Dealership cannot contact back on the necessary and agreed to repairs for my car. Employees actually cover for the manager and as a customer you can tell they feel bad about it. Management issues at this joint. As a customer, I am setting up my own recalls and had to replace my battery first week out. Called about battery for dealership to defray the cost...... I spent $110. They don’t call back about that. All good. Now car doesn’t start today. I understand it’s a used car, but heck! You should be able to trust the locals when you buy from them. Especially when they get a sweet trade in from ya. 2009 Honda Accord Coupe. They trying for 9900. Please you guys, only pay 7800 maximum on that rig.

Broke my windshield while in for service - Justwantitrepaired
Last week I took my Airstream motor home for a recall to be fixed and for a scheduled service maintenance to be preformed. While in the shop, my windshield was broken. I have made numerous attempts to speak to the head of service department. I noticed the damage within 5 minutes of leaving their parking lot and immediately called and was put on hold for 40 minutes. I have yet to actually speak to Joe the service manager, instead have received an email five days after the fact stating they were not taking responsibility for the damage. He stated that his technician said the damage could not be “seen” from inside the motor home, only from outside. Interesting that he would make that comment, because if it was not done there, why would a technician be inside my motor home checking that!! No work needed to be done inside my motor home! I’m contacting Mercedes Benz corporate, the Washington Attorney General on the matter. So unprofessional. Further evidence of guilt is the fact that they won’t return my calls, but a one paragraph email, five days later. If you have nothing to hide, why avoid the customer?
Stole My Speakers - Done with Benz
I took my vehicle in for an engine light, ended up being a sensor they did not have in stock. Since I live 3 1/2 hours from the dealer, I left my vehicle. It was there about 5 days. My car had an upgraded premium audio. When I picked it up it sounded horrible, I later contacted them regarding this. Drove the 3 1/2 hours back, made several requests to have the panels removed to verify the system had not been tampered with, but my requests were refused. Instead, I was told it was my iPhone making it sound bad. And, their way of assuring me the speakers were original was to take the vehicle to another area, away from me, and run a sound check.
This place needs to be thoroughly investigated by Mercedes, media, authorities, and federal agencies. Their scam needs to be exposed. They need to be charged and held liable. And, their victims need proper justice. Un-fric’n-believable!!!

WE went today (me and my wife) to buy SUV , the car sales woman (Kathryn) was rude and we asked to talk with manager shift and she refused and finally he came where he was really more worse than her and did not talk or sit down even with us and told us the price that will not change and gave us very low price for our car(because we were trying to trade in our car) , he was finishing his shift so did not want to talk with his customers or even attend or even listen to them .
The worst place we ever been to buy a car that we felt badly treated as customer,really we do not recommend any one to go there , they should feel ashamed of their dealership customer relationship and services .
