Had an 11:00 service appointment for state inspection. Jennifer Bross had everything lined up when I arrived at drive thru. I went to the showroom and was pleasantly greeted and asked if I needed anything. Took my time looking at all the new models and before I knew it, Jennifer located me and told me what I needed. Not long after that my car was ready and I was on my way. Granted, I have a 2019 CRV with 32K, and I didn’t expect anything major today,but the way I was treated always keeps me coming back. Thanks again!

I’ve never had a Bad experience with anyone at Piazza Honda. I feel like I can trust the service that I’m getting and really appreciate the video that Gary took doing my oil change. I have never been to a better service department than JL Freed's. It is top notch and a pleasure to go there. At JL Freed's you are meet with a smile and alway in a positive attitude. The service technician's are polite and honest. They never try to over sell or pressure you into purchasing something you don't need. When I leave I have a good feeling about my car that's is in top notch condition. Even the other customers in the waiting room rave about the service. Let's face it you buy the car once but service it many times throughout it's life. I made the mistake of purchasing a different brand than Honda and I can say first hand their service is the pitts. PLEASE don't make the mistake I made. I regretted it from the first week I purchased it. I just wish JL Freed expanded to sell other brands than Honda. You are the best.

excellent dealership for service, recently stopped in for an oil change. $29.95 for an oil change with synthetic oil . there is no other place around , that can beat this price. They also do a multipoint inspection on your auto, and also hand wash it. they never tried to sell me services I did not need. Very friendly people . I would highly recommend for service .

Unresponsive and rude service department, IF you can find anyone to wait on you. Slow service, takes over twice as long as they estimate every time. Do yourself a favor and buy another brand of car if you live in that area.

I hope we can get a clarification or credit for a complimentary oil change and tire rotation from the Fred Bean Honda dealership regarding a $513.98 charge for a $5.50 wheel stud replacement. Including an offensive charge of $44.98 listed as “customer pay environment/supplies for repair order”. My local mechanic told me the repair should be around 1-1/2 hours so maybe $150-$175. At Beans Honda the labor hours were not listed just a labor total of $429.95 to install a $5.50 part. This certainly feels like what the president refers to as “greedflation”. I was flabbergasted to say the least. I got a very vague soft reply from management about their concerns for customers but nothing specific like a name to call or a credit voucher…..something tangible. I’ll remove my comments when I feel Beans Honda takes customers reviews seriously. Thanks
