My truck was there all day because I had an engine light keep coming on. They said it would take all day for a diagnostic. At 3:00 I saw my phone had a text message saying text us any time for updates. I clicked and he still said arrived. So I text back which they replied oh it’s all set you can pick it up. After a $55 uber turns out it wasn’t. At about 5:30 it was done and all they said it must of been “a one off”. The light has been turning on an off for over a month. So all day for a diagnostic and nothing was wrong. xxx

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! Purchased an explorer that I was told had 6,000 miles from test drives. Not even two weeks later the check engine light is on. Was told that the car had been used by a sales manager as his personal car! I paid full price for what I believed was a new car!! They also gave me nearly $10,000 less for my trade than they are trying to sell it for now!

Was very happy with purchasing are used F150. Greatly appreciated all the help from Darren Frasier on showing me all the details and helping me with connecting my phone to the truck. Was very pleased to get a phone call the next day that my extra accessories had come in and to come right down to have them installed. Thank you again Darren for going above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my vehicle.

They advertise loaner vehicles but have none! New F250 with rear end noise .Asked them to check it out while in for service. Didn’t have time so they said to look at it. Said I had to leave overnight. Told them to keep it then but service manager changed her mine and said no.WTH !, After 5 phone calls to service found out the only qualified tech to check u joints / rear end had quit. None of the other 15 techs could look at it for a evaluation. Place is a joke !! Then they tried to charge me for service and updates which should have been free. This is my first and last ford vehicle. Soon as I can order a new Chevy this one will be for sale. Stay away from this dealership . Looks like changing oil is all they do.

I had issues with my ford ranger transmission. They are the most disorganized and not helpful at all. I called to see if my truck was done, it was not, then I was told “the **xxxxx car rental lady was not there” so they could not get me a loaner. They said I could pick it up the next day. Next day comes and they had not done anything to it. I had to call and find out they ordered parts. Ugh. I picked up the truck and was told they would call tomorrow with details for the parts. 5 days later I had to call them to find out the part was in days ago. I got no call. Josh in the service dept. is literally useless. After the repair, I’ll be taking it to another dealership for any needed repairs.

2017 f150 Saftey RECALL door locks freezing and do not Latch Burdick conf this truck was part of Saftey Recall Said i have to drop off Truck and they would check to see if this truck was having this problem Really thats why i called them ??ive had this truck for 3 years and have had this problem everytime it freezes!! then she informed me that I would have to leave it for more then a few weeks then they needed to get a welder??? how long would that take ?? I live in north Country in NY am i supposed to walk now ??Loaner Vech ?? no responce from her ?? I could see if they scheduled an appointment when they have the recall Door Latches to replace them ?? Ive been a mechanic for over 50 Years and Have never treated a customer such as the Ford Dealers In NY they have No Respect For new or old Customers and no compassion at all Not my problem is No answer!!! I bought a special ordered super duty F250 at this dealership and the overall experience was very good. Nice staff and not your typical pushy sales people. Very familiar with the trucks and various programs and rebates. Just a refreshing buying experience unlike some of the bigger stores where they have a high turnover of obnoxious uneducated sales people these guys actually made the buyng experience a relative pleasure. I had my truck in for service and for warranty work and they were able to get my truck in quickly and get the problem corrected (warranty). I did have to bring my truck back in a second time for the same problem to get it corrected but they did mange to resolve the issues.
