Wow, wonderful I’m so impressed. Had to tow our Sorrento from a different dealer to this one because of extreme ineptitude. Benson Kia saved the day !!! Stephen McKinney was so kind, understanding, and honest. Because of him I would drive from GVL to Benson Kia for my next car!!!

These guys have been fair with me.. They never tried to pad the bill with anything. The only thing I have had an issue with is the emissions update recall. It caused problems with running when cold and my remote start no longer works. I took it in and they did what they could to no avail. This was not the dealership, this was Kia. The update is bad. Don't get it. When they tried to charge me $200 for diags I balked. They actually looked at it from my perspective and deleted the bill. My car still runs rough on cold starts and the remote start doesn't work but I can live with that. That's on Kia,, not the dealership. The car is ten years old. I failed to mention that they gave me a ride home twice. And picked me up twice because I had no other transportation, How nice is that! We're talking 15 miles each way. I was going to use a local tire shop to replace my tires but I'm going to give MB Kia my business. They want a few dollars more but they are worth it. They really are good decent people.

I went in for an oil change, tire rotation and alignment. I also had an ac issue that would require a $140 diagnostic, which I turned down. Because it didn't include a repair, just 140 to tell what was wrong. The oil change, tire reotation cost $240..00 which included $150 in labor for 1 hours work. Outrageous!

Traveled from a neighboring state to come here after dealing with some terrible dealerships near me. Well worth it. Fred worked hard and fast giving me a few written price quotes within a day while other dealers danced around it, not wanting to fully disclose things in writing. Fred had great communication and found me the right car at the right price. Go give an honest dealer your business and visit Superior, it's refreshing.
