I purchased a Saturn Aura in mid September. The vehicle is loaded and the price was spectacular! There was no nonsense with the purchase or price and it was the shortest time I've ever spent buying a car. Since the purchase, the service department has gone entirely out of their way to fix the random problems I've had with the vehicle that nobody could have known until the vehicle was driven some distance. They even went as far as to put me in a rental car for almost a week at no cost to me and then also ordered me 4 brand new after market rims of my choice to replace one bent factory rim that could not be ordered due to its limited availability. I will never buy a car anywhere else and Blue Knob Service has earned my business for inspections and repairs from here on out. Top notch employees round out the circle in my experience. Thanks Blue Knob!

I was in a panic about getting a second key made after being promised the key from another dealer. After three weeks of getting the run around from the other dealer, the employees at Ciocca solved my problem in less than 10 minutes. Everyone was so courteous and helpful from Ruby, who answered the phone, to the service person who handled the order and also the service people who took care of us the day the key was actually programmed. They took my stressful situation and did everything they could to make it a wonderful experience. I would recommend their service department to anyone! I will definitely check out their cars the next time I am in the market for a vehicle just because of the stupendous customer service!

In 2011 I purchased a 2006 Honda CRV from EAG. The price was right and customer service has been great. On September 19, 2013 I was in an accident with my Honda. I called Joe at EAG and he immediately put me at ease, assuring me that they could do the necessary repair work. He was in contact with the insurance company the next day and also kept me informed of the progress of the repairs. MY REPAIRS WERE DONE IN JUST 12 DAYS!!!! My car looks good as new. I would highly recommend EAG for exemplary sales, service, and repairs, and give them a 10+++ for personal service.

The service department is top-notch with everyone there being friendly and polite, knowledgeable, respectful and ensuring that options are provided to help the customer decide on the most appropriate service. All in all a great place to do business.
