Quick and easy fix for my Ford - Louise Cox
I was in town just for a weekend/wedding. I stopped by this dealership to see if someone could fix my rearview mirror from vibrating when I drove. I had to replace a broken windshield a couple of months ago and replaced the mirror myself twice trying to get it to be stationary like it was before. I used the correct glue but could not understand why the mirror kept shaking; it was driving me nuts. I stopped in about 1 pm on Saturday, August 13, and the young man said he knew what the problem was. He removed the mirror and then within 10 minutes came back out and reattached it to the windshield. He said a small metal piece on the mirror itself had been bent down, so he adjusted it. This was the 3rd place I had been to but the only place that knew what to do. He took care of my problem and I was in and out of there within 15". No charge either! I am very happy with it and the mirror no longer vibrates. Thanks so much!

Called and spoke with the sales manager to try to get them to purchase a vehicle from another dealership because I wanted to buy from Seth Wadley. He tried but it didn’t work. Seth Wadley ended up having two vehicles I could look at. Turned out one of them was the color I was wanting and after a short test drive and some willing and dealing I purchased the truck. Robert and Matt were both willing to work with me. Only negative would be the paperwork process takes forever.

They didn't go over any of the cars functions didn't even set the clock enough said. You would think they would explain the functions of the car to you.
Hand shakes do not matter to this dealer - pissed off customer
I made an appointment at Ada FENTON Ford on Wednesday 5/23/18 at 10 am to sell my 2014 F350 farm truck to them. A young saleswoman named Hailey helped me go through the paperwork, she did her job as far as I'm concerned. The appraiser looked over my truck finished filling in paperwork and then made me an offer of $18,000. I agreed and shook hands with him. It's now almost noon and I'm still waiting on the paperwork to be completed. My father comes from Shawnee to pick me up after I tell him we are waiting on finalization and we go to lunch after our saleswoman says it could take as long as an hour. It's now 1:15 when we come back. I text Hailey, her GM Al Lewis calls her and no answer. I finally get tired of waiting and go to the office of the finance manager and ask what the hold up is. He says, " we have over bought this month and we don't have the money to purchase your truck."
I ask him why the xxxx not? I also tell him he's wasted my entire day, cost me $40 bucks in fuel to drive over there and wasted my fathers time and money as well. I tell him he has already made the deal with me and it's not my problem you didn't check first before shaking my hand. It's now 2pm. He tells me there is a dealer in OKEMAH that wants my truck for $18k. OKEMAH is an hour and a half from my home. After gathering up my things and telling them how horrible i think they are I get in my truck and leave with my father following behind me. As soon as I leave I call back and ask to speak to the GM AL LEWIS. He finally answers the phone and I explain to him what happened and he say to me, " I knew nothing about this, Let me look into it and call you right back." It's now 3pm and I'm writing this review that I hope goes straight to BRAD FENTON and I hope that he fixes the xxxxty employee that work there. I 'm a very busy person and they took advantage of my time. They are also liars who look you in the eye and shake your hand without a second thought and then do the exact opposite. Thanks for nothing and thank you for opening my eyes to yet another xxxxty FORD dealership.

Drove 120 miles + to look at used car for son. Scott and Jeff were excellent. They immediately promised to fix some items on the car that didn’t appear in online pictures and they did an excellent job repairing items and getting car delivered more than halfway to me once it was ready. Could not ask for better experience.

