I bought there because of Buzz Powers. - boellingc
I bought there because of Buzz Powers. He is a master. If you had someone that needs any sales experience, he would be a great mentor. Give him a raise.
My husband and I have both bought new cars in the past 10 - deborahaburch
My husband and I have both bought new cars in the past 10 months. Our sales experience with Jacob Calloway was terrific. Jacob is a phenomenal communicator and checked in every two weeks to update us on the wait for our cars. I really appreciated him keeping me informed about the process. I also felt that I was treated fairly in the pricing of our cars.

I went in for a noise while applying the brakes in my - gbelew
I went in for a noise while applying the brakes in my RAV4 on Sep 7th, was told that the part to repair it would be in on Sept 23rd, an appointment was made for the 26th.. My wife followed up and was told that the part wouldn't arrive until the 28th and a new appointment was made. We kept getting texts for the 26th and called again and was assured all was good for the 28th.. This is the 27th and we got a message that we failed to make the appointment on the 26th.. After failing to be able to reach the service writer that started all this, I finally talked to someone else and they said the part wasn't coming in until Oct. 12th.. They made made me pay the over $2000 for this repair before they would order the part and yet they can't even call me to tell me that the part is not there and reschedule the appointment.. I am getting very concerned about this situation because no one at the dealership seems to respect our time.. I would have wasted a trip to the dealership tomorrow for nothing because they are unable to pick up a phone and inform customers that the part needed is not there and set a new date.. I was thinking of purchasing a new Toyota in the next year, I'm not sure it will be from Jim Norton after this experience.. In the mean time I am out over $2000 and still have the problem.. I can't get anyone from Jim Norton that seems to care one bit about the fact that they charged us $2000 for something we have yet to receive..
All I got from them was a "form letter" with a link to - Anonymous
All I got from them was a "form letter" with a link to apply for financing, etc. I asked a simple question (is the vehicle still available) but it was never answered. I bought elsewhere.
Bought a 2019 suburban from them at the end of April - Melissa
Bought a 2019 suburban from them at the end of April 2022. I told them I had to have a very dependable vehicle since I travel for a living. What I got was a xxx! Transmission is now gone, in the middle of a long trip the car left me stranded! Of course fluids were changed at the dealership so if there were metal shavings they won’t tell you. Sales manager was rude and pretty much said “well you have the warranty you bought” xxx! I haven’t even made the first payment and it’s broke down! Salesman was rude! Never ever buy from this dealership! They do not care about anything but themselves! I will be reporting to the BBB
I’m only giving it 1 star because the only thing they did... - leslynn0802
I’m only giving it 1 star because the only thing they did right was my oil change. I needed new tires. I went to Doenges in May of 2019. I was told multiple times by their front service cashier, Olivia, that these exact tires were covered by road hazard warranty. And she AGAIN told me this when I was getting in my car to leave with the four new tires on my car. She also told me that as long as I went to Doenges it would be covered. Fastforward to today, March 13 of 2020. My tire is needing to be aired up twice a week. I go to Doenges after I get off work. I just wanted them to patch my tire. ONLY to find out that there are MULTIPLE small holes in it and they’re not able to patch, or fix it. They REFUSED. They gave me a price for ONE new tire instead. When I asked about my warranty they couldn’t even pull up my receipt from the sale of the tires. They only were able to look at the part with the part Humber, as I’m told by Megan and Rich. Now I’m doing to have to buy ANOTHER tire for my car when the new tires are still NEW! IM FURIOUS! But don’t take into account the fact that I was TOLD that I had the warranty before I drove off their lot. And now they’re saying that they didn’t get my tires from a Toyota supplier and only Toyota vendor supplied tires are covered . I’m outraged, beyond livid. I will NEVER go back to Doenges. You have literally lost a customer. First of all, honesty is best. And if you can’t honor what you tell customers what makes us think that you’re being honest with your work? I will not be recommending this Toyota to anyone. Also, I have family who work in multiple Toyotas. So there’s that. I will be taking my car and my business elsewhere. What. A. Disgrace. You’re establishment is the worst and I hope many people see this and help them turn away from your business. Honestly, don’t trust this Toyota. Seriously.
Do not buy from these lemon dealers , sold us a car with - Rhonda
Do not buy from these lemon dealers , sold us a car with recalled part that destroyed the engine , now finding loop holes to keep from being responsible . It's a federal law to inform the consumers of recalled parts . They did not and never attempted to . They sold it, knowing it had a recalled part and chose to not let us know .
Bought elsewhere because of poor service - Disappointed Enid resident
We walked into the Enid dealership expecting to purchase a car that day. We had looked at cars with Tom Gray at a previous visit, so we asked for him. Bad decision. We had the online offer from Northcutt via True Car as well as an invoice for an identical car from dealership in Bartlesville, a town smaller than Enid. I brought our True Car guaranteed plus the invoices and offers from the other dealership to see if they could come close because we wanted to purchase locally, at home. We were told the True Car estimate they sent us wasn't valid. We were also told we had to wait approximately an hour, it was a busy Saturday morning, to see the manger and credit department before we could do anything. We already had secured financing and Tom Gray was aware of that fact. We finally just said we would leave after all of his stall tactics. I asked as we were leaving who we were supposed to talk to negotiate a car. I got no answer. We promptly drove to OKC and purchased the supreme version of the same car for thousands less than Northcutt. Do your homework, and do NOT use this salesman. My husband and I are a professional couple with a solid income who had purchased several used vehicles from Northcutt in the past. Never again. Don't know if he didn't have the authority to make deals or talk about negotiations without the approval of his sales manager or what, but not the way to do business. He had no interest in working with us. Maybe it's like many things in a small town, and it's about who you are and what they perceive you have. Very disappointed in the whole process there. I really wish we had never requested him when we walked in that day. If you have to purchase from Northcutt ask for Ryan Martin and do your homework on prices and car features. Hopefully, the staff is actually autonomous enough to negotiate car prices, and Tom just had a bad day.
I recently posted a review on Hodges Toyota where I was - Barton375
I recently posted a review on Hodges Toyota where I was critical of their service. I want to share a new satisfaction review now with James Hodges. After hearing of my problem with my service I was promptly contacted by the Service manager there and asked to bring it back so they could verify the the situation. They put it back on the alignment machine and now I’m a happy customer. They also reimbursed me for an alignment that I incurred where I was troubleshooting if I did have a problem too. I will certainly use them for my service needs on my 4Runner again.
