I made an appointment with Mr. Chad Molock, Service Manager at Rockwall Honda, for my 20,000 mile routine maintenance. It was my daughter's car, but she was busy, so I went in for her, and she told me to make an appointment with Chad. He did a great job with the things that need to be checked and taken care of at 20,000 miles (i.e. oil change, wheel alignment, brake fluid change, etc.). Even though it took more time than expected (almost 2.5 hours) , I had the added pleasure of taking care of my daughter's car. I appreciated Mr. Chad updating me on the progress of the repairs halfway through, and the car is driving very well after the maintenance.

I’ve bought 3-4 CRV’s from your dealership n my husband has bought 5 Accords there n everyone has always been great til yesterday. I’ve never been treated with so much disrespect…. I’ve been a loyal customer for many many years n I’m greatly disappointed. His actions were prompt and effective, and I truly appreciate the way he handled the situation. I hope his approach can serve as an example for other staff members.