I Went to James hodge Ford In Muskogee. To trade in my truck. Looking and hoping to get a something new or used. But with low miles and a nice drive. Well they found the car that I like and it had to be in the body shop. I was OK with that because I was told it was going to have a nice paint job done. My tade In which was my truck was still parked with all my belongings in it. Which includes all of my school stuff. I made clear that everything was in my vehicle because I didn’t have my card that I had just signed for. My truck that was my trade-in went to the detail shop which I was told would not be moved until all my belongings out and I drove off with my car. But all of a sudden it changed the truck went to the shop and everything was thrown in the trash. Which as a customer made me really upset because someone didn’t value what meant a lot to me to them. So I signed for the car but I didn’t get the car out the shop until a week after I signed. And then when I got the car out the shop and I actually drove it I felt some weird jump to it and I took it and and had looked at the notes my transmission the transmission has been worked on three or four times before I even got the car so basically I signed a contract for a bad car!.well I took the all the stuff in the school saying how much it would be just for the school belongings and from mines been together and I don’t even get half of that back not even 25% back! So now I have a back car not even half the money back and I’m unhappy customer! I was promised that the truck which was my trade-in would not be touched until I got my car out of the body shop. On top of that I’m the one having to make payments after the car has been in the dealership for three weeks and I have to make a payment for a month like I had the car. The transmission was bad which I was told it was fixed but I’m still having the same problems that I had before I put it back in the shop. And now scheduled to go back in the shop in the next week. If customer satisfaction is you’re number one go I don’t know if I found it there or not!

The windshield pillar trim flew off my car! I call the Ford dealership service center, after all it should be an easy fix. I researched the part, which cost around 90 bucks and when I looked it up only takes a little bit to put on. I asked Ronnie and he said yea just take it in because we have a lot going on and at least this way it will be done. I call them, I spoke to John and made an appointment for Friday at 1. he asked me to call first to make sure the part was there. Friday came, I called and John said the part was there how ever there were so many guys out with the flu they couldn't do it but would set me up for Monday same time, no problem. I take my Explorer in on Monday and drop it off, I get back to work and they call me. John said I'm sorry I ordered the right part and it is in the right box but it is wrong. I said no problem I'll be there to pick my car up in a little while. I go back and get it and he said bring it back the next morning and they will get me set up. Tuesday morning came, I call to make sure they have the right part, yup , bring it in. I drop the car off and he said he would call me and they do. I go in at lunch to pick it up. Ronnie took me so I asked that he not go in because I was afraid he would loose his temper for all the hassle we have had so far. he said ok and told me to look at it first before I pay, he watched me from the truck The plastic piece was on there but it was loose and popped up so I Ronnie tells me I better go tell them, I was like you can, he said no you have to handle it. I go and get John and he said are you here to pick it up and I said yup but first I need you to come look at it, he saw the issue and Ronnie walked back in with us. John said Mrs. P. I really appreciate you being so nice thew all of this and if you bring your car back tomorrow I will fill your tank up for you for all this hassle, Ronnie said well you needed to do something this is ridiculous. Wednesday came, I take my car in before work because I don't want to miss anymore time and leave my car again. this time it was almost 2 before they called. John said your car is ready. I said great, John can you do me a huge favor and go and look at it yourself just to make sure it is good and really ready to go. he said Oh I did and it looks really good. I said great I'll see you after work. Ronnie takes me back, for those that are counting this is 6 trips to Roberts auto center, I asked Ronnie to just take care of it, he said no you wanted to handle this, just look at it real good before you go in. He watches me from the truck, I look at it for a second and head inside, he hollers is it fixed, when I turned to look back at him I was about to burst into tears! He bailed out of the truck and looks, it it on there and it broken...... I cried I just want my car fixed. Ronnie went straight to red and said I will get it fixed for you and this place can xxxx off, we go in and there is no one at the desk then a man walks in and Ronnie said we need her keys, we are leaving and are not going to give you a dime. the man looked confused and then we went back out to my car and he glanced and was like I'm so sorry, this is not right we can get this done right and took some pictures of it. Ronnie said this is our third day and sixth trip, we are done. He said a few other things then ended them with I need her keys now I'm done. The guy said I understand lets go get them. I stayed by my car and after a few minutes Ronnie came back out and we left, I'm sure Ronnie gave them an ear full. He gets in his truck and I get the Explorer and we head out. He called me as we left and asked did they fill your car up like they said they would, I looked down and was like nope but they didn't fix my car like they said they would either! NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN!!

