Mercedes-Benz might offer a superior automotive product, but it's hard to discern that by the apathetic and poor customer service skills I encountered at Mercedes Benz Of Lynnwood while conducting a fact finding mission at the location in Lynnwood, Washington.
When I explained to one of the salespeople that I'm here to obtain some glossy material on the new lineup, he seemed rather unconcerned, and told me that they didn't have anything that profiles the latest models.I then replied, "Well....perhaps you could provide me with multiple booklets that might cover the full spectrum." He then glanced at his desk, which overflowed with the materials I desired. After offering them to me, I almost wanted to ask, "Why didn't you just DO THAT IN THE FIRST PLACE?"
I can't say if the terrible customer service occurred because I'm a person of color, or because they automatically sized me up as someone who shouldn't/wouldn't drive a Benz.I can ONLY state that THIS dealership will receive ZERO attention from me when I choose another vehicle.

Argumentative & disorganized - Lost Oppty
Wanted to buy a used Tesla. Sales rep couldn't verify inventory on the phone...took 45 min to call back. Meanwhile, the SMS company verified the car was still available & said I had an appt. Sakes rep left me a voicemailthat simply said car is avail. He was surprised when we arrived. He immediately claimed car was not avail. I showed him where it was.. Turns out, it apparently was in an accident- the entire rear bumper was on the ground. No ETA on fix. The VIN search on Edmund.com showed the car avail & had passed Mercedes Bellevue quality check. Rep just needed to be honest in the vmail he left me or apologetic when I arrived. He was arguing with someone whip was ready to give him money. Dealership building smelled like smoke. Their big display was not working. Staff seemed unorganized

They lied on the deal and even after it was found out they lied about the deal still tried to sheistts me when they should have been redeemingbthem selves but no again they tried to be under handed I beg people to not buy from them as they r dishonest and can't even keep there stories straight or produce the dealer who made the deals I will b telling everybody I know to not deal with them as they r dishonest to a tee and play wizard games with there paper work. Didn't even have the courtesy to put on my plates this was the worst experience ive had
