We’ve never had a better finance guy than Dragon, he was very good at explaining everything. The last Ford dealership I purchased from was not a great experience and I’ll never return to them. I scheduled a mobile mechanic to install a new battery in my 2020 Mustang Ecoboost as it died in my driveway and I am somewhat gimpy. I scheduled the appointment online with ease, and was able to confirm and get an initial quote from Catherine, who was very helpful. On the day of the service, I received a call from Don Raymond, the mobile service manager, who quoted me less than the initial quoted price for the battery and installation, which was a pleasant surprise. Caleb the mobile technician/ mechanic came to my house and replaced the old battery in no time! He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and patient with my questions! The whole process was smooth and so convenient at a reasonable price. The battery comes with a 36 month warranty. I will continue to use Sun State Ford’s mobile services when I can in the future.
