While I have not been entirely happy with our Subaru Outback, the outstanding customer service here is truly making me reconsider keeping the SUV. I brought my vehicle in with a check engine light and several other issues. I was incredibly impressed by the professionalism and efficiency of the Service Manager, Michael, and my advisor, Ashley. They went above and beyond by ensuring the repairs were covered under warranty and pushing to get the work completed on time. Ashley kept me updated throughout the day, even sharing a video from the technician, Josh, who clearly explained the diagnosis and repair plan. Went to the dealership today to look at a 2021 Jeep Wrangler. My wife and I took her for a test drive and all was good. Went back into the salesman‘s cubicle and presented an offer. What we would be willing to pay for the Jeep. Salesman came quickly back from the sales manager and said they will not accept that and we would come down $490 and *Now does it. I countered with $1000 more. Salesman went back to the sales manager and quickly came back and said no that’s all I can do. We left the dealership and the sales manager never even came out and introduced himself to us. To say why he couldn’t come down any lower. Prove is form at 28K. We countered at 27K and he would not budge and did not even come out of the sales office to speak with us. which is total xx. It was a used vehicle and there was plenty of play with used vehicle vehicles compared to new vehicles. Very unacceptable. His name was Doug. Stay away from that sales manager. Poor customer service and interaction with clients

I love my car. It is Kakai green. The color I wanted! I was a little upset however when my car was delivered to me on Friday. When I purchased it, it only had 8 miles on it. We did not take it home on Saturday the day we purchased it, because we wanted it undercoated and mud flaps put on. We arranged to pick it up around 2:30 on Wednesday. When we got there we were told it wasn’t ready. They got the wrong mud flaps. So it was delivered on Friday. We were schocked to see our new car now has 95 miles on it. We only live 20/miles away. Don’t know why. Wish we could have brought it home ourselves

We've owned over 22 vehicles in our lifetime. We are very satisfied with the lease of this car. We've had it about 19 months and we can not say enough positive about it. We are both 81 and just completed a 10 hour trip driving 601 miles. We do this about four times a year. Riding and driving in this car allows us to arrive fresh and reasonably rested. We love it and can not say enough positive about it. The gas mileage is terrific even at highway speeds. Its a very safe car! We've recommended it to our friends two of which have purchased their own too. Our church parking lot looks like a Subaru dealership!

Just recently bought a brand new Outback from them and the whole process was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I stepped in the door the sales staff treated me with respect and understood my wants and needs. Anthony was the salesman and did everything phenomenal. The finance process was also great. Like every dealer they go over extended product and the finance manager Dominik I believe was his name was professional, explained everything in great detail and gave me tons of options to consider. Not once did I feel pushed to take a product or did I feel I was getting ripped off. I declined some of the product and he didn’t try to keep selling everything. I trust Subarus but the computers scare me! The dealership was clean, the managers make you seem like family and you aren’t just a sale. I will definitely recommend all my family and friends to come here and I’ll definitely be back for service. Thank you guys again for making the car buying experience not a pain. I came here due to my best friend recommending me to come. She bought a used rav4 2 years ago and continues to have great service.

I always got my car serviced here bo issues then august 1 I got a oil change then 2 weeks later no oil bone dry . Went back there they told me the guy thst did my oil change never makes mistakes . There was leaking . I had it towed there and spent 500 f9r them tondo all the testing and they couldn't find nothing . So where the oil go then. They wanted 2k to do motor tear down then they will go from there. Which I declined. I feel they did something . they cost me a car now this is sitting in back yard. Its going have to be repossed .

After wasting our time for three weeks, we find out they never had it to begin with. What a joke. The communication was terrible and not upfront. I will never do business with this dealership again.
