Well, not so much. Kia of Plano service fit me in their busy schedule and put in the light for me. I really appreciate their thoughtfulness and help. Professional and caring people.

My Kia Telluride had to have warranty work done on it (transmission), they did great work however right now they are very far behind so it took 4 weeks. They are not very good with communication, my husband called and was told he would be called back but never would get a call back. I think they are just so busy they have poor communication and a very long wait time (which cost us a lot in rental fees). They are very pleasant people and do great work!

From start to finish my experience with AutoNation Collision Center in Spring deserves 5 stars. The communication was great. The date promised was as promised, and the amount quoted was on target. My car was repaired and in excellent condition when returned to me and I could not have asked for a better job. Even my brother who worked for a Mercedes dealership for many years commented on the great paint job that was done. If you are looking for a professional and top notch collision center I highly recommend you bring your vehicle here. In addition, I also highly recommend working with Tom Pham and Kathy Barton, if you have the opportunity. They were both great at keeping me informed and updated on the progress of the repair.
