We had the pleasure of working with Gary Williams on the purchase of a new truck. He went above and beyond with a level of service that absolutely exceeded our expectations. Though the entire staff was fantastic to work with, our heartfelt thanks specifically go to Gary Williams, Travice Ward, Joe Galindo, Mike Lang and of course Dale Daniels for making this experience well worth coming from Alaska to Oklahoma to complete. Dealers across the nation should take note as this should be the standard ~~ the bar is set high ladies and gentlemen. Shop at Reynolds Ford and you won’t be disappointed.

Worth the Drive for the Best Deal in OK - Wayne Pettigrew
I live and work in Oklahoma City but have bought vehicles from James Hodge for several years. I have always saved by making the short drive to Muskogee and the service is always above and beyond. I recently bought a new Lincoln Aviator and Hodge beat the city dealers by thousands. They also have a family style atmosphere and will always make things right without regard to cost.

This is the 2nd car I have bought from Stevens Ford. Great sales team, they are very clear and honest about everything regarding the prices and the overall deal. I left feeling good about the deal initially and still feel good about it 2 weeks later. I will buy from them again.

We had a very good experience with Billingsley Ford from the moment we walked in the door. Dean, was the sales person who helped us. We told him what we were looking at and we took it for a test drive. He sat in the back and told us about the previous owner, the car, it's features, etc. I felt as though he did all he could to get us the best deal. When we went to finance, it was a smooth process. We were able to leave and get lunch and come back to sign the paperwork.
I LOVE my Lincoln! First luxury car I have ever owned and I hope to keep it for years to come.
Easy Peasy - D Quinn
Working with Stan Housh is a breeze! I knew what I wanted and Stan arranged to get the vehicle and have it ready just as promised. I had a few phone calls and text back and forth with Stan getting details necessary for the purchase and delivery, but everything was low key and no pressure. When I arrived at the dealership for delivery the finance manager had me in and out of his office very quickly with no high pressure tactics. He did present all of our options, but did not pressure for the up sell. The experience was much better than other dealership offices I've been in in my 63 years. A couple of follow up calls with office personnel were like visiting with my next door neighbor - very friendly and casual. We have purchased from Stan previously and spent more time just visiting with Stan catching up than we did on the actual purchase deal. Which is the complete opposite of past car buying experiences with other sales people and dealerships. I'm a very happy and satisfied customer.

Scott Wilmes seems very nice, willing to take the time to explain every feature of the car we were interested in, the 2020 Lincoln Nautilius, found the care we wanted in Oklahoma City and got it for us at a fair price. We were happy with the trade-in on our old car, financing, and so far very happy with our new car. We would recommend to anyone to talk to Scott if interested in Lincolns.

BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE OF OUR LIVES! - Lance & April Carter
We had been to other dealers in town and had a horrible experience, so we tried Doenges, and immediately we knew it would be a different experience than any where else. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Bret, our salesman was extremely nice and polite.Tim Ditonto also helped us with vehicle stats and the carfax history. They were honest upfront and never acted like we were burdensome. Michele Gaines went above and beyond to help us get the financing and payment that would fit us. She stayed late into the evening and was extremely personable. This car buying experience was the best i have ever had! It was so smooth and painless. We will recommend Doenges from now on to everyone!! Thank you!!!
Purchased a 2016 Ford F350 Platinum truck from this... - Bdm2012
Purchased a 2016 Ford F350 Platinum truck from this dealership. Upon arrival to look over the truck I found all interior parts behind rear seat missing. The company agreed to purchase all parts then to have them sent to my home address in Kansas. Weeks went by without parts being delivered. Parts arrived and there were missing and broken parts. Once I cleaned the truck out, I found air fresheners stuffed under the seats, in the air vents and behind the seats. Once removed the truck was clearly smoked in and I was very dissatisfied. Months later, I found under the truck where a front end impact had occurred. With attempted frame repairs and multiple other issues that were caused by this impact. Contacted dealership and they had me take the truck to my local Laird Noller Ford dealership for an evaluation. I was provided a estimate of approximately $3,000 to make necessary repairs. After contacting the Fenton Ford Dealership it was nearly impossible to actually speak with the General Manager, I find out they have had multiple Managers that have been replaced multiple times from the time of my purchase. So I have to start over with my issue time and time again. After months of dealing with the different managers, they simply washed their hands of this issue insisting this is not their problem. My local ford dealership also explained to me that the welds that were made on the frame were clearly there for a long time. As well as spray painted over as a potential cover up. As a customer, I spent $44,000 on a truck that had issues. Their company claims the truck went through a preowned inspection which is hard to believe, when I (a non mechanic) was able to find this issue on my own. Then for the company to not offer to make it right by any means necessary, take months to get me an answer, and to deal with many different managers, it seems like a very dishonest company that is not professional what so ever. I have attempted to have the dealership make repairs, trade my truck back into them, and to return for a refund. No manager I have spoke with is willing to work with me what so ever. Requested to speak the matter over with the business owner. Have been waiting weeks to hear from them.

