Initially, not a good start. Associate that I originally booked with was not in the office. I had to physically exit the car and find someone to assist me. Once I did, someone let me know that my person wasn’t there and they would find someone to assign me to. I ended up with Kierstyn, who was very attentive, helpful, and thorough. This was the second time that the xxx hate that I had booked with wasn’t there when I arrived. So I unfortunately can’t rate maximum but the overall service received once the issues were resolved was great. Kierstyn will likely become my primary service associate.
