I went to Team Chevrolet of Goldsboro on Friday, April - bridgettesessoms

I went to Team Chevrolet of Goldsboro on Friday, April the 26th to get my oil changed & tires rotated. Upon check-in, I was told that one of my air pressure sensors was out/bad. The gentleman asked if I wanted them to check it while there. Sure!! When I left, NONE of the sensors were working! I called the service department and was told that it should reset. After driving about 80 miles it had NOT RESET. I set appointment to take car back for it to be checked. I was then told that when the sensors are tested it knocks ALL of them out. If that had been told to me (if I had been aware) that the outcome was as it is now, I would NOT have had it tested! This is BAD customer service all around. Now I'm driving around without any tire pressure sensors working. Thanks alot....NOT!!!!

I had an excellent experience purchasing a pre-owned - wayfarer49

I had an excellent experience purchasing a pre-owned vehicle from LBJ Chevrolet. Each of the dealership's sales and support staff were knowledgeable and courteous. They patiently answered any questions I had about the vehicle and the buying process. They provided a detailed vehicle history report. I financed the vehicle through my local credit union, and the staff at LBJ provided all the information I needed to expedite the financing process. They helped me find a quality vehicle and made the buying process smooth and hassle-free. Most importantly, they valued me as a customer and provided top-notch service. I am delighted with the truck and the quality buying experience I had at LBJ Chevrolet! I know first-hand that Angel, SJ, and their colleagues at LBJ will treat you right as a customer.

Just purchased a used Lexus from Sale Auto Mall and the Sales representative "Paul Jarman" was great to work with. Pricing was excellent and service was fast and easy. There was a manager who helped with the sale who was great to talk to while we waited for our paperwork. I will definitely purchase my next vehicle from Sale Auto Mall and recommend it to all my co-workers at Moen Inc.
