My past experience with Carmax has always been favorable, which led me to seek my next car at Carmax once again. I was a long way from home, but I found the Salem location where I was able to find a vehicle that met all my needs. The price was within my range. Eric helped me from start to finish. He was very professional, courteous, and friendly. He made sure to hear all my concerns and provided answers to all my questions.
