Traditional Car Buying Hassle is GONE! - Research Pays
We were in need of a vehicle but, weren't quite ready...so, I stopped in for a TEST DRIVE and left with a New Car. Sure there are still multiple steps in the process but, Robert was more than willing to facilitate our needs and see to it that we were taken care of and got us a GREAT DEAL!

Great salesman! - AngelaM
We went in today to buy a truck for my son and I got the Hudiburg dealership mixed up for the trucks we wanted to see. Gary helped us track down the trucks and made the buying process so easy. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Very very bad experience!!!! Will not use them ever again!! - Saged93
After a part broke on my tundra I called Bob Howard Toyota and spoke with the service department and the gentleman told me it would be covered under powertrain warranty. After they had a tow company pick the vehicle up and take it over 50 miles one way to the dealership($454) they replaced the part on my truck($489), labor($315), misc($39), tax($45) for a total of $1325, they call me and tell me my truck is finished and it wont be covered under warranty. When I went to get my truck.....they wouldn't let me talk to the GM and they also wouldn't show me my broken part.....the GM calls me 3 days after i file a complaint with Toyota. GM proceeds to tell me the part(driver CV axle) is aftermarket along with the passenger CV axle being aftermarket. Told me I had till the end of the day to come look at the part cause he had to ship it for a core charge. TOYOTA DOES NOT ACCEPT AFTERMARKET PARTS AS A CORE!!!!!!!!! The new driver CV axle is the same color and part number as my passenger CV axle!!!!!! This dealership is CROOKS!!!!! Take your Toyota somewhere else to be worked on, unless you like liars, cheats, scammers, and idiots cause that's all that work in the service department!!
WOW!!! - Corinthian
Hieu and Keegan were so amazing to work with! They listened to my needs and took everything into account when helping me find my ideal car. This was my first time purchasing from Fowler Toyota of Norman, and needless to say, I would definitely go back!
The best salesman. - davidanderson777
Rachid Kaci made the deal portion a great pleasure. He was very kind and even brought an umbrella for us since it was raining. He was fast and not a high-pressure salesman like many we have experienced in the past. The dealership is blessed to have him working for them. Keep up the good work Rachid.
No pressure sales/ excellent service - Wiseshopper
I went in to have my 2006 Avalon serviced. While waiting I browsed the new cars. Absolutely no pressure to buy. Very helpful and courteous.
Poor service - Adamjl1981
4 month old car they can’t service and they were zero help finding someone who would I had to take it to okc myself
Good, then very bad. - Jape
2 years ago Ricky Gage sold me a new set of tires for my Camry LE. A few months after that I had another service advisor change my oil that lied, overcharged, and left me unsure if any of it had actually been done. I had a flat yesterday after my VA appointment I cautiously pulled into James Hodge service and hailed down Ricky to help me. It took just over an hour to get me back on the road because they were extremely busy! I understand the other Advisor doesn’t work there now.
Bought elsewhere because of poor service - Disappointed Enid resident
We walked into the Enid dealership expecting to purchase a car that day. We had looked at cars with Tom Gray at a previous visit, so we asked for him. Bad decision. We had the online offer from Northcutt via True Car as well as an invoice for an identical car from dealership in Bartlesville, a town smaller than Enid. I brought our True Car guaranteed plus the invoices and offers from the other dealership to see if they could come close because we wanted to purchase locally, at home. We were told the True Car estimate they sent us wasn't valid. We were also told we had to wait approximately an hour, it was a busy Saturday morning, to see the manger and credit department before we could do anything. We already had secured financing and Tom Gray was aware of that fact. We finally just said we would leave after all of his stall tactics. I asked as we were leaving who we were supposed to talk to negotiate a car. I got no answer. We promptly drove to OKC and purchased the supreme version of the same car for thousands less than Northcutt. Do your homework, and do NOT use this salesman. My husband and I are a professional couple with a solid income who had purchased several used vehicles from Northcutt in the past. Never again. Don't know if he didn't have the authority to make deals or talk about negotiations without the approval of his sales manager or what, but not the way to do business. He had no interest in working with us. Maybe it's like many things in a small town, and it's about who you are and what they perceive you have. Very disappointed in the whole process there. I really wish we had never requested him when we walked in that day. If you have to purchase from Northcutt ask for Ryan Martin and do your homework on prices and car features. Hopefully, the staff is actually autonomous enough to negotiate car prices, and Tom just had a bad day.
We went into Toyota of Ardmore in need of a vehicle... - 2014highlander
We went into Toyota of Ardmore in need of a vehicle because the transmission had went out in our old vehicle. We walked in the door and meet Aaron and we couldn't have asked for a better sales person. He showed us a car (2014 Highlander) that fit our needs and was with in our budget. He showed us all the features of the car and gave us a price without any pressure. Big thanks to Toyota of Ardmore.
