Need help with buying and selling with titles written in living trusts of families. Drove 2-1/2 hours to find out they were unable to do either. Mentioned the person who would of had known retired a week earlier.

My husband purchased a Toyoya Crown during the sale everything was great. He took it for inspection it's not customer friendly to go from the service area to the waiting room. Especially for a customer who's on oxygen and can't walk far. About a month or two after the inspection a friend noticed that the Left lug stud was missing. When my husband called Toyota they didn't want to own up to the missing lug. I took the car to Mr. Tire was told that the lug was stripped when it was taken off. Mr. Tire in Fox Chapel repaired it replaced the lug. Check all tires before leaving this dealership during inspection etc.

Always a pleasure doing business with Samantha Shopper, best service advisor at North Hills Toyota. She always listens to any service issues and problems and makes extraordinary efforts to get the issues taken care of the first visit. Not like some other dealerships who hire incompetent people who have no clue how to listen or talk to people. We did not purchase our 2020 and 2021 Toyota Highlanders from this dealership, but we will always be loyal Toyota customers to Samantha Shopper.!!!!!

I was talked down to by the General Manager Luke Kim and told "So What? to one of my concerns. Concerns about a problem I was having with their service department, company "policy" on warranty work, not being told the scope of the work PRIOR to the work being done, and the dammage to my gas door. I had to leave and was told they would not be doing the warranty work on my steering box and told me to go to another dealer. That is seriously a horrible way to deal with their responsibilities. Get mad at the person who spent over 50K at your establishment and when I was the one who ended up with a damaged gas door, and no place to take my warrantied Tacoma. Do not trust this place. They have been on the slide downward, do yourself a favor and go elswhere.

I loved everyone there! My salesman was Evan Hart. He was amazing, genuine and kind. The sales manager, Randy, was down to earth and made me feel that it would all work out. I felt they were trustsworthy. The finance manager, Matt, worked to get me the best deal. Overall awesome experience! They even drove my old car an hour away to my home, so I could leave with LUNA, my new Lunar Rock Toyota RAV4! Thank you! One happy girl, Sue Willy : )
