't send the title paperwork to the DMV.
Every time I call I get a new excuse and I am promised it will be overnighted that day.
I've been told "it's in the mail today!" four times now.
Do not go to this delearship. Save yourself the anxiety and frustration.
I have made three payments on a car that I can't even drive.

Our car was totaled in an accident, and the stress of searching for a vehicle with a list of necessary options to accommodate our family of five was getting to me. I went to a few other dealerships in town, but the salesmen were extremely pushy and fake- then Kash walked into my life. Kash was extremely personable, professional, and wasn't pushy or condscending like some sales people we dealt with at other dealerships. He spoke to me like a friend having a casual conversation. He listened to me and asked me questions about what I was looking for in a vehicle and why. A few days later, he delivered in a big way. The car he selected for me to test drive checked off all the boxes for our family- and then some! I fell in love with it instantly- and he knew it. The other sales professionals at Biggs were extremely friendly and even offered my four year old daughter (who clearly didn't share her Mom's enthusiasm for buying a car- thanks Ms. Ruth!) a Biggs coloring book and crayons to keep her entertained. Scott, my finance professional, was amazing and got my paperwork done in minutes. Even the techs who detailed my car before I drove home in it were friendly and shot me a thumbs up as I departed the lot with a huge grin on my face. The manager, Rick, is a talented, experienced professional and an asset to the community. I truly could not be happier with my experience in its entirety. I never fancied myself a GMC/Cadillac/Buick kind of girl, but the luxury that comes with their lineup is second to none. I will most definitely purchase another vehicle from Kash and Biggs within the next couple years, and truly appreciate all they did to make my experience an outstanding one.

I stopped in on my search for a car and found a nice Honda Accord sitting behind the dealership. I told them that this is the one I wanted to purchase and asked them to let me bring my wife back in two hours. I returned to find out that the car was sold. I then proceeded to inquire about a Toyota Camry that they initially told me was $23k. A quick glance of their website had it for $18K. After the apologies, I made the deal but only thanks to me liking the salesman. My deal was basically a cash deal but I had to wait 1.5 hours to sign the paperwork.
18 days later, I was involved in an accident and the car was totaled. Guess where I am not going back to for a replacement.
Kudos to the salesman. If you go elsewhere, let me know.
Loyal Customer Loses Faith in Dealersip - Loyal Customer Means Nothing
I have purchased 4 or 5 cars in the last 8 years from Everett and even do my service their as well. I have always felt I was treated fairly until now. I tell everyone I know how much I love the dealership-until now. I purchased a used BMW in Dec 2017 and found out last week it had been wrecked, despite being told it had not. I was certain I had seen a clean CarFax report and 5 days later the dealership was able to provide proof that I had. They promised me they would “make it right”. I asked for them to buy my car back at what I paid for it because they know I do not buy cars that are damaged from previous experiences dealing with me. (I traded a new vehicle that was purchased from them and repaired by them within a few months of being rear ended). Their solution was to trade me out of it with a 6k loss on my end in only 6 months. I was also told I should have pulled my own CarFax if I knew so much. The GM said she was not paying for my negative equity. I never asked for anything other than the dealership to make it right. In my eyes that was me getting another vehicle from them that they would still make money on. I told her the number she gave me for the trade was unacceptable and I had always been loyal to them and it was a bad business decision to not make it right. I refer countless people there and have been loyal for a long time. It’s still a very bad business move in my eyes, even if the real fault lies with CarFax (which is still being determined). For every person I told of my wonderful experiences there will be many more that hear of this one. I am not an average buyer-I work in banking and have financed thousands of cars in the last 17 years. I have bought over 25 cars personally and have dozens of friends in the car business. I have dealt with Everett due to being treated with respect (as a single mom and woman) for so long and now that has changed. In the end, my car is just a car. Losing respect for a family dealership is sad. If it was truly an error, this outcome could have been prevented.

If he didn't know it he said he didn't know (honesty). Yes I went back and it was great!! Singing🎶I gotta car, I just brought a car🎶 They made me feel great about my decision.

I had scheduled an appointment to get my oil changed the Friday that Hurricane Florence was due to arrive. The dealership proactively called me to see if I could bring my car in Thursday, which I did. When I arrived, I was greeted promptly and professionally. I told them I only needed an oil change and the "inspection" that comes with it. They said I could wait and directed me to the waiting lounge. I was there less than an hour (just to clarify - they were not busy at all). They had some honey buns for a snack ;)
I was NOT subjected to any suggestions for extraneous service work like I had experienced at Hendrick of Durham. I was treated as a VALUED customer at Medlin.
I also explained why I was coming from Durham to have my service work done in Wilson. I had been taking my Buick to Hendrick in Durham (please read my review of that dealership as well so you can see how I was treated there )
I can recommend Medlin based on this experience. My Lucerne will be serviced there in the future.

They will sell you a vehicle saying anything. Will not even acknowledge once sale is over and issues are reported. Only buy if you are ready to pay an independent mechanic to thoroughly inspect the car before buying. Do not believe their claims of certification.

1st of all I’ve never done this and I’m a business owner myself so sometimes these reviews are BS . In this case not so much ; after 3 years of owning our2015 Denali xl we had 8 warranty issue trips to the dealer ( no fault of the dealer ) when we bought the suv they promised we would have a loaner suv similar to the one we bought , never happened . The 2 times we received a loaner it was a Buick. 2 weeks ago our air conditioner went out they did give us a loaner and it was under warranty but again a Buick ? Furthermore the transmission had to be replaced too ( 39,000 miles ) we have a trip planned to Boston meanwhile . The service department rep says no problem we will have a suburban or Yukon for you to drive ! Great ! My wife gets there to get the loaner and the service rep says that’s to far and that we will have to rent a car throughout enterprise. Meanwhile we have to leave in an hour. I would not recommend buying a vehicle here.