Joe Cooper Ford Lincoln of Edmond charged me $5000 for a warranty on a used car, an amount that it turns out is in violation of consumer protection laws. When I brought this before their attention, their manager acted completely arrogant, blaming the problem on me because I’d agreed to the purchase, despite the fact that they had fraudulently overcharged me. Joe Cooper also made sure to sell my trade-in vehicle ASAP so that it won’t be available to me after my case goes to court, which it most certainly will. I wouldn’t touch Joe Cooper Ford Lincoln with a ten-foot pole. I hope as many consumers read this as possible - don’t go to Joe Cooper Ford Lincoln of Edmond. They will try to rip you off every which way they can. They will even break the law to do it, as they did in my case.

Be careful taking your vehicle to this Ford dealership for services. I own a 2010 Ford Taurus . I took my vehicle there for a regular service, i.e. Tire rotation and oil change as I have always done. I picked my vehicle up and the first time I crancked it up it made a crazy clicking noise that was not there prior to dropping it off. I called the dealership (services) and reported to them that my car was now making a clicking noise. The gentleman told me to bring it in. I dropped it back off on a Monday morning when the employee said he would have to charge me 100$ for a diagnostic. (Are you kidding me?) my husband drove past ford several times that day only to see my car sittin in the same spot. I finally got a phone call stating they could not locate the issue nor the sound. We picked my vehicle up again, and there was no sound. Two days later, my car began clicking again. I dropped it off again and was then charged almost 200$ for the repair ! They say it's a coincidence that my car started making noises right AFTER I picked it up. You have to be kidding me! So be careful taking your vehicle there for any such repairs, because if they mess up something on you vehicle they won't have any integrity about, and you may end up coming out of you pocket more money than expected.
Shell Game - Jack Bowler Ford is a rip
Jack Bowker ford is running a shell game. The flyer they sent out said we won 200 dollars, the number they gave to call said congrats your a winner, but when we got there they said oh we're sorry but you won a 1 dollar lottery ticket. The flyer is nothing more than a gimmick. I will go anywhere but Jack Bowker Ford to buy a car. I will recommend anyone but Jack Bowler Ford. Any one who goes here is going to be ripped off. If they say you won then they ought to be required to honor it. In short DO NOT GO HERE, THEY WILL NOT HONOR THEIR DEAL'S

Brand new 2011 Mustang was bought here. At 300 miles it had issues with reverse in the 6 speed. Now at 5k it has issues with 2nd and 3rd gear downshifts and holding gears.
Dealer will not honor the warranty even though an extended additional warranty was purchased.
Overall this is the worst experience with a new vehicle I have experienced. I am losing faith in Ford as a company allowing dealers to pull this kind of customer service.

The rating of 5 was given because there is no higher score to give. Mr Wangerin was truly a 10+. He was professional conscientious and dedicated to customer service. He was never impatient and afforded us the same kind of professionalism and courtesy each and every visit until we made our mind to purchase a Lincoln MKX. Mr Wangerins made a strong positive first impression that I had made up my mind that if I bought a Lincoln it would be from him. His honesty and easy going personality put us at ease and established a trusting relationship so much so that even though I test drove a Lexus and a Lincoln at Edmond from a different dealership I knew I would be coming back to purchase from Mr Wangerin. What sets him above the rest is his caring attitude and non presuring attitude. Upon meeting Mr Wangerin for the first time I informed him I wanted to test drive a Lincoln but did not want any pressure from him to purchase the Lincoln. I further told him I would be buying one in the very near future. I must have gone to him 3-4 times to test drive the car on different occassions and each and every time he afforded me the same kind of professionalism. He took his time with us and answered and explained all our questions whether we were buying or not....AND THAT TO ME IS QUALITY SERVICE! Yes I'm already planning on buying my next Lincoln and when I do....I will be calling Mr Timothy Wangerin to assist me again.
