We went to Jim Norton interested in the Highlander. We were greeted by Wes and he immediately made a great impression on us. He was interested in knowing what we were looking for, willing to help make it happen, but was not overly pushy to try and make the sale. He was very knowledgeable in the vehicle we were looking at and knew about all the bells and whistles. He was such a pleasure to work with and I would definitely do business with him again.

My 2019 Nissan purchased at Post Oak used cars is still... - lesterprather661
My 2019 Nissan purchased at Post Oak used cars is still haunting me. Today I went for my free oil change, unable to rotate the tires because the lug nut tool is missing. Plus the bad tire that they supposedly replaced was still installed. Now they're going to replace it under my Nitro warranty. They didn't have a tool for the rims which leads me to wonder how they supposedly replaced that tire previously. Huh

Grant Remple and the team far exceeded my expectations with my recent purchase. They were laid back, professional, courteous and made the entire process smooth. The deal on the truck was more than reasonable, and one that I could not pass up.
My first car purchase was actually from Janzen GMC in Enid in 2002 (which was a great experience, too) and now I am wondering why it took me so long to do business with them again.
Safe to say, Grant and Janzen will be my first stop next time I am in the market and the first recommendation for any friends or family I know needing a vehicle. Thanks again, guys!

Just bought my Rav4 SLE PREM and had heated seats added. It is everything I wanted! I’d like to say a few things about Sean Milligan, sales person. Sean answered my calls even when he was not on duty and came back to work when I showed up and he had just left for the day. He was the first person to greet me on my initial visit and the last. Sean Milligan stayed after hours to help set up my phone and get me connected to Toyota for electronic reports. He was always energetic and a little funny! Thanks Sean! Kathleen put my order as to exactly what I wanted and ordered my car. Thanks Kathleen!
GREAT SERVICE! - New Toyota
Been searching for the perfect 4Runner for my family. They made it super easy and gave me the pricing upfront and gave me a fair deal on my Rav4 trade in. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I’m only giving it 1 star because the only thing they did... - leslynn0802
I’m only giving it 1 star because the only thing they did right was my oil change. I needed new tires. I went to Doenges in May of 2019. I was told multiple times by their front service cashier, Olivia, that these exact tires were covered by road hazard warranty. And she AGAIN told me this when I was getting in my car to leave with the four new tires on my car. She also told me that as long as I went to Doenges it would be covered. Fastforward to today, March 13 of 2020. My tire is needing to be aired up twice a week. I go to Doenges after I get off work. I just wanted them to patch my tire. ONLY to find out that there are MULTIPLE small holes in it and they’re not able to patch, or fix it. They REFUSED. They gave me a price for ONE new tire instead. When I asked about my warranty they couldn’t even pull up my receipt from the sale of the tires. They only were able to look at the part with the part Humber, as I’m told by Megan and Rich. Now I’m doing to have to buy ANOTHER tire for my car when the new tires are still NEW! IM FURIOUS! But don’t take into account the fact that I was TOLD that I had the warranty before I drove off their lot. And now they’re saying that they didn’t get my tires from a Toyota supplier and only Toyota vendor supplied tires are covered . I’m outraged, beyond livid. I will NEVER go back to Doenges. You have literally lost a customer. First of all, honesty is best. And if you can’t honor what you tell customers what makes us think that you’re being honest with your work? I will not be recommending this Toyota to anyone. Also, I have family who work in multiple Toyotas. So there’s that. I will be taking my car and my business elsewhere. What. A. Disgrace. You’re establishment is the worst and I hope many people see this and help them turn away from your business. Honestly, don’t trust this Toyota. Seriously.
I have been coming here for service on my trucks for the... - Jbsmith87
I have been coming here for service on my trucks for the past 2 years. I think I might have to look elsewhere.
I was in this past week for an issue with my headlights. I was met by Michael for the check in. Firstly before I get to the main issue Michael DID NOT have his mask on. Not like he had it and it was just hanging over his chin or under his nose but he literally was not wearing one. I found this to be an issue 1 because they do enforce wearing masks as a business (which I applaud) 2 every other service person that I saw had a mask on and 3 the check in was inside the drive in area and the doors were closed so it wasn't even outside where sometimes masks aren't needed.
