We kept in touch, which led to our purchase on November 17. We had great service all the way through the process!!!

Awful and would not recommend. The service department does not want to fix anything when it is still under warranty. They say nothing is wrong even though the car is shaking when driving and the transmission is slipping. They want to wait until it is no longer under warranty and I have to pay everything myself to fix. Got their licenses from a cracker jack box. Do not go there.

I would never had known they got busted by feds! I was looking up mame of dealer to tell someone how bad they were. In 2012 I wrecked my truck and took it to fannin toyota. The pulled an insurance scam. Said they replaced driver quarter panel. They pocketed the money left old part on and pushed out dent and buffed it. Other parts that were painted had actual bubbles in the paint. It was xxxx poor work. It never looked right. But on my 3rd trip up there from lex ky in a rental, I was tired of dealing with them and took my vehicle back. I'm glad the feds closed their doors! I hope somebody went to prison!!!

5 stars rating. Customer service and sales were superior. Very transparent and efficient process. The salesperson, Jeff Shaffer located the new 4 Runner I was looking for and kept me updated every step of the way via text. The car was ready and waiting when I arrived to pick it up. Ball Toyota did not charge additional fees above MSRP like most dealers are doing currently. Knowing that I can just text Jeff what I am looking for without all of the hassle, I will certainly buy our next car from Ball Toyota.

I did a lot of car shopping by phone. Robert Howell was 100% true to his word! My wife and I are retired senior citizens. Unlike some dealers who wanted to play games, Robert and the staff at Mann Toyota made the trade and purchase easy. I would recommend Mann Toyota and especially Robert Howell. I purchased a silver certified 2020 Toyota Camry XSE with a supposed 136 point inspection which obviously wasn’t done. The son roof will not operate and is stuck in the vented position. I have owned the car 5 weeks. We had driven the car around 700 mile when we reached out to Butch the sales manger for help. He said we had the car for 2 1/2 months and driven 7000 miles and there was nothing he could do but charge me $9,000 to replace the entire roof. I asked if he could just manually close it so the car was drivable. He wanted my wife to sign something removing any liability from them. We would not and they said they were not interested in working on my car and for my wife to take it home. She drove 1 1/2 hours home with the sunroof open in the snow. IF YOU ARE SMART, DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE.
