Disappointed with this dealership. My first vehicle from them I had no issues. Wanted to trade every 3 years. This would have been my year to trade, however I have had many issues with the service department. First thing that happened within a week of bringing it home engine light came on. I took it back and they shut the light off and told me to drive it , if I had a problem just call Ford roadside assistance. I expressed I would be driving in a no cell phone service area. Did not seem to be a problem to them. Took it back twice more before they finally changed the sensor. Next sun roof cover got stuck due to a part coming unglued, cover was stuck in so mechanic pulled it out and hooked but said don't use until they can get it fixed, took it back again and they said it was not their problem and car was off warranty by a month. Talked with Danny and he assured me they would get it fixed took it in he worked on it and couldn't figure it out . He told me they would contact Ford and figure it out. This has been 18+ months ago and it still is not fixed. Lastly the drivers door support arm came unhooked due to a recall from Ford. This was diagnosed of needing a new door o. 9/26/2024, still waiting for the door , service department has had several excuses for not fixing this. They never ordered the door until January after multiple calls to get them to order it. Door supposedly is still on backorder from Ford.

I had a very complicated issue with my car. I called and spoke to the service manager. You understood my problem. He then got what the general manager who also understood my problem. They took wonderful care of me in my car. They went beyond the call of duty. They were totally awesome.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! Purchased an explorer that I was told had 6,000 miles from test drives. Not even two weeks later the check engine light is on. Was told that the car had been used by a sales manager as his personal car! I paid full price for what I believed was a new car!! They also gave me nearly $10,000 less for my trade than they are trying to sell it for now!

Was very pleased to get a phone call the next day that my extra accessories had come in and to come right down to have them installed. Thank you again Darren for going above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my vehicle.

They advertise loaner vehicles but have none! New F250 with rear end noise .Asked them to check it out while in for service. Didn’t have time so they said to look at it. Said I had to leave overnight. Told them to keep it then but service manager changed her mine and said no.WTH !, After 5 phone calls to service found out the only qualified tech to check u joints / rear end had quit. None of the other 15 techs could look at it for a evaluation. Place is a joke !! Then they tried to charge me for service and updates which should have been free. This is my first and last ford vehicle. Soon as I can order a new Chevy this one will be for sale. Stay away from this dealership . Looks like changing oil is all they do.

I had issues with my ford ranger transmission. They are the most disorganized and not helpful at all. I called to see if my truck was done, it was not, then I was told “the **xxxxx car rental lady was not there” so they could not get me a loaner. They said I could pick it up the next day. Next day comes and they had not done anything to it. I had to call and find out they ordered parts. Ugh. I picked up the truck and was told they would call tomorrow with details for the parts. 5 days later I had to call them to find out the part was in days ago. I got no call. Josh in the service dept. is literally useless. After the repair, I’ll be taking it to another dealership for any needed repairs.

2017 f150 Saftey RECALL door locks freezing and do not Latch Burdick conf this truck was part of Saftey Recall Said i have to drop off Truck and they would check to see if this truck was having this problem Really thats why i called them ??ive had this truck for 3 years and have had this problem everytime it freezes!! then she informed me that I would have to leave it for more then a few weeks then they needed to get a welder??? how long would that take ?? I live in north Country in NY am i supposed to walk now ??Loaner Vech ?? no responce from her ?? I could see if they scheduled an appointment when they have the recall Door Latches to replace them ?? Ive been a mechanic for over 50 Years and Have never treated a customer such as the Ford Dealers In NY they have No Respect For new or old Customers and no compassion at all Not my problem is No answer!!! I bought a special ordered super duty F250 at this dealership and the overall experience was very good. Nice staff and not your typical pushy sales people. Very familiar with the trucks and various programs and rebates. Just a refreshing buying experience unlike some of the bigger stores where they have a high turnover of obnoxious uneducated sales people these guys actually made the buyng experience a relative pleasure. I had my truck in for service and for warranty work and they were able to get my truck in quickly and get the problem corrected (warranty). I did have to bring my truck back in a second time for the same problem to get it corrected but they did mange to resolve the issues.