After a service tech came, Michael told me they could fix the issue for be $75. I told Michael "ok yes I'd like to take care of that. Do you all have time today?" and Michael told me "Sure we can but let me double check the price quote I gave ya". So far I don't have any problems at all. Michael came to the lobby area about 5 min later where I was sitting and told me "Well the guys said they could do it for $100." to which my reply was "Ehh I might try to do it at home then. I understand you have to take the grill off and such". Michael then told me he would do it for $75 and he would cover the $25 with the sevice techs. I told him that's great lets do it.
About 30 min later Michael came back to me and told me I needed an alignment and asked did I want to get it done today. I told him "I was actually in for an oil change and asked a knocking noise 2 weeks ago and you guys told my steering rod was worn out and it was going to be $1000 to fix. So im going to wait to get the alignment after the steering rod is done." He told me ok thats fine sir. Still no problems so far.
I checked in at 9am. I expected it to be an hour or so but I finally noticed that it was 1215pm! And I had to be at work soon so I started to wonder what was taking so long. Then Michael came out and I said "Oh my your still here! I am so sorry let me go get your stuff together". I asked him how long has my truck done and he said a little over an hour! Then he promptly gave the amount I needed to pay. I was completely upset but didn't have many words for him. He then apologized and said the guys didn't give him the ticket on time.
This was a complete customer service fail. It seemed Michael could not handle multitasking that day and forgot about me! In turn I sat there for over 3 hours and was late to work. Then he tried to partly blame his service person for not giving him the ticket.
I have a lot of service work coming up with my truck about to reach 100k miles and I think I might be calling some other places instead of coming to Bob Howard like I have been.
Fowler Toyota service center is a disaster and I wouldn't... - rkdennison
Fowler Toyota service center is a disaster and I wouldn't take my roller skates to this place for repair. A simple tire balance job turned into the service tech having to take my truck back into the shop for rework after it was initially finished because there was a major disconnect on what needed to be done. Then they tried to charge me double the amount I was initially quoted, stripped one of my socket head screws for my center cap, scratched and scuffed my wheels in numerous places and left the old sticky tire weight adhesive all over my wheels that I had to wash off myself. I was so disappointed in every aspect of my visit to this dealership I called back and spoke to the service drive manger. He asked me to send him a text of some pictures and a description of what had happened so he could review. I never heard back from him so I called a few days later to see what they were going to do to make things right. He told me that he was going to have the other service manager call me to discuss. Its been almost a week and I have still never heard a word from them and my truck still has vibration in the front tires. In short the whole experience was unprofessional, inadequate, unsatisfactory and a complete fail and I will never set foot in this place again.
05/06/21 - Update:
The service manager at Fowler Toyota has reached out to me and has addressed the situation and apologized for the mishap. He was polite, honest and above all sincere about what had happened and I appreciate someone who will take on a difficult situation and handle it in a professional and responsible manner. Thanks Matt
Bought elsewhere because of poor service - Disappointed Enid resident
We walked into the Enid dealership expecting to purchase a car that day. We had looked at cars with Tom Gray at a previous visit, so we asked for him. Bad decision. We had the online offer from Northcutt via True Car as well as an invoice for an identical car from dealership in Bartlesville, a town smaller than Enid. I brought our True Car guaranteed plus the invoices and offers from the other dealership to see if they could come close because we wanted to purchase locally, at home. We were told the True Car estimate they sent us wasn't valid. We were also told we had to wait approximately an hour, it was a busy Saturday morning, to see the manger and credit department before we could do anything. We already had secured financing and Tom Gray was aware of that fact. We finally just said we would leave after all of his stall tactics. I asked as we were leaving who we were supposed to talk to negotiate a car. I got no answer. We promptly drove to OKC and purchased the supreme version of the same car for thousands less than Northcutt. Do your homework, and do NOT use this salesman. My husband and I are a professional couple with a solid income who had purchased several used vehicles from Northcutt in the past. Never again. Don't know if he didn't have the authority to make deals or talk about negotiations without the approval of his sales manager or what, but not the way to do business. He had no interest in working with us. Maybe it's like many things in a small town, and it's about who you are and what they perceive you have. Very disappointed in the whole process there. I really wish we had never requested him when we walked in that day. If you have to purchase from Northcutt ask for Ryan Martin and do your homework on prices and car features. Hopefully, the staff is actually autonomous enough to negotiate car prices, and Tom just had a bad day.