Really, please just consider going anywhere but here.
I received the most disrespectful, snide, condescending, womanizing treatment from the salesman helping us, his sales manager, and the rest of the staff in general.
My boyfriend, his father, and myself went in on a Friday night to look at a car for me, and we were treated fairly with a decent amount of respect. After some talk, we walked away without a deal we could agree on. Within an hour of leaving, I had an email from our salesman. The next day I negotiated on my own behalf and we eventually reached an agreement. I returned to the dealership solo, and after informing the staff that I would not be financing through them but would instead be handling my own financing directly with my credit union (as I have done with every vehicle I have ever purchased) I was met with resistance. The staff made several rude comments about how “inconventient” that is and how “it doesn’t make sense” and is “weird but do whatever you want.” I was spoken to like I am a child and like I am unintelligent/incapable of making decisions for myself. I was able to shake it off because I *thought* I was getting a good deal on a car I have wanted for a very long time.
I went in to meet with an agent at the credit union I use, and our numbers for the total cost came up identical to each other’s per the information laid out in a purchase agreement, but different than the dealership’s bottom line on said agreement. I’ll spare the boring details, but among other things during a call about the discrepancy in price, the salesman told me this is “basic math, I don’t know what you don’t understand” and he laughed at me while stating “I’m really trying to remain professional here.” The call happened to be on speaker phone, and the bystanders who were in earshot had shock and disbelief painted all over their faces at his comments.
I have never been made to feel like a joke in my life until that point.
It goes without saying I backed out of the deal immediately and will happily take my money elsewhere.
It should be noted, I emailed a manager regarding this situation. I received an “I’m sorry, we don’t usually conduct business that way” response that is pretty useless. My boyfriend, however, received calls almost immediately from different managers trying to apologize. Considering that it was never my boyfriend’s deal, the car was for me, I was the sole negotiating party, and I was the sole party responsible for the financing, this strikes me as odd. I hate to accuse any individual or business of sexism, but this sure feels a lot like unfair treatment due to the fact that I’m a young woman. Last I checked, my money is just as green as anyone else’s.

We found a van we wanted, but it was in Ada instead of... - RW
We found a van we wanted, but it was in Ada instead of Paul's Valley. After assuring us we were approved for that van and we could come back on Monday to sign the paperwork with no money down, as they would go pick it up and bring it to Paul's Valley over the weekend. Monday, our salesman was out sick. They didn't get our van picked up. Tuesday, we find out that we had to wait for our insurance company to total our car first, which the salesman claims he didn't know. Thursday, we have that paperwork from our insurance company, and Friday afternoon, we find out that they "sold" the van we wanted Thursday night, but they had a great van as a replacement that they were sure we would love. So we look at the van. We're okay with it. But then, they come in with the paperwork to sign. We now have a huge down payment required that they will give us thirty days to come up with, plus tags, plus an outrageous monthly payment. We got up and left. Don't waste your time with Seth Wadley Auto Connection or Seth Wadley Auto Group. You can find plenty of other reputable dealerships for a great vehicle. If I could give them a zero out of five, I would. Never, ever again.

