Due to an accident in which my vehicle was a total loss, I found myself in need of a quality vehicle in short time. My salesperson, Mia Wright , was attentive to my needs and very understanding of my situation. Within 3 days of my wreck, many quality vehicles were test driven, and the perfect vehicle was found for me. My finance manager, Robert Douglas, arranged financing with multiple options. My car needed 4 all season tires with rims taken off and 4 new snow tires all ready on rims put on. I was quoted $16.88 for this. Then it was $32. No big deal. Then my car was unsafe and needed new posts. When I mentioned these would be covered under Honda warranty suddenly the car was maybe ok? Best part? I had an appointment at 1030. At noon the car was not done but they tech needed lunch. Oookkkk...then my lug nuts which were signed for by an employee were just .... gone. I must have been mistaken and tire rack must be mistaken. This place is not to be trusted. Then Dick Clark couldn't be bothered to wait and figure out the lug nut issue bc he needed his lunch. Do not take your car here.

Worst dealership I ever dealt with talk to the salesman by the name of Gary put a deposit on an ecosport on Saturday they were supposed to have it for me by the middle of the week I called them up Monday they said no problem Tuesday morning they called up they sold it to somebody else that was after I did it credit application with Ford and was approved hope nobody else ever buys anything off them again and don't have to deal with the nonsense I did I did buy a brand new one off another dealership
