I purchased a new K4 earlier in June from Kia Preston Highway and the overall experience was fantastic. I spent a couple of hours a week prior seeing and test-driving multiple models to familiarize myself with what Kia had to offer. Morgan patiently walked me through each model and answered all my questions. She was not pushy; she did not try to steer me in any direction. She let me figure out for myself what I ultimately wanted without resorting to any high-pressure sales tactics. When I made my decision and submitted a credit application, Alex got back with me quickly and made the arrangements for me to come in the next morning to sign all the paperwork. The process went smoothly; everybody was friendly and helpful. The finance department even worked to get me the best interest rate possible. I love the car and can honestly say that this was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. If you are interested in buying a Kia (and you really should), Kia Preston Highway will take very good care of you. Especially if you work with Alex and/or Morgan. I cannot recommend this dealership enough.

I've collected cars since 1984, and it's hard to buy vehicles sight unseen from 4-5 states away, Michael Zheng and the rest of the Don Franklin team who were involved with my purchase of a 2005 Dodge Ram Daytona, made things easy with a multitude of extra pictures, videos and in the end to get the vehicle into my price comfortable point even had the vehicle delivered to me. Love this truck, it is in better condition than anticipated, I hope it's as mechanically sound as it looks, but for now, I extend my deepest gratitude to ALL who made this deal happen!
