I just made my 5th purchase with Hendrick in 5.5 years and it was the smoothest transaction I have had so far. Jeff Stark is the reason I returned and made another purchase. If you are considering making a vehicle purchase go see Jeff. This is my second purchase with him, I will not purchase another vehicle without his assistance. He did a great job showing me all the options available and never made me feel rushed into a decision even though it was freezing outside. Ask to work with Todd in financing if you have the option. Todd has worked with my wife and I on all of our purchases and is the only one we request when we come in to buy a new vehicle. If not for Jeff and his professionalism we likely would have stayed in the vehicle we were in. Thanks for everything Jeff and Todd for you help with the purchase of my new 2025 Ram.

Called on September the 5th 2025 (called on three different occasions even left a voicemail on one of them) they didn't return my call had some questions about my vehicle about safety of driving to the facility for a faulty transmission. As of now I'm still waiting on them to call. This is not the first instance I've ran into with this facility. They have the stigma I believe that once the vehicle is off the light the customer is no longer valid. It's really sad that a Dodge dealership in this day and time would not even return a voicemail I did leave the phone number. But as of yet I have not heard anything from them I guess I will have to take my business elsewhere yet this is the closest place to my home again I may have a faulty transmission and it may be safe to drive I'm not sure I was wanting to talk to a technician about the issue I would even give him $20 if they would just call me but it is later on on a Friday afternoon so I guess they stop off early once again it's really sad I do not recommend.. !!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I would not refer my worst enemy to this place. Communication at this dealership sucks, and they love to give you the run around if you have issues with the vehicle that’s been purchased from them. Crooked dealership to deal with and quite frankly so is the owner himself. I was sold a lemon vehicle with a purchased warranty and was informed by one of the employees at this dealership at my time of purchase that the warranty was “bumper to bumper” later found out that was not a thing and I was miss informed at the time of purchase. At one point I was able to return the vehicle I purchased from this place and done paperwork to get back in the vehicle that I traded- Had my old car for 1 week just to get a phone call informing me that it was not approved EVEN though I left with paper work stating that it had been approved. I had to return the old vehicle and leave in the “lemon” this dealership sold me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS CROOKED DEALERSHIP! May I add the 1 week I was back in my old vehicle that this dealership let me leave in me being under the assumption that it had been financed and approved they had the vehicle I purchased from them on their website for sale. I was also offered little to no help with having the car fixed even though issues started happening the day of purchase.

Wagoneers are dented on rear hatch 2023/2024! MFG DEFECT! Beware!! Do not buy! Jeep not standing behind defect. Expect customers to accept defective product! $80k for defective dents! Legal is involved. Jeep needs to issue national recall per 4 different dealers! Owners/Jeep rep make fun of buyer in back office! Have recording! Have not once reached out to customer to try and fix issue! They will not stand behind product! MFG OR OWNER! RUN!!!
