Without dragging you thru all the unanswered calls, texts and emails and numerous lies, this company has no business being in business. I cannot believe they treat people like this. The sales manager, I have no idea how this guy has this job. I can beat your prequalified rate! 4 days later and 4 hard pulls… nothing. We finally use our credit union at 4.5%. The finance team a disaster. Slow, slow, slow and slower. 2 weeks later it’s done and a week later the Jeep we purchased shows up. No temp tag. After 5 days and lots and lots of calls a tag shows up. How do you have a 7 day trial drive with no tag? Driveway DOES NOT CARE. Advertised with 2 keys shows up with one. No problem we’ll handle it! Wrong. Ghosted on that too. We just made our first payment on our Jeep, the tag is almost expired and our beautiful Scat Pack Challenger we traded in HAS NOT BEEN PAID OFF. WE HAVE MADE 2 PAYMENTS ON A CAR WE NO LONGER HAVE. It’s been a month. Driveway does NOT CARE. PLEASE do not put yourself thru this. Click off the site and never go back.

Went through insurance to get the side of my car repaired (got ran off the road from a drunk driver) the side of my car was repaired great. Poor communication from Ethan saying it was ready then not ready for pickup multiple times. Once I finally was able to pick my car up. Notice a long deep chip on my hood (not there before). Asked about it when I was looking over the repairs- Ethan and Auto-body managerTravis passed the buck and said it was Les Schwab who caused chip. Called Schwab to pull their video footage. Not them. Have been leaving messages with receptionist for well over two weeks to have GM for the parts/auto body side Curtis. Curtis called me back finally, told him I know they don't have before pictures but I do. It wasn't there before. He asked for me to email them, refused to give me a email address for him to insure this gets dealt with... but said he would email me. No email and no returned call for another 2 weeks now. Butler Acura is a absolute joke to work with.
