I purchased a used 2017 from Mercedes-Benz of Seattle on 5/19/26.
Before I signed, the sales rep told me the car would have free fast charging for life, which was a deal breaker for me. I was also promised new tires would be installed, a dent would be removed, the third brake light in the rear spoiler would be repaired, and all scratches would be addressed and repaired by an accredited company.
One week went by and communication became hit and miss. Texts from the sales rep were sporadic and the promises started to fade. Through my own research I learned there is no free super charging on this vehicle. The dent that was supposed to be removed is now “outside the budget,” which was never the case before purchase.
It is now going into week 3 and I am concerned the dealership is covering up issues, essentially putting lipstick on a pig. This has been the most untruthful and untrusting vehicle purchase I have ever experienced, and I have been treated less than decent throughout the process.
I bought the car based on specific representations that have not been honored, and follow through has been poor.
