Friendly atmosphere and everyone is willing to assist. Clean showroom, bathrooms, there is a waiting room with coffee, water, snacks and the wait time was comparable. I could have been shuttled home and back free of charge, but I chose to wait at the dealer this time.

My 2018 RAV4 was out of warranty and my seat belt buckle broke. I was upset because it was the driver’s seat belt making the car unsafe to drive. I filed a a grievance with Toyota who return denied my claim, saying my vehicle was out of warranty. I finally reached out to Haddads management and got a hold of LESLIE. She listen to my issues and agreed the vehicle was unsafe. She arranged to have my seatbelt replaced and I am SAFELY driving again. THANK YOU LESLIE. You stayed with me until it was fixed and MADE sure I was safe. THANKS AGAIN LESLIE.
