I’ve only purchased 1 vehicle from them solely because their small dealership allocations but the service department treats me wonderfully. They always tend to my requests. Elvis, Kevin and the young lady service writer (name escapes me) are truly top tier. Met the shop foreman James yesterday, and was impressed with his addressing my vehicles needs. I don’t know the shop techs so I couldn’t expound on their expertise but I’m convinced the will attempt anything to the best of their ability.

I towed my car for hybrid service check, discovering the 12 year old hybrid battery needed replacing and it would take a week or two to get in. To my surprise the dealership was able to provide me with a vehicle during my wait of 8 days. This really helped make a difficult situation better. Thank you Janzen service staff!
