Great buying experience. Chad was very easy to work with. He answered all our questions and gave us a very good demo of the Terrain we bought. He helped us navigate the process in a manner that was very helpful without being pushy at all. On the financial side TJ was just as easy to work with and was very helpful. He explained everything to us in a manner that was very easy to understand. Both Chad and TJ, in my opinion, are a tremendous asset to the dealership.

Went in because they had a 2020 Silverado rst demo with 7k miles on it listed online for $39,999. I wanted to trade in my 2018 Chevy malibu premier with 39,400 miles. They wanted to give me $9,000 for it and told me if I wanted the $16,000 appraisal, I would “ lose” the sale price and go back to the listed price of $51,000. They were trying to make their money back because the truck had so bit of rebates being a demo. Don’t trust them, have family that runs dealerships so I know when they are trying to sneak stuff by me. Don’t go to this dealership not trust the sales team. Also I asked for a copy of the offer sheet or to take a picture of it and was denied. Not good business

I can't say enough positive things about their friendly, helpful response during such a stressful time. Was traveling through the area to Pennsylvania from my home in North Myrtle Beach SC and had a failure of the braking system on my 2020 GMC truck. I called into the dealership at 4:00 PM and spoke with Mark Vogler in the service department. He assisted me in getting the tow set up through GM Roadside Assistance. Due to the Covid issue he was not sure about the toe truck driver allowing me to ride and offered to send someone to pick me up. The driver agreed to allow me to ride with him. The issue with my vehicle was due i a recall from GM. I had to stay in town overnight for the repairs to be made. The following morning they sent someone to the hotel to pick me up. I needed a oil change and asked Mark if he could handle this and he said no problem. Unfortunately the plastic drain broke and they didn’t have one in stock. Not to be outdone they removed one from a New truck on the lot in order to get me going. These guys were professional and went above and beyond to help me get back on the road. Thanks to Mark and his team for making a bad situation go as smoothly as possible.

Just bought a 2018 Accord EX-L and came all the way from Richmond VA to purchase this new Honda. Mark the sales manager was by the far the most honest and easy going sales manager I have ever had to deal with and my sales rep Marshall understood I was on a time crunch and got me in and out of the dealer within 49 minutes. Every single deal they promised me was taken care of and it was the most rewarding deal ever. Great job guys and would recommend anyone to use this dealer!!!

Yeah they tried to sell me what they could, that is their job, but what really impressed me was how they kept working for me after I signed on the dotted line. I was in an out with my new vehicle (exactly what I wanted) in one afternoon and they called me back the next day because they made a mistake and ended up redoing the paperwork and saving us $25 dollars a month on the payment. The promised us a second key, and I came in on the day, they knew I was coming, were right on it and treated me like they were genuinely glad I was there. Kash greeted me in the waiting room and asked if I was happy with the van so far and I would honestly seek him out next time I need a vehicle. I have been looking for a dealership that treated me like they wanted me to be a customer, and so far they have done a wonderful job. I see no reason to ever go to another dealership.

was very sweet and patient with us through the whole process. there not to sell but to truly help us with what we needed. While waiting for finance, we were comfortable moving between the sales person office and the waiting area which had TVs, coffee, vending , leather seating, restrooms. In the end we were pleased with our purchase and the service we received . We also both received follow up calls from the Mike Tortorell, To make sure everything was still going well with the minivan

Bought new tires they didnt even put new valve stems in that are computerized to the truck.
Also had the oil changed which they over filled

Buyer Beware... I have had nothing but trouble from day one. I will never do business with this dealership again, and I hope I can prevent you from experiencing the headache I had, and continue to have. I was talked into buying a car that I did not really want (I admit fault for that). I had an issue with the car the same week I bought it and was told that I would have to pay for it. After some arguing, they agreed to pay for it... One star for that. I then came to my senses and decided to sell the car back only 2 months later(less that 6k miles) and they offered me almost 5k less than what I paid... I've never seen a used car depreciate that fast... The car was in immaculate condition when I bought it, and it is in immaculate condition now. Absolutely ridiculous. Staff are sly and misleading as well...

Don’t trust your vehicle to be serviced by Flow of Fayetteville. We took our Jeep in for a oil change and picked it up after the oil change to find our floor board on drivers side completely soaked and passenger slightly wet . We were told the service manager would call us first thing in the am, after four calls and two txt she called me at 2 pm, to tell me we either had a leak or it rained into the vehicle . We have floor Mats that were completely dry!! After ten minutes of her telling me they did nothing wrong, but they would vacuum the carpet, I asked to speak to her manager . When he called it was one in the same. “ We did nothing to your vehicle , you brought it in like this “. Very disheartening to have such poor customer service . The vehicle only had 33,000 miles on it, smelled terrible due to the wetness... we had to pay to have it cleaned and checked for a leak... Guess what? NO LEAKS!!

I have been talked to like a dog. Called a liar. Slammed in the ground all over their mistakes. Selling a car with out the title is illegal for one. The title was sent to the previous owner resulting in my bank threatening to revoke my loan. Insurance information was not verified properly resulting in my tag being revoked. This is all going to cost me over $300. I have text messages and emails to prove what I am saying to be true. Today I was lied to multiple times and now I am having to wait for the second day in a row for a tag just so I can drive my vehicle. I am being told I am risking a ticket to come get the tag, which they will not pay for, or I wait for them (however long it will take them) to get the tag. I highly doubt they will even bring it out to me today but if they do I will most certainly be in total shock. I was told I am rude and nasty. Well wouldn't you be if a dealership may cost you your job over something they messed up? They do not want to admit their mistakes and now they are angry with me over posting this in reviews as well as contacting the BBB and State Attorneys office. They also sold my van that I traded with out the title. This has been the worst experience with a dealership ever and I have dealt with buy here, pay here lots in the past. No reconciliation for my time or headache has been offered other than oops. Not even an apology. Nothing. No one has said we are sorry we messed up. Nothing. I am highly stressed and hurt over this mess and the trouble it is causing my family. As a mom and Frontline worker I am fed up with this place. Stay far away
