These 5 Stars are for the vehicle purchased and James in Sales. Logistics prevented me from buying the coolest car ever in person. Delivered 10 days ago in an enclosed trailer. Long distance purchases can be stressful but James, as fine a Sales Rep as I've ever dealt with and a pleasure to talk to, saw me through and the car is phenominal. Dishonest. Sent me home with a truck that the wheel bearing was bad. They supposedly do safety inspections, but they did not. A wheal bearing is easy to check and a huge safety issue. A female should never buy from there without a mechanic present to thoroughly check the vehicle. They knew the bearing was bad that’s why they pushed the warranty so much. More money.

I have purchased many cars in my life. My experience at Weston was exceptional. This is a principled, low pressure environment and my salesman, Clayton was the best. I highly recommend this dealership and their buying experience. Beyond that, I had an issue with my vehicle (my problem) and the management contacted the owner who went beyond what was hoped for and did the right thing. I would give more stars if it was an option

It would be a zero if I could. Worst service ever emaginable. I have had my car in to their shop 7 times is the last 2 years all for the same problem. Sometimes I’m told they fixed it others I’m told nothing is wrong. I have been stranded 5 times and had my vehicle towed to their shop as required by them and GMC corporate. Well, they got tired of me coming so much, and and not being able to fix the problem, they told me they would no longer service me vehicle and I am not allowed back! I always get great service with Brent. He knows his customers and is always friendly and honest about what my vehicle needs for future maintenance. I arrived for my appointment for an oil change and he took care of it immediately. Didn't even have to wait long. Love that I also get a free car wash! Would never take my vehicle anywhere else other than Roe!

Took my 2020 Silverado to Gary Gruner to have a switch replaced and computer recalibrated after another dealership put oversized tires on the truck and failed to recalibrate the computer. The service manager, Tony Denny said the software that to be downloaded from GM to recalibrate the computer. After about 5 hours, Tony told me it might be awhile and gave me a loaner car and asked me to come back the next day. The download took 24 hours. Tony apologized for the delay and discounted the fee for the recalibration. The switch was replaced and I was on the road. This service is what I expected from a dealership and will continue to give them my business.

I called ahead and scheduled an oil change; upon my return from a pleasant walk about; I discovered the service man saw my note to self on the dash to replace the rear brake lights- which I forgot to tell them about, but purchased on the walkabout. They had completed the oil Change just as I returned and offered to install the bulbs I had in hand! How sweet was that! The Oil Change was so comprehensive - and the service was so helpful; I immediately scheduled my next visit! Thank you Krys for your helpful service!
