Hendrick Lexus in Charlotte independence is a wonderful dealership . I have my 2013 LS 460 L serviced there . Josh my service assistant has been with Hendrick Lexus for I believe 20 years are longer . I trust him without question . I know my car is well looked over every time I take it in . It currently has 147,000 miles and it is well taken care of . When there is an issue we address it , take care of it and move on . They have proven time and again that they are doing the right thing all the time . The exact people I like to work with . My car can get 300,000 miles or more . Drives like a new car . Keep up the great work !

This dealership knows customer service. They sell quality vehicles but the experience after the sale is what sets them apart. My latest is the third Lexus I have gotten through Johnson Lexus. Shavar and Craig helped on the front end and feel like family. Anne, and Javier keep me on track with service and maintenance. My daughter recently joined the JL family also. She received the same level of excellent service. Lisa Massey was patient and thorough in explaining the paperwork she was signing as Cheyenne did with me. I can’t imagine purchasing from another dealership.
