I took my Lexus in for a 5000-mile service and quickly became disappointed. I felt ignored the moment I arrived. I made an appointment & arrived on time to discover the advisor assigned to me was not there and the other advisors were reluctant to assist. After finally getting an advisor to assist, I requested my car to be cleaned since this was of the things that the salesman bragged on when selling me the car. I left for a couple of hours and upon my arrival the same treatment was given. The advisor gave me my keys and sent me around the building to get my car. They didn’t even pull it up front for me. The car was not washed. It had dirt stains on the exterior but the tires were shiny. This service department is a JOKE. I could have easily went to another luxury dealership to purchase a car if I knew the service was this bad. THIS TREATMENT IS UNACCEPTABLE!
