The service was started right at the time when I delivered it to Trevor Hare. Unfortunately a part had to be ordered to complete the work. I went in when the part arrived and was called by Trevor about 4 hours later when the recalibration was finished. My only concern was being charged 3 hours of labor for the charging time. Trevor was able to reduce that labor charge which was helpful.

Found the Mercedes Benz of Lynnwood dealership to be one of the better vehicle purchase experiences. Purchased a new GLC just before the pandemic hit and just now getting around to recording comments. I have been a Mercedes owner for 25 years, owning various models and picking up two cars at the Sindelfingen delivery center in Germany. (Highly recommend the experience). I have shopped at all Mercedes Benz dealerships in the Seattle metro area and my interaction with the Lynnwood dealership has been the best by far. I compare the customer service treatment from Lynnwood Mercedes Benz to the old Phil Smart dealership that was located on Capitol Hill in Seattle. Alan Keith (Sales), Les Hart (Service) are first class in the manner in which they treat the customer. If you are in the market for a car, I suggest that you do your due diligence before buying, and not forgo a visit to the Mercedes Benz dealership in Lynnwood before making a purchase decision. The owner, John Halata, also introduced himself and talked about the importance of establishing and maintaining quality customer relationships. For me, the way in which the customer is treated reflects the character of the organization. Mercedes Benz of Lynnwood strives to provide a first-rate sales and service experience.

Very disappointed with my service form the Steve Hahn Auto group. I waited over a week to receive the purchase order for a service van from my sales rep Neili which was never sent. After a full week of waiting for the paperwork and checking in every day they eventually sold the van to someone else. Unprofessional, poor communication, and terrible service. I do not recommend doing business with this dealership.

I have been buying cars for over 45 years and can say hands down that Mercedes Benz of Bellevue is the worst dealership in the State of Washington. Don't bother to call and leave a message for someone in the finance department - they never return their calls. When you finally get fed up and insist on talking to a live person, that person will repeatedly interrupt you and tell you the problem originated in their accounting department, so it wasn't their fault that I had to pay extra fees for penalties just to get the car I purchased registered. They couldn't get off the phone fast enough! Worst customer service ever!! After I talked to finance, I called back to make a complaint to the General Manager - big mistake! He was even worse than the finance guy! He was rude and repeatedly interrupted me to say just cut to the chase, what did they need to do? They need to get new personnel for starters. If I get bad service at a business, I want to talk to someone who will listen to me explain WHY it was bad service, and maybe they will learn something from it. From the looks of these other reviews, they have done nothing and don't care what their customers think of them, as long as they have already taken your money. Take my advice - buy a car somewhere else.