I would not recommend the service department for mechanical/electrical services. My experience was an initial visit for a check engine light, the services rendered didn’t resolve the issue. In fact, the services created an additional issue that wasn’t resolved. Even though there wasn’t a clear solution, more money was requested. The communication about the progress of my vehicle was limited and staff was unprofessional.

anytime I have ever needed work done to the body of any vehicle I've owned, I have used Harry's. Never Again. I dropped my truck off for almost an entire day, picked it up and nothing had changed. There was no note telling me that it had even been looked at. I called the body shop back twice with no response. I called the head of that department, no phone call back. Very unprofessional. They have made thousands on me through the years, but that's the last time they will ever make a dime on me. They don't care whether their customers are happy or not I guess.

We were searching the internet for a specific make and model in a specific color. Our search lead us to Liberty Buick in Matthews,NC. We called and spoke to Eric, who could not have been nicer and most helpful to provide the information we needed. We decided this was the “vehicle for us”! However, we live in Florida and due to prior commitments could not get to NC for a few days. Eric worked with us to accommodate our situation. Upon arriving at the dealership, we were greeted by a spectacular team. Greg Mongelli, New Car Sales Manager, and Jim Price, Sales Consultant. They could not have been more welcoming. They provided us every opportunity to become familiar with the vehicle we were interested in purchasing. Together, they worked through the required procedures and paperwork proficiently, and professionally ,taking care of every detail. We worked with David Helms, Financial Manager, who was very knowledgeable. He explained everything and made options available, with guidance, but not pressure. We were able to determine what selections to make based on our own situation.
After making the purchase, Jim Price patiently sat with us in the vehicle , teaching us how to utilize all of the extra options and advanced technology.
The car was filled with gas. and detailed and we were ready to roll!
We drove from Florida to do business with this dealership. Not, just because they had the vehicle we were interested in, but because of the caring and professional manner extended to us prior to our onsite visit. That courtesy and cooperation continued when we arrived.
If you are interested in purchasing a vehicle, we would strongly urge you to do business with this dealership. They are knowledgeable, kind, patient, trustworthy, transparent, more than fair (no cat and mouse) and committed to doing everything they can for the consumer. What a “team”, we found all of them to be. In fact, so many other sales representatives and staff, engaged with us in such a genuine and friendly way, during our time there. We enjoyed meeting everyone and so glad we could do business with them. It was worth every minute of the drive from Florida to Matthews, NC to do our business at Liberty Buick. The dealer reached out to me to come look at a new truck. I agreed, and said i would be by in the afternoon. About 75 minutes before I arrived I emailed back to set a specific time. My wife dropped me off 10 minutes early. For 35 minutes I couldn’t get anyone to help me. I guess good for them that they’re so busy they don’t have to worry about me. But it was frustrating. Finally I call my wife and ask her to pick me back up. While waiting for my wife, on the curb, someone finally approaches me. Asks if I’ve been helped. I say no, and explain the situation. They then say “well sorry” and walk away. Ugh. Waste of time traveling here to get treated like crap. Maybe I should thank them? They just saved me a lot of money. My wife finally pulls up. As I’m walking towards the car an employee approaches me and wants to know why I’m leaving. I explained. They then proceed to argue with me. Ugh, salt in the wound.
2nd Chance very disappointed - DissointedCTS252
I came in for rotors and breaks after speaking to parts and service specialist he told me no need for new rotors and breaks just need them turned. I was ecstatic I though I only had to spend $90 instead of the $179 I was quoted. After waiting 4 hours (which I was told 1 hr max). I picked up my CTS and I was shocked when I jumped on the highway and my CTS was till shacking. I returned to dealer and I was given a loaner for my incovience. Next day opon my arrival to my suprise NOW I need new rotors another $211. Not to mention now my engine light was on and it was NOT on before when they did inspection. Come find out my coolant was LOW which fixed engine light. All of my fluids should have been top off it’s suppose to be included with inspection. So my $179 visit ended up being a $310 bill. Service specialist did NOT go above and behind to fix the mistake and ironically the service manger wasn’t in. Now I know why thier slogan is “come on by and see why are people give you the edge” it’s because they push you to the edge of spazzing out. I’m very disappointed I ALWAYS bring my car here to be serviced. Will it e back!
Interior on my pre owned Canyon very nasty - Megafleet
Recently bought a 2015 GMC Canyon not in the best shape, previous owner didn't take care of the truck. Bought on a Saturday asked to have the truck cleaned up because the drivers seat had a large white stain. Sales guy says he took the truck across the street while the paper was being done. Truck came back to the used car center worse than it left, sales guy says we got you cleaned up. What a joke, seat stain has gotten worse to the point that I will replace the front seats. Stay away from this place sales guy is lazy and couldn't even get the used vehicle clean. Go elsewhere you will be better off, will not do business there ever! Scott C

I went to buy a used car for my daughter. When we arrived the car did not have a sunroof as advertised. So I explained to the sales manager that we could not buy the car because of the mistake of claiming the car had the sunroof as well as a strong smell of cigarette smoke. Instead of adjusting the price or suggesting another vehicle he goes on an angry tirade then storms back into the dealership leaving my daughter and. Standing there with the car running. My advice is avoid this dealer. I had bought a new gmc truck previously so we should not have been treated with horrible disrespect and angry antics from a sales person. He should be fired. Poor management with no regard for friendly customer service
