Best car purchase experience I've ever had and at 77 I've had a lot. Mark Dockx is the best! He knew the answer to every question or concern I had and was extremely courteous, helpful, and friendly. Everyone I met or spoke with from the reception ladies to the gentleman that did all my final paperwork to the tech workers were exceptionally knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly also. I felt really special and comfortable at this beautiful dealership. My highest praises to all my special thanks to Hendrick Lexus Northlake and especially to Mark Dockx.

Charles and I are grateful that we have not experienced any problems since we bought our car over 3 years ago. We must add that Service Department, as well as those scheduling our appointments have been very courteous and prompt scheduling our appointments.
