Over the years Stephan in the service department has taken care of all of my repairs and maintenance for my 2006 Subaru. This last time was no exception, and he fit me in quickly and set me up with a rental car because I live so far away. My car was quickly back on the road and has been problem free since. I know that when I take my car in, I will get an honest quote and it will be repaired correctly and that has offered me a lot of peace of mind. Stephan has been the guy that keeps me coming back any time my car is in need of maintenance or repair, and he has done the same for my sister and my parents who both own Subarus. I would highly recommend talking to him for any of your maintenance/repair needs.

Took my 2023 Ram 1500 to Dick's Dodge Ram of Wilsonville twice to repair the left turn signal - under recall. They never fixed it. Cost me 4 uber rides. Took the truck to Tonkin Dodge Ram and they fixed it the first time. Will not be going back to Dick's Dodge Ram again.

This review is the result of a poor experience we had at Beaverton Hyundai service department back in July 2025. I wrote a pretty negative review based on our first time experience there. It wasn’t good but I’ll have to say, after posting my review and filing a few complaints, I was contacted by Dustin, who works for the dealership and he did everything he could to make our trip there less painful. After a lot of going back and forth he was able to own responsibility and cover our service bill plus some goodwill funds. We are stoked that someone took notice of our issues and reached out to us and made it right in the end. Great work Dustin. For that, I am changing my review of the dealership to 4 stars.

We live outside of Portland we took our vehicle into Damerow Ford in Beaverton, Dallas got us on the schedule for the afternoon Tuesday. They fixed it very fast, Jose the mechanic was super!