These people were rude, obnoxious, disrespectful, and condescending to my wife buying a vehicle from them. They actually had her in tears telling her what she "was going to do". High pressure sales tactics and took 6.5 hours to write up the "deal". I have no clue how they stay in business. Had I been there, there would have been no sale. We were pre-approved through our credit union, but they wrote a contract with some out of state bank at a higher interest rate to improve their profits. Unscrupulous and shady, they are an insult to the community. NEVER buy here!

Don buy here. Cannot get service and rude It is a waste of time to call. Cannot get in and will put on hold on the phone and then will be told that they are too busy to talk to you
Worst service ever! - Rfields
Be careful taking your vehicle to this Ford dealership for services. I own a 2010 Ford Taurus . I took my vehicle there for a regular service, i.e. Tire rotation and oil change as I have always done. I picked my vehicle up and the first time I crancked it up it made a crazy clicking noise that was not there prior to dropping it off. I called the dealership (services) and reported to them that my car was now making a clicking noise. The gentleman told me to bring it in. I dropped it back off on a Monday morning when the employee said he would have to charge me 100$ for a diagnostic. (Are you kidding me?) my husband drove past ford several times that day only to see my car sittin in the same spot. I finally got a phone call stating they could not locate the issue nor the sound. We picked my vehicle up again, and there was no sound. Two days later, my car began clicking again. I dropped it off again and was then charged almost 200$ for the repair ! They say it's a coincidence that my car started making noises right AFTER I picked it up. You have to be kidding me! So be careful taking your vehicle there for any such repairs, because if they mess up something on you vehicle they won't have any integrity about, and you may end up coming out of you pocket more money than expected.
Beware - JackBowker
This place is a joke. We bought a twenty thousand dollar plus truck had it less than a week and it broke down while we were on vacation. Long story short we were told it needed a NEW engine. From there on out their staff would not call us back to give us any updates or answers. Was told later they were told not to talk to us. We later made a deal to pay half of a NEW engine which we agreed to. Got it back today (on an empty tank gas light on) over a month later to find out they put a used engine in it which supposedly cost over seven grand. I requested the truck be trailerd back to us which Jay agreed to but that didn’t happen. Jay told his boss he didn’t “remember” us talking about that. Called today and they would not tell us the purchase price of the used engine. Told us we purchased a “used” vehicle and that was that. Glad to know we can travel and spend thousand of dollars to get screwed over by Oklahoma’s finest car dealership. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Buyers beware. Report to BBB P.S I’ve never had Facebook, in fact I hate it but signed up to protect you guys. Don’t buy used junk from them they will screw you over. Don’t get a mechanic to look at their used cars get an attorney.
Happy - Karen H

I would recommend this dealership to everyone! They have bent over backwards for us after we had truck problems. Wonderful people and place. Their hospitality was amazing.
The rating of 5 was given because there is no higher... - Olga B. Simons
The rating of 5 was given because there is no higher score to give. Mr Wangerin was truly a 10+. He was professional conscientious and dedicated to customer service. He was never impatient and afforded us the same kind of professionalism and courtesy each and every visit until we made our mind to purchase a Lincoln MKX. Mr Wangerins made a strong positive first impression that I had made up my mind that if I bought a Lincoln it would be from him. His honesty and easy going personality put us at ease and established a trusting relationship so much so that even though I test drove a Lexus and a Lincoln at Edmond from a different dealership I knew I would be coming back to purchase from Mr Wangerin. What sets him above the rest is his caring attitude and non presuring attitude. Upon meeting Mr Wangerin for the first time I informed him I wanted to test drive a Lincoln but did not want any pressure from him to purchase the Lincoln. I further told him I would be buying one in the very near future. I must have gone to him 3-4 times to test drive the car on different occassions and each and every time he afforded me the same kind of professionalism. He took his time with us and answered and explained all our questions whether we were buying or not....AND THAT TO ME IS QUALITY SERVICE! Yes I'm already planning on buying my next Lincoln and when I do....I will be calling Mr Timothy Wangerin to assist me again.
