We purchased a car from the dealership and once with the finance person, everyone else left for the day, we signed the paperwork and left with the car. The was on a Saturday. We drove an hour home and noticed we were charged a "200.00 addition" to the vehicle price for a Classic Theft Protection Plan ,that was never explained by anyone at the dealership. On Monday I spoke to Trey about this and was told it comes with all the vehicles and was not optional. My problem was the signature was done on a signature pad so we never saw the actual form. Since this on all your vehicles and is not an option to the buyer it should be explained before you are signing the loan papers. After speaking with the manager and with it being posted on their website, we were able to resolve the issue. Great sales lady and I love my new car.

Hello, On Saturday June 29th, John from CMA's Valley Honda Service was amazing. On a vacation trip up north, my wife had a problem with her Mazda CX-5 (Self-inflicted, the car is great). We live almost 5 hours away from that area. We had to get the car towed to the dealership. It was late in the afternoon and the typical time to fix the issue would be several hours, maybe days as per Mazda. I didn’t think it would be fixed that day, so I went ahead and made reservations for a hotel for my wife, daughter and puppy. I’m losing my mind because I couldn’t do anything from home. John offered to take my family and their luggage to the hotel if they couldn’t get it fixed. The service team gave my family something to eat, they made my family feel safe and in good hands. Obviously, the car was not on John’s schedule that day. Somehow, John was able to put 3 guys on it and get it running in about 2 hours!!! Another Mazda dealership told me it could take days to fix the problem. You have no idea how my heart felt when I got the call that the car was fixed. My family didn’t have to stay at a hotel! It was the end of the day on a Saturday, John and his team didn’t have to go out of their way for them. I can’t put it into words, how grateful I am to John and his team. Staunton, VA is lucky to how a dealership that will go above and beyond for people. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Ben Miller at CMA Valley Nissan is amazing! He made my husband and I feel so comfortable in trading in our 2017 Rogue for a 2024 Certified Preowned Nissan Pathfinder. Absolutley beyond words how thankful we are that we met Ben. We pulled in the parking lot just looking at what we think we want. Ben came out asking if our car would be a trade in and I said yes I’d like to but not sure what we would get. Well we’re beyond shocked still of the offer for me car. Ben sat us down and explained everything and made us feel very comfortable. Being in Virginia only 3 1/2 this is our first car purchase since moving here from New York. Maybe it’s the Southern Hospitality in Virginia. This purchase was the easiest car purchase we have ever done is our almost 37 years of marriage. We’ve never been in and out so fast. Driving away happy and not exhausted from what is usually a very long process. That didn’t happen with Ben Smith and the rest of the team at CMA Vally Nissan. George in financing was super nice and went over everything so clearly. I can’t forget the young man at the front desk. Not sure of his name (oops) he was also super nice and so helpful. He made sure I got CD out of my radio in my tradein car. Thank you so much that CD mean so much to me as it was my beloved sons and I sing in the car listening to it. Thank you again Ben Smith you truly are the nicest and most informative Nissan Salesperson we have ever had the pleasure to work with. They didn’t even give me what we originally agreed on. It’s excuse after excuse! I am coming into money soon (my mom passed) and I was going to buy a brand new car but I wouldn’t give this place the time of day if they gave me a car for free!

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Magic City CDJR Bedford. My RAM 5500 with only 32,000 miles was in your service department for nearly two months for a rear differential replacement under warranty. After this very long wait, the truck was returned to me as “repaired” and safe to drive. However, within 40 minutes of leaving the dealership, I heard a loud humming noise coming from the rear differential and immediately returned to your service department. Your staff listened to the noise and assured me that everything was normal and that it was only tire noise. I was sent back on the road in a commercial truck that was later confirmed to be unsafe. After arriving in Chicago, I had no choice but to visit an independent shop. During inspection and fluid drain, they found a significant amount of metal shavings and metal particles inside the differential oil. This clearly indicates that the issue was not properly repaired when the differential was replaced by your dealership. Essentially, I was released with a potentially unsafe vehicle and told that everything was fine. This put my safety at risk and also put my business at risk, as this is a commercial truck and my primary source of income. I lost a tremendous amount of time, money, and work because of the service department’s negligence and lack of proper diagnosis. Instead of resolving the warranty issue properly, I was sent back on the road with an unresolved mechanical problem. This level of service from an official RAM dealership is completely unacceptable.

I purchased a Honda Element just 3 weeks ago. When I drove it, I noticed a chip in the windshield so I pointed it out to Clay, the salesman who was nice at the time and said he would have it taken care of and fixed for me. My dad and I made sure of this before I purchased it. Clay got in touch with me and made an appt to have it fixed. I drove 2 hours to come back to town to have it fixed for him to have it for almost 5 hours which I then called to check about it,which he then tells me that the polyurethane couldn't get inside of the hole and that the only other option would be to replace it and he said but he couldn't do that. My dad got on the phone with him and told him he had said he would have it fixed whether it be fixing it or having it replaced and Clay just said he couldn't do anything about it. We told him I would be reporting him to the Better Business Bureau and he was a smarty and says ok. Basically I feel like he got his sale so what else does he have to do after lying to my face. I am NOT happy about this.

We bought a 2008 gold Dodge Grand Caravan in 2016 from Champion Auto and the transmission was diagnosed at Amaco, the paperwork turned into and read by Champion. We sold it back to them in 2017 and paid them for another vehicle a 2009 Subaru Forester. The transmission had a complete failure and required to be replaced not even rebuilt, less than 30 days later. The powertrain warranty left us still paying $1000.00 to replace it. During the time it took to diagnose I was unable to ever get a hold of Scott, who Donna insisted made all purchase and mechanical decisions, but was "at auction" or off any days and times we called or were there to speak with him as Donna could not make any decision about assisting us or the questions we had about how they would help with our second purchase from them with no way to drive it. Donna even went as far as to tell me they had been closed on a business day they agreed to call us back but having called from an unknown number that was revealed to be untrue as the gentlemen who answered gave us their hours of operation but repeated that Scott was unavailable. We currently have their loaner white 2003 Tahoe listed at $6,999 sitting in our driveway that also didn't run for us to use. We returned it mid need, my husband listed the issues he knew aside from it being very far out of oil change, low coolant light on, brake and head lights out, and a bad front passenger tire. After picking it back up after it had been to Merchants for...something We found the same issues aside from the headlight fixed and the service engine soon light was now on. Shortly after that we were unable to get it back to them and once notified it is still here because Scott is inevitably unavailable. I had a great experience with Chastity and recommend her but Donna and Scott gave us the run around for a very long 2 weeks now. We had prepared to spend more money to replace our other car with them but after having the Subaru be a loss not even 30 days into our purchase this has put our family of 5 in a very poor position, much less the 2007 black Volvo S40 had a very large wood chip nest behind the radiator with chewed through wiring, so we couldn't purchase it when we had planned. I felt swindled by them. They knew the circumstances and strain this has put on us but have a lack of duty to their customers. We have remained calm, however frustrated and do not plan to ever purchase from or recommend them again.

Josh, the salesman we worked with worked real hard to sale us a 2025 Passport, I am afraid he did tell us that the passport had a full size spare and in reality it was a donut size spare, the Passport has 20” tires and the spare is a 17” spare. I’m not happy about that but I purchased the 10 warranty so if it causes any issues Honda will take care of it I hope. Josh was very pleasant to work with, and I wish him well, and since I’ve only owned Toyota’s for many years, I’m hoping the Honda dealership will be a valuable partnership with me during my experience owning a Honda Passport
