Anyone know a good attorney that will be good in a case against Champion Ford Service Center? They have had my car since October 1st of last year over a recall, an electrical issue with the radio and trunk latch. I have repeatedly been put off on how long it is taking to get my car back. I have called FORD Motor Company Complaints and they keep telling me that the Service Center says it will be ready at the start of the week, that's been twice now and 3 more months and my car still is not ready!! This is some of the worst service I have ever dealt with!!! I need someone to help me and tell me what my next steps should be now because they are also telling me that the issue with the transmission(TCM) has caused damage to the bands and it will be $3000 to fix it!

I think this dealership is absolute trash, whoever the female is that answered the phone earlier today needs to be fired. We were hung up on today when we inquired about the federal EV tax credit, which Bill Cole Ford was supposed to submit paperwork for. We have submitted a complaint to Ford’s BEV team and we will be pressing this matter further if necessary. We're now out $15,000 in tax credits alone thanks to Bill Cole Ford not doing their job. Wife called on a Tuesday to see if they can get her 2020 Expedition in for a service for AC. Service Department told my wife to come in at 7:30AM on Thursday and they would get the diagnostic done for her to see what was wrong with the AC. Wife shows up at the dealership & they asked her if she was dropping off the vehicle. She asked how long it would take to have the diagnostic done on the AC. Service person said it will be a week before they can even get the vehicle in to run the diagnostic test. We are will not be taking our vehicle to back to Greenwood Ford or buying anything from them if this is how service will be from them. Was told one thing on the phone and then a different thing in person. They didn't even offer a vehicle because they would have my wife's Expedition for a week before they could even look at the problem. Don't recommend taking or buying from Greenwood ever.

Couldn't be happier with my experience with Stuart Powell Ford. Contacted them regarding a truck I was interested in & they kept communications open with me from initial contact to appointment date. Was able to take the truck on a no pressure, hassle free test drive. Working with Ben Johnson on the sale was a fantastic experience. The truck was exactly as advertised & I left the dealership feeling that I received a good deal. At no point did I feel pressured into adding any services or the like. I'm absolutely loving my new to me F150!

Was sold a used 2013 F150 back in 2023, upon first glance everything looked find and the truck ran beautifully. The truck was wet when I arrived so I just assumed the rinsed it off before I arrived that evening but the water was used to mask the chip in the middle of the windshield that was clearly visible the next day when the sun was up. A few months down the road I fill up with gas, head down the road a few miles when the fuel neck warning light pops up on the dash so I pull over at the next gas station to find my fuel tank almost dragging the ground as one of the fuel tank straps was rusted completely through and had snapped. That weekend as I was changing the oil and replacing the fuel tank straps I found over spray on the dealer oil filter that was installed, paint overspray from the dealership concealing the rust damage. Both lower control arms had to be replaced due to rust as well, one with a hole rusted through that had been covered with some type putty, and the bottom of the cab had painted tape the began to fall off cooler months rolled in that year. They refuse to renegotiate the sale price as the truck was not worth what was originally agreed upon with the considerable amount of rust that they had concealed however, they did offer to reimbursed me for the control, arms and fuel tank straps But at that point, I was so disgusted I wanted nothing else to do with them so never again will I do business with Gates Ford Lincoln in Richmond Kentucky. I will also be on the lookout for the same shady business practices at other dealerships.

Firmware upgrade - Elmer Fudd

Took my F250 6.7 in for software/firmware update ("10 minute process - max"). Personable service manager, but didn't appear too comfortable in his role. After 3 hours of waiting and no updates by SM as to progress, I asked for a status and I was finally told that the service tech blew up three computers trying to get the update installed and that I'd have to bring the vehicle back in three days (to give them time to acquire another computer). Next morning the batteries were completely dead "due to a setting the tech failed to return to default". Hunh.... DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. They're either incompetent, or don't care.
