What an amazing group of people to buy a car from. I had spent weeks looking at other dealerships and had horrible experiences at outside dealerships (playing games, not straightforward finances, etc). Concordville is selling cars in a new way. They are straight forward, extremely kind, helpful, patient. There are no games - they just want to help you get a car at the best price. We bought a used car quickly with the help of Elvin, Joel, and Tim. I can guarantee when it is the next time to buy I car, I will be back to Concordville. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to buy.

We recently purchased a new 2025 Subaru Outback from Delaware Subaru. We worked with Melissa McLaughlin. We couldn't be happier with our new car, the dealership and especially working with Melissa. This is our third new Subaru with this dealership. Melissa spent hours with us deciding on which Subaru make to purchase - listening to what we were looking for and working within our budget. Once we decided - she worked very hard to get the exact model we were looking for. She was available after business hours to meet with us to explain the features and the financing terms. Importantly, even after we picked up the car - she reached out to us to ask if we had any questions and helped with some additional paperwork. We will purchase all of our new cars from Delaware Subaru because they really care and they treat us like we are important to them. Our salesperson Chad V. has always been up to date on the latest generations of their models and can always answer the most obscure of questions or quickly redirect us to the right person. Jim J. (Sales Manager) is very quick and direct about juggling the #s and totally respects that I do my homework. The finance department always informs me of available of upscale products but doesn't try to force them on me. Joel and the rest of the service team have never let me down. With an appointment, I went in for the annual inspection and oil change with tire rotation, and waited. It took them THREE HOURS to get my car back to me, and my car had no problems that they had to deal with. That's an hour longer than previous visits.
