I am totally pleased with my new Volvo purchase and the sales support I received from Billy Havlik. His background in the Volvo Service Department was very informative and helpful in making my final decision. He was able to answer all my questions clearly and honestly, which I greatly appreciated. He didn't try to talk around anything I asked him about the car I was interested in or the warranty and service support provided by the dealership. He has also been very helpful in keeping me informed about some good used cars for my granddaughter that have come in there, which I had asked him to do, if possible. I recommended him to a friend of mine who is in the market for a new car. I wouldn't do that unless I truly thought he was an outstanding salesman AND person. I just hope he is still working there when I purchase my next Volvo.

I had a very bad experience with another Volvo dealership. From the first time I spoke with Demetrius he made me feel comfortable and there was no pressure sailing. D and Gary were so professional & very knowledgeable. They made our buying experience easy and painless. I highly recommend this dealership even if you have to drive across town. You won’t regret it. I wish I would have gone to DeMontrond Volvo first.

I was told - twice- an accessory was standard by a 2 year Volvo salesperson, and then had to pay for it, after buying car because I discovered it wasnt included with it.. Car delivered with damage on it- not inspected, obviously. Did get them to fix it, after having to decline a bottle of paint to fix my brand new Volvo paint chips, on my own. Complete hassle getting any service and after market services done- called 25 times- many with messages- and had to escalate to manager. The only thing they did quickly and aggressively, was to try to sell additional packages to you. Also, you can not buy a car from them without accepting a $290 up charge for putting your serial number on the driver side windshield- this was not in our online quote and did not help on insurance, as they suggest it will. So, detailed configuration and quote ignored.

Absolute terrible place to purchase/lease car. The salesman Matthew Pluta and sales manager Terry demonstrated extremely unprofessional behavior with multiple lies, excuses and refusal to honor a lease deal discussed in detail at the dealership (3 hours!) just the day prior! Next time just be honest and tell your customer you changed minds on the deal rather than coming up with nonsense see through excuses.
Apart from my experience, I witnessed quite a pushy salesman trying to prevent a disinterested elderly couple from leaving. Couple had to lose their temper a bit before he backed off!
Can just imagine what other craziness goes there. Strongly advise checking the multiple other Volvo dealerships in the area before considering this one and if you just have to, definitely avoid Matthew and Terry!

I visited this dealership initially to purchase a BMW, but found that I liked the Volvo better. The salesman was not pushy nor did he try to guide me toward a certain vehicle. Once all of the paperwork was finalized there was a bit of a wait, but I was offered food and a drink. My overall experience there, so far has been pretty good.
