Can’t speak enough about how helpful Dakota was in the process. They made a good deal with us, and we took the truck home. I’ve been buying cars on average of 2 a year for the last 20 years…. Different type of review here... I intentionally waited to hit the 50k miles driven from the original miles when I purchased my used 2017 Ford F250 from Silsbee Ford in August 2020. (more like a brand new truck as it was the cleanest I ever encountered). From the moment I called on it back in August 2020 through the purchasing experience a day later and post-follow-up satisfaction checks from Mike, my salesman, and the dealership I have to say they are top-notch! Definitely NOT a typical dealership! I was coming from out of state and Mike worked with me beyond expectations. After test driving and in the office for the financials, I was presented a rundown of the vehicle price; much to my surprise there were none of those frivolous or other dealer trap charges. It was a straight forward great price and bottom line. No need for the back and forth negotiating. The truck had an excellent price, no upcharges so I didn't hesitate to purchase it! I could not believe how easy, fast and genuinely relaxed we all were. Not faking for a sale, Mike and the team at Silsbee are sincere. You can tell it is up to the expectations of the owners and their values and service. Overall great experience with Silsbee Ford and there has been nothing wrong with my truck, which now has 155k miles on it! What a great buy! Thank you Mike and Silsbee Ford!

I was an out of state traveler with a non-working AC in 85+ degree traveling through Texas. I had the issue addressed at a deslership in Missouri, but that repair wasn't functioning. Randy in the Service Department reviewed the previous eork done, addressed options, and had the car in for a diagnostic evaluation within minutes. He and his team ascertained the problem outlined my options, and had the truck in gor corrective measures in a rapid professional mannner. He even called the previous dealer to discuss the correct manner to address the errors done by the previous dealer, so that I wouldn't have to pay another deductable on my extended warranty for the same repair. My vehicle was diagnosed, the problem addressed, and me back on the road in less than 3 hours of arrival! I found the dealership clean, professional, and the staff service exemplary. I couldn't have asked for better service, results, or final outcome. Randy is my new favorite Texan! And Apple Sport Ford my go to guys if I'm ever stuck in a motor vehicle repair situation that calls for solid, professional, and courteous customer service!

Such crap service. I bought a brand new car that just shuts off in the middle of the road and I've waited all day to get a rental car or to hear something about my cat, and have yet to hear anything. I was told that I was approved by the sales rep. - ILM1976

I was told that I was approved then that they neede a coapplicant I submitted my additional information then that I needed to call the credit bureau to remove an alert and I did. The alert was removed and then they told me the additional information was not good enough. Then they requested my moms information in which I submitted. The sales rep then called me , but he didn't know. He said only nonsense and going in circles and no one knows anything. Bad customer service very unprofessional.
