Price as quoted. Time as promised. No surprises overall. Rather, I feel the B1 service is a bit overrated for a 2-year new car with 15K miles. Of course, that’s the manufacturer’s specification. Satisfied with dealer’s service.

We first went in to get a minor repair done to our C class, we made our first contact with Mr. Kevin Lee in the Sales department who guided and helped in getting the repair done and in the process we looked at GLE vehicles in stock we could trade with our Honda CRV. Kevin's support made a huge difference in making a decision swiftly and we went ahead with the purchase the same day which Kevin made sure was a smooth experience overall. We will recommend MB Lynnwood dealership and Kevin very highly. We will most certainly be doing more business with them.

I purchased a AMG C63 from MB of Seattle; love the car, cannot abide by the dealer. SO, I ended up driving to Tacoma, and while skeptical of how they would treat me...as I purchased the car at a competitor.. they could not have been more gracious. I was welcomed and made comfortable.
They work was completed within the times frames they provided and was less then estimated. Additionally, they washed the car.

My family was there last weekend to check out the Pre-owned CLA. We were assisted by Chris Lee and he was a professional sales person. He was very polite and up front about the price and cars. Very knowledgeable too. We couldn't buy the Cla that we like because someone else was already promise buy it but it was ok. We will definitely comeback here.

I called them few times, left messages to make appointment for my service. They did not call me back. I even left a message w/receptionist and they still did not call me back.

Never go there. I am done with them. They charged me $1200 to get the front brakes done for my E 350 and I had to go there 2 times in 8 months to get them to fix the problems. They could not do it even after 2 attempts. Totally incompetent ! Then I took it to a local German car specialist and this was fixed. Of course I had to pay them but its been more than an year and I have had no issues.
In addition, MB of Bellevue sliced the front left tire of my 4MATIC while taking it out of the workshop after their 'service' was done . They only replaced this one tire and not all 4 tires as it is a requirement for a 4MATIC to have all 4 tires replaced at the same time. Now after an year I see that my rear right tire is completely worn down due to the imbalance created. This is now forcing me to buy 4 new tires again just after 2 years ! These were the costly Michelin tires. All because of MB of Bellevue's mistake !

They lied on the deal and even after it was found out they lied about the deal still tried to sheistts me when they should have been redeemingbthem selves but no again they tried to be under handed I beg people to not buy from them as they r dishonest and can't even keep there stories straight or produce the dealer who made the deals I will b telling everybody I know to not deal with them as they r dishonest to a tee and play wizard games with there paper work. Didn't even have the courtesy to put on my plates this was the worst experience ive had
