My wife drives an Acura. I drive an older Honda Accord. I was recently invited to bring my non-Acura to Acura of Salem for servicing. We are new to the area and I figured, "why not?'
The bottom line? I'm sold! I have never had such great service from a dealership (or anywhere else).
Professional. Courteous. Accommodating. Punctual and Affordable. These five words describe my experience with both Kevin and Crystal in the dealership service department.
Lastly- as I left, I truly felt they valued me as a customer. I will be back!
