This dealership was great to me and my father! Specifically Roy Silveria, he went above and beyond for me and my dad as we were in a time crunch when it came to purchasing the car. He was very friendly while also being up front and honest and we appreciated that. He also advocated for us and practically got us in and out. He was great and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car!

I visited this Kia dealership on Monday morning and Fred Barber was my sales consultant. He was fabulous! The biggest thing I noticed was what a great listener he was. He not only heard what I was looking for in a car, but he also remembered those details throughout the process. He offered a lot of helpful knowledge about the vehicles at the dealership and was efficient in showing us different models. At not point did I feel pressured and he was never pushy. I would go back to Fred in a heartbeat and would absolutely recommend him to anyone who is shopping for a Kia.

Everything was done smoothly with professionalism and concern for our time and satisfaction. We worked with Carter who was knowledgeable, friendly and detailed. And the dealership manager worked with Carter to help get us to where we wanted to be prioritizing our satisfaction as customers over anything else. Very happy with the experience.

Rude management. Service, unprofessional. Financial department = warranty not good, not serious in what they tell us. Do not believe in everything they say. Do not get the sales agent located right on the left side of the front entrance. Walk around your vehicle, inspect it from underneath to the top after being serviced, it might have some damage from unresponsible, uncare it of not putting correctly things back. In general, they show friendly attitude but in the end, behind your back, they are very cynical

POOR BUSINESS - Unhappy

Purchased car in Oct 2015. Nothing but problems. They have had it over 12 days and that was for 2 visits. and ALL the problems still not fixed. Won't make a trade for my car that they are selling as PRISTINE CONDITION and 3 years older. Pretty poor!! They said they put too much into their lemon to do that! They fixed an axel a bent wheel, keep balancing it and I still get vertigo from the shake. They said I hit a pot hole !! They were decent and accommodating until they got tired of me and their repairs. Now they are very rude to me. Ya its my fault I bought a lemon. They gave me a clean fax too. Thats what really stinks. The car definitely has issues that were never disclosed. !!!!! Don't go there!!
