I'm guessing the reviewer named Tagrid was just having a bad day, because Stacey Narovec has helped me multiple times and she has always been a pleasure to deal with. She is unfailingly friendly, knowledgeable, and super professional. For example, I had an unexpected electrical problem this morning when the service department was swamped. Despite that, Stacey found a way to squeeze me into the schedule and shuttle me to work amazingly fast. I had the car back in a few hours. It's hard to imagine any better service than that! I had service performed at Mike Castrucci CDJR of Cincinnati, OH on a 2017 Jeep Wrangler JK Sahara 2-door that I had purchased from Mike Castrucci Ford Lincoln in Alexandria, KY on 08/24/2024. The vehicle was transferred from Alexandria to Cincinnati for Air Conditioner service. Sammy Castrucci keep me informed on the progress of all the repairs that were being performed. when the service was completed Sammy Castrucci had the vehicle delivered to my home in Indiana. I want to commend Sammy and all of the service department staff for going above and beyond, great customer service!!

My car would not start on Monday February 17 and had a hard time using jumper cables due to battery location on my Escape. After multiple tries finally started. The battery was very low and I called the service department. Michelle immediately helped me and provided me an appointment for next morning. I drove my car directly to dealer while running. Renee Gerber was so helpful as I explained had 2 medical appointments next day. They replaced my battery and delivered my car back to me in record time! Thanks to the amazing service department. I bought a 2011 Nissan rouge from this dealer back in February of 2011, I had special orders with the vehicle and upgrades, no problems at all. I kept up with the maintenance schedules and the Nissan runs good. I recently have some sort of problem with the front end making a loud noise when driving over 35 mph and disappear almost going 65. My sun roof started whistling too. So, I called Nissan north to talk to the salesman I dealt with, unfortunately, he had moved on, so I talked with the service manager, discussed the problems and scheduled a appointment to repair the problems. so far so good. I will write more about how the repairs went.
