Outstanding kudos to SA Chance for treating me as a valued customer and keeping me apprised about what was wrong with my vehicle. The great techs were able to identify the squealing noise from my trucks undercarriage…a squirrel apparently had hidden a walnut there and Chance showed me the culprits evidence. The noise was eliminated. Also I appreciate Chad’s input and that there was no charge this time for this unusual service. Thanks also to Chance for taking me on a brief tour of your new service area and spacious waiting room. Excellent all around service experience.
