I have purchased 3 vehicles from Ron Tonkin Mazda. I had a tire blow out on I205 on my way to the Coast with my wife last week. Braylon is the service department was amazing. He went above and beyond. He had them prioritized my CX 9. He not only had us back on the road in an hour, but was able to get the cost covered by the tire warranty. Braylon saved our trip and is an awesome team member. I look forward to working with him in the future we my car needs service.

After my last service I discovered that my F-150 was 4 quarts low on oil. I was charged for 6 quarts, There is no oil leak. All of my service work has been done at Tom Denchel Ford. At a previous service I was told that the plug on my oil pan had been over tightened and stripped. Required an expensive pan replacement. Only they could have done it. I won't be going back to a Ford dealership in Hermiston.

The guy who you drop your car off to vapes. He vapes before, and after, while moving your car for it's services. He is also the shuttle driver. Vaping before and after driving the shuttle. what happened to smoke breaks? And is anyone checking the vape for illicit substances? Some people are getting DUII's for toxic amounts of vape. I observed the person moving cars and the shuttle van driver Vape 4 times in a matter of 10 minutes while on the clock moving customers cars and before and after shuttle driving . The service person I used to be unnamed did not even have all the service check list that my owners manual did. I had to ask him to add things the manual said needed to be done that the would not have been done by Lithia otherwise. This is not acceptable..

Kendall J, was a rockstar today. She works in the service department as a service advisor and she went above and beyond for me. Beaverton toyota is not my favorite place, and I've had terrible experiences with the service department there. I took my 2023 Rav4 to be serviced today and she gave me the run down on Toyota care for new purchased Toyotas, AND the extended service warranty that I bought from the dealership for 1,500. She went above and beyond, by doing a oil change,, tire rotation, top off all fluids, and checked and changed the cabin filter, and air filter, right in front of me. When everything was done I went to sign my paperwork and I noticed some tree sap on the hood of my car. I asked her if maybe the detail shop had something to take the sap off. She checked and took my car to the small detail shop and had it removed for free. THANK YOU KENDALL FOR ALL YOUR HELP I HOPE BEAVERTON TOYOTA IS PAYING YOU A FAIR WAGE BECAUSE YOU DESERVE IT!! BEAVERTON TOYOTA NEEDS MORE PEOPLE LIKE YOU.

Brought my 2017 F150 in for a cam phaser issue. They diagnosed it but had to get the repair approved by my aftermarket warranty company so they charged me a diagnostic fee telling me it would be applied to the repair or refunded if the repair was covered by the warranty, which I was totally fine with. Turns out the repair was covered by the warranty but they haven't refunded the diagnostic fee to me. Jose said he would take care of it when I picked up the truck, but no refund. I've called twice a week for a month and the receptionist has left messages to all sorts of managers, and still no word. Damerow will fix your rig, but don't expect any sort of customer service.

John gives me a call and asks if I can come in early because of a staff shortage. I said sure, it's Friday, the day after Thanksgiving. I arrive at 11:15, leave at 1:45 for an oil change. I had requested my front tires be rotated to the rear, the rear tires rotated to the front. The Gal at the service counter told me this is "normally" how they rotate the tires. I gave that a little thought and said, uh oh, because they didn't rotate this way last time.... She went to lunch, so I found John and asked again my tires be rotated back to front, front to back because of the wear on my front tires. He said he would tell the mechanic. I mark my tires because Butler Ford in Ashland, where I purchased the vehicle didn't rotate my tires and tried to charge me? I brought the service manager out, showed him how I mark the tires and told him the mechanic did not rotate my tires. I did the same with the Gal at Crater Lake, so I wasn't charged for the rotation. The mechanic wrote "more tread on rear tires" and didn't rotate any tires. As a bonus, the mechanic smeared the dead bugs on my windshield all over, so it's actually worse? I trust the mechanics read these reviews as a point of pride for a good laugh. After reading several other reviews I see nothing changes.
